• Peter (9/5): Prima verblijf op loopafstand van oude stad en strandjes - Op loopafstand van de oude stad en van de strandjes. Prima Italiaans ontbijt (koffie en croissantje) bij een op korte loopafstand koffietentje. Was helemaal af geweest als er ook een vaatwasser was geweest. Voor de rest was alles aanwezig.

• Tomat (9/5): - Das Appartment ist geräumig, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war ruhig und man fühlte sich sicher und gut aufgehoben.. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp war unkompliziert und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich :)

• Francesca Di Leo (9/5): - Comodo BB a Monopoli a pochi passi dal centro ma ideale se siete in macchina perché è facile parcheggiare gratuitamente delle vicinanze. Self check in impeccabile, estremamente pulito. Tutto bene solo per l'accessibilità tenete in conto che c'è una scalinata per accedere dal portone all'appartamento.

• Anni (10/5): Would love to return - highly recommend - Really beautiful, clean and quiet apartment with great location. Lots of free parking spots, cafes and restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to the many beaches of Monopoli as well as the centre. Well equipped kitchen, and a nice little balcony to enjoy your wine/coffee/food. Air conditioning both in the open kitchen area and in the bedroom. Bathroom is nice and big. Really enjoyed our 3 nights in this romantic apartment. -
• Imeroski (10/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt - Wir, Famiele mit zwei Kindern hatten einen Tolle. Aufenthalt bei Donna Rita. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und hochwertig. Das Appartement hatte zwei Badezimmer, in beiden Räumen war je einen grosser Fernseher, was mit Kindern sehr praktisch ist. Die kleine Küche und der Esstisch waren ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Das Hauptbett, sowie das Schlafsofa, waren sehr bequem. Frühstück gab in einer Caffeeteria, zwei minuten von dem Appartement entfernt. Vom Appartement an den Strand oder in der Altstadt hatten wir jeweils 5 - 7 min zu Fuss. Wir haben von der Unterkunft diverse Empfehlung für Restaurants erhalten, wir haben uns dann für eines entschiedenen und hatten auch da ein Wunderbares Abendessen. Gerne Empfehlen wir Donna Rita weiter und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch, im 2026. Wir waren wunschlos zufrieden 💯

Поблизу багато місць поїсти на будь який смак. Ви зможете відчути місцевий вайб Якщо ви чутко спите то вам можуть заважати зранку потяги які їздять недалеко від квартири
• Sandra (8/5): Perfectly good for an overnight stay, within easy reach of the historic town centre. - Breakfast in a nearby cafe is good, communication with the host was excellent, the property is modern, clean, quiet and welcoming. Finding a parking space at our time of arrival (around 9pm) proved a real challenge and we ended up circling the neighbourhood for about 20 minutes before finding a space we hoped was allowed. Not the host's fault obviously but an unexpected hitch.

• Lucas (10/5): Melhor acomodacao em monopoli - Apartamento extremamente confortavel, limpo e novo. A localizacao é perfeita, foi otimo ter ficado a apenas 5 minutos de caminha do barulho do centro historico, o que facilitou muito tambem o estacionamento, que é abundante na regiao do apartamento. Nao poderia recomendar mais, ficamos 4 dias mas poderiamos passa 1 mes facilmente.

• Sandrine (10/5): Emplacement idéal - L'emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville de Monopoli est parfait. C'est aussi proche de polignano a mare. L'appartement est decoré de très bon goût et très propre. Le petit balcon avec l'étendoir a linge typique est très bien.

• George (10/5): A roomy space in a great location with fabulous communication from the owner - hard to beat that! - The communication with Fabio the owner was fantastic and very helpful. We had no problem parking our car out on the street in the neighborhood. The accommodations were very roomy and thoughtful. We have not found many places that have nice wine glasses like Fabio did. He also helped us recover an item we accidentally left in the room after we had checked out.

• Dave (10/5): Modern and clean apartment - Nice layout, modern, clean apartment in a residential area of Monopoli. Very good communication with the host A simple breakfast at the apartment would have been easier and as nice. Apartment was expensive compared to others.

• Verónica (9/5): - Donna Rita,  un apartamento muy práctico y prolijo para una pareja viajera. El apartamento está a 10 minutos a pie o, tal vez menos, del centro histórico. La zona es segura y se puede estacionar sin costo en las calles cercanas. La llegada fue super fácil, nos contactamos por Booking y también x Wapp. Todo perfecto. El barrio es tranquilo y el apartamento está impecable, tal cual se muestra en las fotos.  Fabio estuvo a disposición todo el tiempo de nuestra estadía, nos dio varios tips para manejarnos en la zona. Recomendado 100% si  lo que buscan es un espacio cómodo, agradable y cerca del centro pero apartado del ruido. • Andy (9/5): Convenient, well equipped and relatively good value place to stay to visit beautiful Monopili - Location is well placed. It's not in a scenic area, but it's just a few minutes walk away from the main bit of Monopoli. Parking was always possible for us on the street which was a great help. Apartment is well equipped with super fast Wi-Fi - couldn't get the TV to connect to it though. Breakfast arrangement with local cafe was good. Didn't get the check-in instructions until about 30 minutes before arrival time - but all worked out OK.

• Daniela (10/5): Bellissima città, bellissima location - Arredato con molto gusto, molti i comfort e una grande scelta dei prodotti di prima qualità, caffè Nespresso, asciugacapelli professionali in entrambi i bagni, prodotti per il corpo selezionati e non 'commerciali'... Piccolo inconveniente, mancavano le coperte. Era il primo weekend di novembre e fortunatamente era ancora caldino, ma c'erano solo due plaid x due letti. Il titolare si è scusato, è stato molto comprensivo
• MICHELE (8/5): Ottima casa comoda per parcheggio e posizione - Ottima casa perfetta in tutto!!!! Forse far trovare la casa più calda al nostro arrivo essendo novembre, all inizio faceva freddo ma poi i condizionatori hanno fatto il loro lavoro

• Flavius (10/5): O experienta excelenta de cazare intr-o locatie perfecta pentru a explora toata regiunea Puglia. - Locatia excelenta, la cateva minute de mers pe jos de centru si de mare. Apartamentul minunat, decorat cu mult bun gust, curatenie ireprosabila, 2 bai, ambele cu dus ceea ce e un mare plus cand calatoresti cu familia. Conditii si comfort la intr-o camera de hotel. In plus am gasit un cadou de bun venit din partea gazdelor cu niste produse tipic italiene. Micul dejun la o cafenea din apropiere a fost excelent, ne-am simtit ca niste localnici pentru cateva zile. Multumim Fabio si Rita! Totul ne-a placut, nu am avut nicio neplacere sau nemultumire.

• Stefan (8/5): zweckmässig und hübsch, insbesondere zu zweit - Das Appartement ist hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Zu viert ist es eng, umso mehr ist man jedoch froh um die zwei Badezimmer. Das war super. Als sehr gut und grosszügig empfanden wir die Frühstücksgutscheine, die sich in der Nähe einlösen lassen (10€ pro Person). Und der Balkon ist auch praktisch. Die Matratze des Doppelbetts ist hart (meiner Frau war sie viel zu hart) und die verschnörkelten Ecken des Bettrahmens sind gemeingefährlich. Das Schienbein wünscht es sich anders.

Fabio was great with communication and suggestions for restaurants and wine tasting. We had a car so we liked that we could park at the property for free. The place smells so nice and everything was new and clean. The breakfast was really good, sweet or savory. It was at a cafe about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Highly recommend this place. We liked everything.

• GRAZIA (10/5): Perfetta - Struttura nuovissima.. molto ben curata nei dettagli. Posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro ma fuori dal casino. Oltre alla colazione che si fa al bar (fino a 20 euro per due persone) in frigo abbiamo trovato acqua e una bottiglia di vino. Inoltre c’è la macchina per fare il caffè con le cialde , stuzzichini vari dolci e salati. Tutto perfetto.

Perfetto per le famiglie. Colazione in un bar convenzionato a 4 minuti di cammino. Proprietario gentile e disponibilissimo.
