• haika (8/5): 大人数で泊まるにはぴったり！ - 3人で宿泊できる施設を探していた中で、条件が良かったのはこの施設でした。下にあるスーパーが安くて夜遅くまで営業していたPM11でも空いていた。スタッフの対応が丁寧でよかったです。 バスタオルが匂うことと階段が暗くて怖いことが欠点でした。

• Stefan Ciprian (10/5): We had a great accomodation at Brick Stay! I’ll for sure choose it again for my next trip in Seoul. - The apartment is so beautiful and well organized. There’s everything inside, even things you may have forgot to bring with you from home. Fast wi-fi, Air conditioning, Smart door unlock. The bathroom is without windows, so humidity levels after two showers in a row are really high. Other than that, nothing else.

• Su Bon (10/5): Comfortable and affordable stay with exceptional hospitality - The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. Since we checked in as a group of three, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how clean and spacious the room was. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, not far from Dongdaemun Station. Some reviews mention that the staircase area can feel a bit unsettling, and that’s true - especially if you arrive late at night. But the room itself will pleasantly surprise you. During the two nights we stayed there, we didn’t encounter any insects or unwanted creatures, which I really appreciated. I would also like to especially highlight the kindness of the host. When we checked out, my friend accidentally left his jacket and headphones behind, and the host kindly sent them back to him by courier. Overall, this is an excellent place for the price, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

• Stephen John (10/5): Great location, rooms, facilities, with an accommodating host, all for not much money! - The location was excellent - right in a very fun part of Seoul with historic and cultural elements and incredible shopping opportunities. The building itself is old, so no elevator and the stairs are kind of dingy. But that made the apartment itself even better — the contrast between the dodgy stairway and the very cozy interior space was very nice!

• yuki (10/5): - 立地が良く静かで、買い物も食事も歩いて行けます。冬の宿泊なら歩いて五分にある黄金スパがオススメです。 分からない事があったらすぐに連絡をくれるので安心です。コスパが大変良いです。 狭くて薄暗い階段をの4階まで登らなければなりません。1段ごとの高さが違う笑ので慣れるまで不安ですが、慣れれば問題ないです。
• Loredana (8/5): A truly wonderful experience overall. - Our stay at Brick Stay in Seoul was overall very good, though with some mixed impressions at first. The B&B itself was cozy, nicely decorated, and fully equipped — once inside, we immediately felt comfortable. However, arriving late at night was a bit unsettling: the building entrance looked rather run-down, the stairwell was dark, and reaching the apartment felt a bit creepy. Carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs wasn’t easy either. That said, after the initial surprise we quickly learned how to move around and discovered that the location was actually excellent. The neighborhood turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay — full of life, surrounded by local flea markets where I even found beautiful books and brushes for my ceramic art. The host was very kind and attentive: he promptly fixed the stairway lights that weren’t working, and for that he definitely deserves 5 stars. Considering also the very reasonable price, it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience overall. the building entrance looked rather run-down, the stairwell was dark, and reaching the apartment felt a bit creepy. Carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs wasn’t easy either.

• Tonya (10/5): - Location is tricky to find, but it is very close to everething - iconic places, train stations, bus, markets, old and new style restaraunts. Difficult to find for the first time, but host is very friendly and answers messages very quickly.

• HEEKYUNG (10/5): - 청계천 바로앞에 있어요. 위치가 이곳 저곳 다니기 너무 좋았습니다. 4층으로 올라가는 계단이 옛날 그대로 날것의 모습이라 조금 놀랐지만 현관문을 열고 들어가는 순간 감탄이 나왔습니다. 사진 그대로입니다. 수건도 넉넉히 챙겨주시고, 침구가 깨끗하니 제일 맘에 들었습니다. 조그만 블루투스 스피커는 생각도 못했는데 식구들이 음악을 틀어놓고 제대로 휴가를 즐기고 왔어요. 웬만한 식기들은 모두 준비되어 있고 소소한 양념들도 있었는데 아쉽게 요리까진 못해먹었네요. 앙증맞은 숙소예요. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다. 추천!!! 욕실의 배수구(세면대 포함)가 시원하진 않았어요. 그것 제외하고는 아쉬운건 전혀 없어요.

• Mónika (10/5): Kiváló, kényelmes családi szállás. - A vendéglátó úgy rendezte be a lakást, ahogy a turistáknak a legideálisabb. Minden kényelmi szempont adott volt a harmonikus tartózkodáshoz. Olyan apróságokra is gondolt, mint a lábmasszírozó, ami igazán jó szolgálatot tett egy sétálással töltött nap után. Vagy esernyők, papucsok, sok törölköző, behűtött jégkocka, ivóvíztisztító, stb. felsorolni is sok lenne. Szuper lakás, gondos házigazda. Nem töltök fel általam készített képeket a szállásról, mert pont olyan a megadott fotókon, mint élőben. Nem volt ilyen! Alapjában véve minden tetszett. Esetleg, hogy a lakás bejárata kissé el van dugva. Ami gazán érdekes, hogy egy bolhapiac kellős közepén található, ez persze nem mindenkinek tetszhet, mi szerettük. Igazi autentikus hely, érdekes emberekkel. Ha mégis meg kell említeni valamit, ami kényelmetlen, az az lenne, hogy a lakás a 4. emeleten van, de nincs lift. Ez be- és kiköltözésnél kicsit izzasztó tud lenni. :) Amúgy ezzel is lehet élni. Azonban időseknek, nehéz bőrönddel fárasztó lehet.
• Zsuzsanna (10/5): - Lovely apartment with very helpful and kind hosts. We travelled with a group of 4 people and had a very comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and the location feels very unique. Check-in and out is super easy. The location of the apartment is not for everyone: we were happy to see a different face of Seoul this way. It’s full of (night) markets and outside of central areas. We enjoyed it but it’s good to consider.

• Ирина (10/5): Exceptional - The property’s entrance is tucked away on the outskirts of a flea market, but once inside, the flat is superb. It features a cozy living room, three comfortable, separate bedrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout—plush towels, high-quality shampoo, sweet treats, and a beautiful kitchenette.

• Hui (5/5): Not to bad but not the best. - The location is within walking distance of the local market and surrounded by second-hand markets. There's a nearby bus stop, making transportation very convenient. The listing did not mention that the house is on a high floor with no elevator. Guests have to carry heavy luggage up four levels, which is very exhausting. Additionally, the stairway is cluttered with various items, making it difficult to move our luggage. The house is located in a crowded second-hand market, and both the stairway and entrance are very dimly lit. The kitchen sink does not have hot water, making it very cold to wash things in winter.
• Chak (9/5): Room's Advantages Outweigh Minor Drawbacks - The room was very clean and cozy. The host was not only incredibly polite and friendly, but also attentive to our needs. Even after we had checked out, the host continued to assist us in resolving any issues we encountered. 1. The entrance was a bit hard to find due to the flea market nearby. It might be beneficial to use more attention-grabbing colors and decorations to make it stand out. 2. The bathroom does not have a shower curtain, which causes water to splash out easily and makes the floor slippery.

• Fabian (9/5): Good choice if you want to explore! - The facility is as described and the location has access to anything you need if you want to explore the city. It's located inside the flea market which looks kind of bad but is very safe and helps that you have 2 metro stations near by and a lot of bus stations
• Aneuta (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, nice and clean. The host was very kind to us. The apartment was located in some kind of outdoor marketplace with old things. Unfortunately we didn't know that it was a 4th floor building without elevators so it was an unpleasant surprise for us, however apparently host wrote about it in a house description, so this one is on us.
• Teoh (9/5): Superb - The space is spacious and clean, equipped with utensils and cooking equipments if you want to cook something simple. Walkable distance to train stations, nearby markets and departmental stores. The host is very responsive and helpful too! Would prefer bigger towels to be provided though the host did provide us with lots of small-sized towels in the basket. The entrance is hidden among the electronic repairing shops so it's easy to miss it. As it's located in an old building the stairs are quite narrow, not recommended for the elderly or people with huge luggages as there is no elevator.
• Molly (6/5): Good value and spacious however not great location in the middle of an industrial area and aircon issues. - Clean, spacious and good value for money Aircon only in living area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom aircon temperature doesn’t change and blasts cold air directly on you the whole night and there was no blankets (just an electric heating mat and a sheet). Also lots of stairs to get up.

• Aninda (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stay, beautiful apartment with lots of amenities. Hosts seemed to think of everything! The area is interesting - in amongst flea markets, but easy to get around on foot. Subway was about 10 mins away. Highly recommend!

• Ngọc (10/5): Exceptional - The room looks amazing for the price, everything looks new and clean. Nearly everything I need for the stay is provided, with the caring to detail of the owner. The location is perfect, near many attractions. Nothing apparently.
