• Sarha (8/5): - L’emplacement était très sympa, proche des rues allumées et d’un supermarché. Également proche de la plage. Les casiers sont assez grands pour déposer des grands sacs et la chambre était propre. L’espace Coworking était très sympa et le wi-fi fonctionnait bien. J’étais dans une chambre de trois lit. Et malheureusement l’agencement fait que je ne recevais absolument pas l’air frais de la clim…. La cuisine est vraiment très très peu équipée.

Eau à disposition. Grand Locker. Un supermarché tout près. Le gars qui travaille au déjeuner, horrible service. Il n'est sûrement pas mexicain pque les mexicains sont souriants, courtois et disent Bonjour. Aucun crochet pour suspendre quelques vêtements, serviettes mouillées, pourtant il y a de l' espace pour en installer. La lumière , détecteur de mouvement sous le.lit reste allumée.trip longtemps, c'est dérangeant et à l' inverse, dans les toilettes et douche, pouvez vous les ajuster pour qu'elles restent allumées plus de 10 secondes svp.

• Steffany (9/5): The most luxurious hostel I have stayed at in playa del carmen, included breakfast - The location is excellent a short max 10mins walk to the beach, the 3 breakfast options were great and the Chef Nico was a delight and always served up the best food. The hostel is definitely more pf a boutique hotel and the accommodations are above expectations for mexico. The cleaning staff did not do their jobs unfortunately and after complaining that the room had not been properly cleaned/cleaned at all the owner spoke with me and corrected the issue accordingly.
• Alina Prg (9/5): Nice stay - It's very spacious and clean. Beds get made and towels switched every other day. Overall, it feels a bit more like a hotel with dorm rooms than a hostel, but it's perfect especially if you stay longer in PDC than 1-2 nights. The rooftop is very nice with hammocks and a pool and all staff were friendly.. It's not the most social hostel. Don't expect any party activities or alike.
• Floriane (10/5): Je recommande vivement - Cet hôtel est parfait pour une personne seule ou même à plusieurs j'ai pris une chambre dans un dortoir pour femme et j'ai été agréablement surprise par le calme et la propreté de ce lieu. J'ai extrêmement bien dormi les colocataires sont respectueux les douches sont parfaites les sanitaires aussi je me suis sentie comme dans un hôtel de luxe alors que j'ai payé 38 € pour 3 nuits. La vue depuis la terrasse pour le déjeuner est magnifique de plus le petit-déjeuner est inclus il n'y a jamais de frais supplémentaire que ce soit pour les serviettes propres pour une serviette de plage pour l'eau fraîche nous avons tout en abondance. L'établissement est moderne et bien entretenu. J'ai fortement apprécié cet hôtel et si je reviens à Playa del Carmen je réserverai là-bas sans hésiter.

The motion activated lights, very bright especially when you got up to pee at night- maybe dim or turn off. I wish the fan was on during the day and it was a bit annoying to always ask to turn on air at night. I wish there was curtains on beds. Needs more hooks on walls to hang towels- only 2 in room.

• Estefania (10/5): El Hostel Hotel, su minimalismo, confort y vibra Chill hacen el mejor lugar de alojamiento en PC - Me he hospedado en este lugar aproximadamente por un mes y voy por otro mes más porque en realidad el lugar es perfecto... Lo más sorprendente es la amabilidad, la calidez y el excelente servicio popr parte del personal, siempre muy dispuestos ayudarte en todo momento, una actitud y una atención inigualable tienen muy desarrollado y claro el concepto de servicio, esto es muy hermoso. Por otro lado la decoración minimalista y elegante de este hostel te hace sentir como en un "hotel" pero con todas las zonas y beneficio de un hostel como lo es la cocina, el coworking y la posibilidad de rentar en habitaciones compartidas, me siento como en un apartamento compartido en un Club House, mi habitación tiene u balcón con una vista hermosa y todos los días limpian tu habitación generandole al huesped un confort inigualable, me siento como en casa y por eso he tomado la decisión de una larga estancia en este lugar! La decoración y los detalles magicos de este lugar me hacen sentir muy comoda y tranquila, al leer en las hamacas del Roof Top puedo oler el mágico aroma de las flores daphne, o en los cómodos sofás junto a los coloridos jardines de flores magenta y la refrescante piscina en donde tienes unas cómodas colchonetas para tomar el sol. La distribución de las zonas sociales es increíble, estratégicamente muy bien pensadas puedes descansar en la sala de cine con un gran televisor y comodos sofas, trabajar o leer en el coworking, cocinar y tener una tranquila cena en el antejardín interno, tener un momento chill en la piscina o disfrutar de una mañana amena con los desayunos inigualables y amorosos que encuentras en el hostel todas las mañanas en el Roof Top, Gracias gracias gracias a cada una de las personas que han hecho posible este espacio perfecto para viajeros que lo quieren todo en un mismo lugar, ademas la ubicación es inigualable justo a dos calles de la Quinta, y a cuatro de la playa. Lo único unico único para los huéspedes que cocinamos es que en la cocina falta una estufa al menos de dos puestos y algunos elementos de menaje como tabla de picar, rayador etc.

One of the better ones I had in Mexico 👍 Next to the accommodation is an Italian Bakery - great for breakfast - and a small restaurant that I absolutely loved called Antojitacos Callejeros. I really enjoyed my stay. ☺️ The bathroom is inside the 4-bed dorm. I personally didn’t mind that, but it is a bit noisy when it is in use. The location was a bit far off the Center, but I personally enjoyed the walk.

• Ambrose (10/5): - Super close to the beach and a big grocery store with a good produce section and fresh bakery. They also make fresh guacamole and fire roast peppers that were very affordable. The breakfast was really good I loved the avocado toast and fried eggs. The mattress was super comfy and I love the hammocks on the roof and the ac co working space. There were also so many places to work from around the properties and the wifi was really good. I stayed in the women's dorm and it was really nice the a was nice and cool at night and it stayed pretty chill and quiet. It was a social hostel but not a party place. Nothing

Estuve trabajando de manera remota y tuve la mejor experiencia con excelente internet y una zona de Coworking. El desayuno es de los mejores que he visto en hostales. Thanks! Los sensores de luz en la habitación son prácticos y muy utiles, pero creo que tienen un timing que dura demasiado para que se apague.

• Hernán Carlos (7/5): El lugar es muy lindo pero incómodo en muchas cosas. - Toda la gente súper amable y predispuesta a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Todo es nuevo y de calidad. Está cerca de la 5ta avenida. Las camas no tienen cortinas ni estante para apoyar las cosas. Las automatizaciones de las luces y los sanitarios son súper incómodas y en vez de ahorrar terminan gastando más, ejemplo el inodoro que tira la cadena 3 o 4 veces cuando solo hace falta una. Inaceptable que el aire acondicionado se apague a cada rato y haya que pedir a recepción que vengan a prenderlo.

Great breakfasts on the rooftop and great value for the money. I loved relaxing by the pool. I’d have liked an adjustable shelf in the locker. It’s roomy enough to have one. There were plumbing issues at times, but the hostel addressed them quickly.
• Becky (9/5): Detalle al confort, suma plusvalía en la estancia. - Las camas son cómodas, la almohada y las sabanas son de buena calidad, es un lugar muy limpio y ordenado. La iluminación cuando te bajas de la cama se enciende con luz tenue, un valor agregado y tecnológico, así como las luces del baño y de todos los espacios, es un lugar con muchas amenidades, muy limpio y nuevo, desayuno incluido en el precio y 3 opciones pensadas al gusto y nutritivo, cuenta con elevador que lo hace aún más cómodo y las instalaciones son minimalista, es el confort que se garantiza al viajero. Quizá tener que buscar al personal para que prendan el aire acondicionado, pues ellos lo controlan. Tal vez también la hora de los alimentos sea más temprano, pues se sirve después de las 8 y aveces llega tarde la chef, sería oportuno que sea a las 7 am por el tema de que hay tour que se toman temprano. Que sea quizá de 7 am a 11 am

• Anuschka (9/5): Great modern hostel with super friendly vibe and social breakfast - - Great modern, well-designed and very clean hostel with bathroom in the dorm (instead of corridor) and elevator - Towels are included (was not the case in my previous hostel), as well as shampoo/conditioner/soap and free drinking water - Very friendly staff! - They made popcorn for everyone at movie night - Breakfast was tasty and a good way to get to know the other guests - even though I stayed only 2 nights I could see people at this hostel are forming like a little family for time, I guess the hostel's common activities and serving breakfast for people to come together help a lot for that vibe to emerge, without it becoming a party hostel - The motion-activated lights on the floor and in the bathroom are very modern, but many guests would have appreciated an option to switch them off or at least dim them. With eight people in the dorm, it was never truly dark at night, as someone was always coming in or going to the bathroom. - They’ve really thought of almost everything you might need in a dorm (compliment!); the only thing missing was a way to hang my towel near my bed (I had a freestanding bed, not a bunk) - I had to hang it close to the shower from where someone just took it - they sometimes had a water problem, needed to ask twice to fix/have the water run again

• Martin (10/5): Buenísima experiencia con SUUT - La instalaciones, es como un hotel! El servicio de limpieza no respeta el sueño de los clientes, cuando eres viajero aveces estás cansado y quieres dormir en el día, ellos entraban hablando fuerte y hacían mucho ruido al hacer la limpieza. Es solo un detalle todo los demás está perfecto !
• Hénola (8/5): Très correct - C’était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hostel. Le personnel est toujours très gentils, la literie satisfaisante, et le ménage correct. Si on veut vraiment dire quelques choses de négatif, c’est que le petit déjeuner le mercredi est très limité dans les options c’est dommage. Dans la chambre les détecteurs de lumière sont vraiment pénible car si tu te lèves dans la nuit tu ne peux pas être discret dans la lumière de toute la chambre s’allume. J’aurais également aimé avoir le contrôle de l’air conditionné plutôt que d’appeler quelqu’un de la réception à chaque fois. Dommage d’avoir eu une coupure d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours !

• Orellana (9/5): Tranquila y acogedora - Yo me quedé en una habitación compartida de 8 mujeres, con camas literas. Me tocó justo una habitación con u balcón pequeño pero muy útil. El espacio de la habitación es grande, tiene dos baños y dos duchas por separado dentro de la habitación, adicional el lavamanos es bastante amplio y tiene un espejo de igual tamaño. La ducha me encantó, tiene una muy buena potencia, el agua fría y caliente funcionan muy bien. Las camas son cómodas, me gustó mucho que en el locker que te proporcionan el cual es amplio te incluye la toalla de baño, es decir no te lo cobran como un extra. Cada cama tiene su propia lámpara y su propio enchufe con opción de USB. El desayuno lo recomiendo 100% está muy bueno, tienen 3 opciones de desayuno, con pancakes, quesadillas o tostadas, todos con guacamole y frutita. El staff es súper atento, están muy pendientes si necesitas prender o apagar el aire acondicionado o si existe algún inconveniente en la habitación. El hostal tiene parqueadero que es súper util en playa del carmen porque no hay donde parquearse. La ubicación está muy buena, en la décima avenida cerca de la quinta avenida en donde están todas las tiendas y la fiesta, está a unos 40 minutos caminando del muelle y a unos 15 - 20 minutos caminando del centro, pero igual está en una zona céntrica alejado del ruido de la fiesta. En la terraza son los desayunos y hay una piscina muy linda que nunca me metí. Tener en cuenta que los días miércoles el desayuno es bastante sencillo, una fruta y un pan, entonces realmente no vale mucho la pena el desayuno de ese día, me imagino suelen cambiar los días. Recomiendo mucho el hostal si les gusta caminar y quieren descansar El internet en mi habitación fallaba un poco

• Christopher (9/5): One of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed in - Beautifully designed to a high standard, with big common areas downstairs, a dedicated quiet co-working space and a beautiful rooftop pool terrace. The 3 bed dorm I stayed in had large lockers available and a comfy bed. Staff were very friendly - special shout out to Nico! The bright motion sensor light that comes on at the entrance to the room after dark. Plus some hooks to dry towels would be great

• Claire (9/5): A brilliant, modern hostel with delightful staff - This is a fabulous hostel. It's modern and clean. The staff are absolutely lovely, every single one of them. The breakfast is good quality and the supply of tea and coffee throughout the day is a great feature. The movie nights are a cute little detail too, and some evenings there are (up to 2) free beers for guests available on the roof (unfortunately I don't like beer but it's a nice touch). The location is quiet, away from the main hustle and bustle of Playa but it's easy to walk through to where the party is, if you so wish. There's hot water, complimentary shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The lockers are spacious. There is a shelf behind the lower bunks and the upper bunks can use the tops of the lockers. Each bed has a reading lamp and its own plug socket. The beds are comfy and you get a towel and blanket too. I didn't use the pool but I did see others using it and it seemed very nice. There are communal areas on the roof and downstairs too. It would have been nice if they had a hotplate or a hob of some kind but there's a microwave, a small grill, and an air fryer, so you can certainly make do. There's also a tap downstairs for drinking water. I extended my stay twice and so did a couple of other people I met whilst I was there, which I think speaks very highly of how nice this hostel is. Sometimes the bedroom was a little bit too warm for comfort, but it really wasn't very often. The automatic lights can be a little bit frustrating as sometimes they turn on just from somebody turning over in bed, but I always bring a sleep mask to hostels anyway so if you have one of those, it's no big deal.
• Madame WALDBURGER (8/5): Un auberge de jeunesse recente. - Les dortoirs sont agreables et propres. La piscine sympa sur le toit. Les douches sont spacieuses. Le dejeuner est bien servi, sauf les jours où le cuisinier est abscent. Les toilettes automatiques ne fonctionnent pas toujours bien. C est des fois, une mauvaise surprise. Manque des crochets ou dds chaises pour poser ses habits
• Alisa (7/5): Prima voor als je het hostel wil gebruiken om te slapen en te werken. - Het is een hostel met een hotel-gevoel. De kamers zijn ruim opgezet met toiletten, douches en wasbakken. Het hostel heeft meerdere verdiepingen, dat creëert het gevoel van een hotel. Toen ik er was, was het vrij rustig. In de woonkamer beneden biedt de mogelijkheid om tv te kijken, de keuken is klein (niet per se geschikt om een maaltijd te bereiden). Het dakterras is fijn, met name als de zon schijnt. Ontbijtservice is top en persoonlijk. Als je een hostel zoekt met een hoge sociale vibe, is Suut misschien niet de beste plek. Zoek je een plek om ook te werken en heb je behoefte aan af en toe contact? Dan is Suut wel geschikt. De ligging is prima, net buiten de drukte maar centraal genoeg voor de grote supermarkt, strand en eettentjes. Ik had gedacht dat het meer een hostel-gevoel had. Dat ontbrak wat mij betreft.

• Madame WALDBURGER (10/5): - L'auberge est agréable. Les lits confortables. L'espace est assez grand. Le personnel réactif. Proche du centre et des resto, mais pas tres bruyant. La climatisation doit etre reglée par le personnel, ce n est as toujours pratique en pleine nuit de devoir demander a la modifier. Comme souvent, il n'y a pas de crochet ou de chaises pour poser ses habits

• Charlotte (10/5): Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean and nice! - The hostel was super clean, everything seemed very new. Staff was friendly and helpful! The included breakfast was great too, especially being able to have it on the rooftop!
• Juan (8/5): - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la estética del lugar y los desayunos. Estuvo en una cama que no tenía cortina, por lo que perdí un poco de privacidad. También sería útil que hubiera un tendedero en el hotel para que las cosas se sequen más rápido, ya que tocaba dejarlas por ahí para que se secaran
• MARIA ISABEL (10/5): Muy buena - La estadía fue excelente,disfrute de la pileta, me brindaron información correcta a mis necesidades. La ubicacion es muy buena, el personal super amable. Mejoraría el desayuno, no hay oferta, solo se sirve yogurt con granola, se ofrece café, pero nada mas, no hay variedad.

• natalia (10/5): Mucho mas lindo de lo que se ve las fotos. - Vivir la experiencia Suut fue excelente! Es mucho más de lo que dicen, y mucho más lindo de lo que se ve en las fotos! El trato es muy agradable. La habitación tiene luces automáticas. La terraza es preciosa. El desayuno abundante. Queda cerca de todo. Sin dudarlo volvería.
