- Tejas (10/5): Great Stay @Alleppey - The room was very clean and nice, exactly as shown in the pictures. Also the hotel is close to the boating point and KSRTC bus stand, and you can easily find autos from here. I would really recommend this property. I liked everything

- Nir (10/5): - We had a great time staying at the hotel. The room was large, clean, and had a nice sitting space. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is good within a short walking distance to boats, restaurants, and places of interest. The breakfast buffet was good. Overall, it was very pleasant and good value.

- Latheef (7/5): Nice stay. - Nice, clean and big room, with a balcony. The check in was smooth and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfy. The place was easy to locate, but the roads to this place are really narrow. There is free parking on site. The kettle in the room was not working and the staff declined to provide a replacement citing that they don't have one to provide. The opened soap and milk powder packets from previous guest was there in the room. I doubt they cleaned the room properly before I checked in.

The staff are very very very kind and helpful .. Thank you so much Ambili,Ananya and Sumin ❤️ and also the person who help me to find a good shikara( backerwater) I will surely come back if I visit alleppy one time again.. . I RECOMMENDED 100% Nothing

- Rafi (9/5): Superb - This is my second stay at the property, i stayed here for three days, considering my hectic work schedule, i chose this property so that i can have a relaxed stay and proceed for the next days. appreciate the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and related facilities. Even though the front office staff got changed, they served timely on our request, when ever placed. give a try for this property if you are around in Alappuzha.

Property is located at very prime location for any tourist to take backwaters and rooms were pretty spacious and moreover clean. The staff was also wonderful and special thanks for the lady at the reception who offered a small boat as token of gift to my son. Can definitely suggest the property to anyone looking for a stay. Some improvement can be looked into the morning breakfast as it took quite some time for them to prepare what should have been there basis the available guest list. Other than that everything was wonderful

- U2brian (3/5): Disappointing - did not meet expectations - Location OK for boat jetty and night staff assisted me with a lift for early boat trip as no tuk tuk passing. My room was at rear, by back stairs and housekeeping pantry - despite asking for a quiet room, it was noisy. Unfortunately insects evident in room. Dirty linen, food trays etc left on corridor and stairwells. No toilet paper - I asked but it never arrived, so went in search of some from housekeeping staff. I checked out a day early at my own cost as no refund or partial refund forthcoming from staff - to be honest I did not expect it - but just couldn't stay another night. Hotel did not feel in any way luxury nor comfortable. Surprised it has good review scores. Small lobby/reception and restaurant on ground floor, no other public areas or facilities. Breakfast basic. Very underwhelmed - maybe I just was given a poor room. I would not return. Worth spending a little extra for a better option in my opinion.
