The owner was very helpful and made everything easy, and the apartment itself was fantastic value for money. The location is excellent—close to everything you need in the heart of inner Belgrade.

• Stefania (10/5): Una chicca a due passi da Skadarlija! - Appartamento piccolino ma ben ristrutturato e fornito di tutto il necessario, oltre che di prodotti per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Struttura situata in un vecchio cortile, ma che non crea alcun problema all’alloggio. Pagamento solo in contanti, ma bancomat sotto casa. Nessuna tenda oscurante.

It was a nice touch to have tea and coffee available. I was especially delighted to find feminine hygiene products — that's a rare and very thoughtful, customer-oriented detail.

• Darius (10/5): Perfect stay on a budget - What you see is what you get. It perfect for city breaks in Beograd, well located, close to a lot of places to eat, public transport. The host is very responsive and ready to help with anything he can. Would recommend 10/10

I wqs a bit sceptic about it becuase I had to put my card but it wasn't charged. I underdtand that is for the sake of cancellation. The payment was in cash but everything went smoothly.

The apartment is located almost in the centre of Belgrade. Entrance from the yard, 2nd floor. Public transport stop within a minute's walk. Opposite is a wonderful bakery. The owner of the apartment met us, showed/explained/told everything, decorated the white cardboard. The apartment has everything you need. There are a lot of places, very comfortable. We recommend this accommodation facility to everyone! Many thanks to Ratko for the hospitality!

• Valerie (10/5): Super comfortable and clean apartment in historic building near the centre - The apartment is a very clean and comfortable and well organised one. It is small but adequate in terms of facilities and size. The hosts were very helpful and communicated quickly. I would choose this place again. The location is good at about 500 m away from Republic Square, the National Museum, and the National Theatre. It is easy to take many buses from the location of the apartment. It's not something that I didn't like it at all, but it is good to know that you enter the apartment via a rather derelict looking courtyard and set of terraces. It is an old building and the original structure is the same. It looks a little alarming when you enter the apartment you will find everything new and clean and comfortable. I liked being able to see the way people lived in the past in this type of urban residential building.
