Alessandra (7/5): - Bella casa in collina con una splendida vista. Spazi ampi, accoglienti e puliti. Unica eccezione la dependance: il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere rimesso a nuovo e anche l’aria condizionata. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto problemi con l’impianto elettrico (l’elettricità saltava con una certa frequenza) e gli ultimi 4 giorni siamo rimasti senza acqua calda a causa di un danno allo scaldabagno che i proprietari non sono stati in grado di risolvere durante la nostra permanenza.
Sofia (6/5): Abitazione molto bella accogliente e pulita in posizione veramente bellissima - La casa è molto bella, curata e in una posizione perfetta, soprattutto considerando che ci siamo sposati a pochi passi di lì due giorni dopo il soggiorno. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata rovinata da un imprevisto al check-in: a causa di un ritardo del traghetto di 45 minuti, la signora Manuela non si è mostrata disponibile a trovare una soluzione, lasciandoci in difficoltà. Ho dovuto rinunciare a un appuntamento molto importante e mandare il mio futuro marito da solo a fare il check-in. Un’accoglienza più flessibile e comprensiva avrebbe sicuramente fatto la differenza.
