- Rami (4/5): Disappointing - It’s new property, all equipment are now and clean. No hot water, ( I think it sat up timer for it ) No WiFi , password word was wrong, it should be display correct password. We paid from booking.com for 20 person 10 rooms 364.£ some one called from this property and told this for only 10 persons for 5 bedrooms, totally disgusted what we booked from booking.com , caller ask another 364£ , finally he reduced 50% from that I paid another 182£ ( total 546£) , which so bad doing like this , he told it was an error, I paid extra because we arranged all our trip and everyone plan to come, It has 2 flats , that truth, but in future put correct details, don’t mislead customers, I so disappointed, first day , flat number 1,’s keys didn’t work properly, so we had to wait more that one hour, some one come and helped to opened it, need to change keys , In night time flat 1 no hot water, 2 nd flat had only 30 minutes hot water, next day morning had hot water in both flat . Flats were new, good condition, newly equipped, that good, clean, and nice, that only one good point, Need to be organised more that this..
