Kenya, Francesca, Giuseppe and Ana, the owner were the kindest, most gracious hosts. Everything about this room and the stay were well thought out. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a higher end stay right in the middle of the action of the city. The flooring was very slick around the tub, which seemed dangerous. Otherwise I have no negative comments.

• SVETLANA (10/5): Thank you for our hosts - we loved staying at your place - I liked everything about this place (note that I’m a picky person and always find something wrong :). Very nice personal that meet us by taxi from the airport; super clean and comfortable room, great location within walking distance to all major attractions. And last but not the least is an amazing breakfast on the rooftop with a beautiful view. You could also relax there in the afternoon or evening after running around. Liked everything

Il personale è stato cordialissimo aiutandoci in una situazione di estrema difficoltà in quanto io al sesto mese di gravidanza sono dovuta ricorrere a cure mediche urgenti. Il personale ha risposto ad ogni nostra esigenza con prontezza e umanità, sono state angeli custodi che non ci hanno fatto sentire soli nonostante il brutto episodio. Ringrazio di cuore per ogni attenzione dedicata e non averci fatto sentire soli. Che sia un arrivederci. Era tutto perfetto.

• McCairley (10/5): Great hotel for a first visit to Cagliari. Easy access everything and a wonderful small hotel - This hotel is a boutique 5 room gem in the heart of the action steps from Piazza Yenne and an abundance of restaurants and shops. So the location was ideal to get to anywhere in the city by foot or an easy drive. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and spotless. The housekeeping is amazing. Everything cleaned and restocked daily. The staff is not on site 24/7 so don't expect that. We received a warm welcome with prosecco and a snack while we settled in. Thank you Palazzo Ferrucci. If you have mobility issues, there are 47 steps to reach the hotel from the Main Street. There is an elevator inside the hotel. Our room overlooked the main shopping street and there was noise at night from the crowds of people until about midnight, and garbage pickup in the morning but earplugs helped a lot. These are not issues with the hotel, but something to consider if this is an issue.

La stanza, perfettamente corrispondente alle foto, é accogliente, spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort. È molto ben insonorizzata e isolata dall’esterno. Abbiamo molto apprezzato i kit di cortesia lasciati in bagno, i sali profumati per la vasca, la scelta trovata nel frigobar e la macchinetta per il caffè con diverse scelte di cialde. Nota di merito alla pulizia, impeccabile.

Our room was spacious, clean and so comfortable. They also greeted us with a welcome drink. The location is great for walking around, lots of restaurants and cafes right around the corner. We had trouble with our rental car and they helped us resolve it and even return it to the airport. Just the nicest people - thank you thank you!!And besides that, the hotel is beautiful, clean and very centrally located. Be aware that there are steps to get there - it’s beautifully located in the old city, but the location is not for anyone with mobility impairment.

Obsługa zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie – niezwykle uprzejma i zaangażowana, dba o każdy, nawet najmniejszy szczegół, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się wyjątkowo zaopiekowani. Śniadania na tarasie z widokiem na port to niezapomniane przeżycie – piękne otoczenie i relaksująca atmosfera, dodatkowo wzbogacona jacuzzi. Czystość w hotelu jest na najwyższym poziomie, wszystko lśni i zachęca do korzystania. Szczerze mówiąc, ilość gwiazdek, jaką można przyznać, to stanowczo za mało, aby oddać naszą prawdziwą ocenę i zachwyt. Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia i do którego z przyjemnością wrócimy! 💛
• Moi (10/5): Super hotel - Hôtel très propre et confortable literie au top ce qui est très rare en Italie il est très bien placé proche transport en commun gare et toutes les commodités. Le personnel est au petit soin et très réactif. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Mention spéciale pour le serveur au petit déjeuner d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle ainsi que sa collègue. Très important la femme de ménage qui s'occupe de nettoyer les chambres est parfaite. Petite précision pour les personnes qui viennent en avion il y a une ligne de train à l'aéroport qui vous emmène jusqu'à Cagliari pour 1€30 par personne. 5 min de train ligne 9.La gare est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Le Taxi de l'aéroport à l'hôtel coûte 40€ pour 10 minutes de voiture.

В номере есть все, о чем можно мечтать: джакузи, кофе машина , удобный душ со всеми принадлежностями, чистые белоснежные полотенца по три на человека, полотенца для пляжа, удобная большая кровать, не шумный кондиционер, который не сдувает тебя с кровати ночью. Очень хорошая уборка! Все продумано до мелочей! В общем, мечта туриста! Спасибо владельцам, менеджерам и всему персоналу за прекрасно созданный уют и комфорт!

It is difficult to get to by car so if you have a lot of luggage or young kids you might struggle as our taxi driver would not drop us in the lanai where the hotel is.
