Oscar B (8/5): Bueno, pero puede mejorar - La ubicación del desarrollo, lo amplio del departamento, los espacios abiertos del hotel y la atención del personal; la playa excelente así como las albercas. Una mención especial al personal del restaurante Andrea! Doy mi opinión en dos puntos, primero el hotel: por las mañanas las actividades en la alberca principal inician con la música exageradamente fuerte, tanto que es molesto para las unidades que están más cercanas a esta. Las sombrillas de los camastros en la playa están deterioradas. Aunque el reglamento lo prohíbe, si hay huéspedes que llevan alimentos y bebidas a la alberca, que por la tarde han dejado basura en el área. Cómo sugerencia, la relación precio - calidad del buffet del desayuno deja de desear, pueden mejorar el tipo y calidad de los alimentos. Ahora la Unidad, la apariencia es algo descuidada con falta de mantenimiento, falta la puerta de la regadera de uno de los baños y no salió agua caliente, los colchones de las camas individuales ya son incómodos; los utensilios y aparatos de la cocina requieren renovación en particular el horno eléctrico (completamente dañado e inservible) y la licuadora (la base de las aspas está dañada), las parrillas de la estufa también tienen cierto daño.. Cabe señalar que al parecer los huéspedes anteriores dejaron sucia la cafetera y la licuadora;

Brian (8/5): Relaxed which is what we needed! - We had the ability to do the all inclusive add on which was good on the days we planned for a relaxing day. We loved the location, it was easy to get to the town/Wal-Mart, whatever. The view was beautiful. Walk to the pool was easy and the beach wasn't far either. It was quiet and wasn't very busy. So we picked a nice time to get to the resort. The landscaping was beautiful and saw peacocks and iguanas at the resort (lots of birds) Thought it had a washer and dryer but it didn't. The bed was hard. Servers were great. The bedding/curtain decor was dated, we saw tears in the curtains, and it was hard to pull them closed, and if you like it dark to sleep. This was not a good unit. At the buffet by the beach, we saw birds landing on the buffet and helping themselves to the food, which made us lose our appetite.
Good (9/5): loved it. we will be back - We loved our stay. The location was perfect. The unit was spacious with plenty of room for our family. We found communication with the property manager was easy. The kitchen was a little basic, but generally met our needs. One of the bedrooms had and extra firm mattress that wasn’t the most comfortable, but all in all this place was great. We hope to come back one day.

Miranda (8/5): it was the perfect place to spend Christmas with our family. it was in a very safe area with easy walk to the marina dis - love the access to the resort. the size of the condo was amazing. would have loved if it had a laundry option in the condo. also could benefit from an air fryer since the toaster oven was not that large. with a full condo it took a bit of work to make dinner with a small oven. BUT we loved the option of making dinner in the condo. it did work out just fine and we were very content.
