• Anita (10/5): - The apartment was truly beautiful and tastefully decorated – cozy, atmospheric, and with great attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent – close to the metro station, grocery stores, cafés, and other amenities. The host, Ms. Klaudia, was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place! Rome completely enchanted us, and we will definitely come back.

• Annie (10/5): Très beau séjour au calme et au frais ! - Notre hôte nous a accueillis fort tard. Nous la remercions beaucoup pour cela. L'appartement était très confortable et tout près de la ligne de métro. Très pratique pour les visites. Le quartier était calme et la terrasse très appréciée le matin. Rien, tout était parfait.

• Reginaldo (7/5): Decepcionante - Apesar da cozinha ser muito quente, o resto do apartamento é bem atendido pelos condicionadores de ar. Dificuldade de falar com o host. Às vezes demorava muito para responder. Pediu para avisarmos com meia hora de antecedência da nossa chegada para o check in. Fiz isso, mas mesmo assim cheguei e tive que ficar esperando no sol com minha esposa e minha filha até a chegada dela. O café da manhã disponibilizado no bar proximo era tao ruim que nao comemos lá nenhuma vez. No verão a cozinha é extremamente quente, ao ponto de ser insuportável ficar ali, mesmo à noite. Há um ar condicionado, mas nao funciona. O wi-fi nao funcionou durante toda a estadia. Nenhuma das 2 TVs funcionam. Com crianças isso acaba fazendo falta. O chuveiro tem pouca pressão de água.
• catherine depaye (9/5): Parenthèse romaine enchantée entre amies - L'appartement est très agréable, original ,décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de style .Nous avons adoré la terrasse et son atmosphère rétro ou jardin d'hiver sur laquelle nous avons refait le monde jusqu'à tard.Tout est bien pensé.Il ne manque rien. Ce n'est pas central mais il y a une station de métro à quelques minutes de marche qui permet de rejoindre les sites à visiter très facilement. C'est aussi bien desservi par les bus. Notre hôte Claudia était sympa. Il manque des rideaux dans le salon, la lumière du jour nous a réveillé assez tôt. La pression de l'eau n'est pas très élevée. L'ascenseur est assez spécial....et la taxe de séjour était assez élevée. Quoiqu'il en soit, nous n'avons absolument pas regretté notre choix.

• Magdalena (10/5): One of the best stays in Rome. - Claudia was the best host, very helpful and friendly, we were in WhatsApp contact throughout our stay. The apartment was so beautiful, comfortable and cosy, there was everything you need to live there on a daily basis. The balcony was AMAZING! The Italian breakfast was in the little bar downstairs - great owners, delicious coffee and brioches. Absolutely recommend, I'm sure we'll be back in the future :) During our stay there was a problem with the lift. For us it wasn't a problem at all, but if you have any problems getting around, check that everything is working properly.

• Nomuun (10/5): Amazing experience and place! - I don't write reviews much, only if it's really negative or very positive. This place was a surprise, to say the least. If you are reading this, don't hesitate and book this place right away! The place itself, interior design, terrace is amazing, it feels like a cozy home, that you don't want to leave, the photos are that you see are 100% true, no trick or manipulation. This place is really that beautiful. Location is perfect. Few meters away is a bus stop, from where the bus takes you to Colosseum and other attractions. A bit further is a subway station as well, which is also very convenient. This place is not in the middle of a touristy and noisy neighborhoods, so its quiet at night and calm. The host Claudia is very polite and attentive, she is available on chats and asks how things are going, so you can feel the care and attention, and that she actually put lots of effort into this. Internet is fast and great, modem has even a 5G wireless distribution. I have been to many places, both on a business trip and as a tourist in many other countries and cities. And I think this is the only place, which I would consider staying at again, if I ever visit Rome in the future once more!

• Minoo (10/5): A dreamy week in the roman empire - The property was very homey and comfortable. The landlord was extremely nice and helpfull, seeing her upon arrival was very welcoming. The stairscase was very squeaky and there is not much privacy between upstairs and downstairs sleeping spaces. It's more like staying all in the same room.
• Orsela (10/5): Exceptional - It's not just a normal stay it's an experience. The house itself it's wonderful with classic furninishing and has everything you might need. The tarrace is one of the best parts. The bathroom and the rooms are super clean and comfy. There's water, refreshments and fruits on the fridge. Also the breakfast place downstairs it's nice and the staff is really friendly especially the blonde girl. Claudia is a great host, always making sure you're having a good time and always available for any questions.

• Jaana (10/5): Really really good stay and warm host! - Everything went smoothly with the keys and rooms were really beautiful and had really nice interior! Rooms were very clean and in every room were aircoolers so the rooms were nicely cooled down! Location was in the city center but suprisingly it was silent inside the apartment. I really really recommend it to everyone and especially for familys because we went with our 6 months old and in the apartment we had a lot of room to play with our child and everything what you need with a child was there! It also had nice balcony! Morning breakfast was also nice and fresh!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The location is good, close to metro station and walking distance to the major attractions. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. We especially loved the family-friendly amenities, such as the convenient kitchenette and the delightful welcome basket filled with apricots.
