• Jasper (6/5): Comfortable sleep, but room needs an overhaul - There’s lots of space in the room if that’s a requirement for you. Parking is easy in front of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. This place has seen better days and cries for an overhaul. Stains on the walls and on the ceiling, lots of limescale residue in the bathroom, parts of the floor which were taped together and two worn out chairs in the room. During check-in I was told not to use the bathtub and kitchennete.

• Sushilah (7/5): Pleasant and Restful Stay - The price! It's cheap! I love the sea view and the quietness of the hotel. It's near some cafes, supermarkets and there's a free carpark. Staff were helpful and they tried but service could be better. One staff can speak English. Mattress is comfortable! Huge and ample space! Check-in is at 3 pm, well at least 1 hour earlier than some other resorts or hotels in Jeju. I don't know why the housekeeping kept giving us only 1 bath towel. We had to ask for an additional towel and take it from the reception counter every night! There's a kitchenette but it doesn't function. No pots, no pans and utensils. Cannot cook at all. No microwave. There's a jacuzzi but we can't use it. I don't think I will return to this hotel. To be honest, there are better options.

• Mahmood (5/5): Für den Preis hätten wir insgesamt deutlich mehr erwartet, vor allem, weil mehrere der beworbenen Leistungen (Küche und - Die Unterkunft hatte eine wirklich schöne Aussicht – das war für uns das Highlight des Aufenthalts. Leider gab es einige Dinge, die uns enttäuscht haben. Das Zimmer hat unangenehm gerochen, und die Fenster konnten wir kaum öffnen, da die Fliegengitter kaputt waren. Wenn wir sie geöffnet haben, kamen sofort Mücken hinein. Einer der Fernseher hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Die Unterkunft hatte zwar eine Küche, aber wir durften sie nicht benutzen Besonders schade war auch, dass wir den Jacuzzi nicht nutzen durften, da es angeblich technische Probleme gab. Gerade der Jacuzzi war einer der Hauptgründe, warum wir diese Unterkunft gewählt hatten.

• Alla (10/5): Exceptional - Nice hotel, quiet location. Large and convenient parking area. We had a jacuzzi in our room which we used with pleasure. Special thanks to the staff who kept the room tidy during our stay. There was no breakfast at the hotel but tea or coffee was available. There are a lot of places to eat around. Especially I would like to mention a fish restaurant in five minutes walk from the hotel (the best one). Thank you for a warm welcome. Recommended.

The bed had many pillows. Exactly like the picture. Facilities weren't as advertised but the bathtub was huge. It filled up with water very quickly. Water pressure was fantastic. 1. I booked this accommodation because I specifically wanted to use their spa jacuzzi. When i got there, i was told that they turned off the spa jacuzzi function and that i can only use it as a regular bathtub. That wasnt what was advertised for the room and it was the only reason i selected a hotel that remote. So I completely felt scammed. They went on and on about it being mentioned in "korean" and that if I had a complaint I should take it up to booking.com... -_- -_- -_- 2. The bed was too firm for me, I didnt find it comfortable so I struggled to sleep. 3. The walls are too thin, i could hear the footsteps of anyone walking by. This bothered me but my friend said she heard it but wasn't that bothered. 4. Getting there is a nightmare for those, like me, who are using public transportation. The nearest bus stop to the hotel has only one bus. That bus doesn't work everyday/ night time. This doesn't show on the map and we ended up waiting for a long time before giving up and selecting a different bus route and going to the 2nd nearest bus stop (16~18 min walk).. when we got off the bus we realized there was no walking path. Taxis also very rarely passed there but we thankfully had a korean number and we managed to call a taxi after a long struggle near the highway. Spare yourself the drama and take a taxi from the start. For those coming from the airport take 202 and when you get off (the transfer point shown on google maps) take a taxi directly, it would cost around 7,800 KRW. Taking the bus, specially in the evening, isnt worth it. The room was decently sized with a lovely bathroom. It isnt a generally bad hotel but I paid for a jacuzzi and I didnt get it. For that alone I wont return there.

• M (6/5): Meh. Hotel was underwhelming... - Location was great as it was close to the water. 24hr instant ramen bar also available. I think this may have been an old apartment before converting to a hotel. The layout of the room felt very apartment-like. The bathroom was all-in-one where the shower was directly next to the toilet with no partition, so everything got wet. Plus side, toilet comes with a bidet. Couldn't use most of the facilities in the room such as hot plate stove and bathtub, even though we didn't, but what's the point of having them in there, so don't expect to be able to use them. Walls are thin as well, can hear the neighbours talking.
• Anika (1/5): Awfull, nothing as promised - Nothing Everything. Promised hot tub didn’t work, kitchen can not be used and no utensils. Very lousy view at parking lot. the mats were as thin as the bed cover/duvet. Parts of the wall were taped to it. Couldn’t lock the terrace door. The modern toilet didn’t work and the electric wire was hanging in the water. Staff didn’t want to solve anything.

• Vladimir (6/5): Good place to rest and clean up but not much else. - The location, parking and view from the rooms were really good. Even though you look over the parking, even on the third floor you get a nice partial view of the water. The area is also very quiet. The staff were friendly although their English was a bit limited. My wife spoke Korean with them. The bed was comfortable although pillows are too big. There’s a Starbucks in front and a few other amenities but we only visited the Starbucks and small convenience store nearby. Room required repair and are outdated. Some of the skirting board was taped over rather than replaced, the toilet seat was cracked underneath and some general wear and tear was easy to see. Given the lack of care, we didn’t even consider using the jacuzzi.
• Virginia (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - It's more than a hotel room, actually a Korean-style apartment with a sink, tea kettle, and microwave. Bedroom was separate with a comfy bed. Good shower. View on parking lot with seaside beyond. Starbucks next door. Ramen and beer in lobby. On Olle trail, so you can walk along the lovely cliffs, stop for coffee or kimbap along the way. Late checkout until 2pm (have to pay). There was a spa bath, but was told not to use. No plates or bowls or cutlery in kitchenette.

• Shiwen (6/5): Pleasant - We lived on the third floor. The bed was very comfortable and the room was tidy. The double bathtub is great, but the massage facilities are not available. The clerk told us that all the bathtubs in the entire building are not for massage. Only 1 large bath towel is provided. No breakfast. The location is great. The wifi is great. One night when we came back from dinner we found that the room had not been cleaned. The clerk apologized and moved us to another room. It's not unpleasant, but it does mean that room service could be improved.

The location is close by taxi or bus to 애월가페리, where you can find plenty of beautiful ocean-view cafés Without a car, getting around can be a bit inconvenient. The nearest frequent bus stop is about a 20-minute walk away, while a closer one (around 6 minutes) has limited service, running only once every hour or hour and a half. Additionally, there aren’t many restaurant options nearby unless you have a car. However, taxis are reliable.

• Roel (8/5): Very good - The location was definitely the best thing about the hotel. It was also seaside so we have the view of the ocean. There were convenience stores and restaurants nearby and very close to the bus stop. The room was spacious and had 2 separate rooms for the lounge and bedroom. They didn't have a laundry or even an ironing board. Luckily there was a laundromat nearby to get our clothes washed.

In quieter area of Jeju, but not too secluded; right next to starbucks and walkable to convenience store. Also next to Unidam which has great uni rice bowl~ facility is showing some age, room can use some remodeling. improvement with better cleaning would be great, but overall acceptable.
