• Anže (8/5): Excellent location in Notting Hill - The apartment is located in an excellent location, offering quick access to the underground, which connects to all the attractions around London. It is important to emphasize that the apartment is in a safe area, providing a pleasant sense of security during your stay. The apartment is perfect for two people, as it offers plenty of space for comfortable living, cooking, and relaxing. The only thing worth mentioning is the relatively small and soft bed for two, especially if you are used to standard European double beds.
• Amelie (6/5): Appartement très beau et bien placé qui serait parfait avec quelques améliorations - L’appartement est récent et beau très bien placé le quartier est super sympa La literie de la chambre est à changer, il y a une cuvette au milieu ce qui nous fait glisser vers le centre. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultant il fait vite jour dans la chambre . Un peu de bruit si l’on dort dans le séjour du au trafic de la rue Mais pas de bruit dans la chambre qui donne sur l’intérieur d’une cours avec terrasse qui doit être très agréable en été . Le clic-clac n’est pas confortable et très bruyant au moindre mouvement un vrai sur matelas serait mieux pour ajouter du confort. Il manque de l’équipement, pas de saladier, pas de passoire, pas de plat pour aller au four. Et un changement de vaisselle, quatre choses de chaque, c’est un peu juste pour quatre personnes. Une porte d’entrée de l’immeuble défectueuse qui nous a bloqués pendant plus d’une heure dans l’immeuble sans moyen de pouvoir sortir chercher à manger le premier soir . Une communication un peu difficile au départ car personne ne répondait à ma demande alors que nous étions coincés. Après une heure, quelqu’un est venu mais la porte étant cassée, elle a dû rester ouverte pendant notre séjour. Pas de wifi pendant 24 heures, il a fallu insister pour avoir les codes d’un autre routeur dans l’immeuble, celui dans l’appartement ne fonctionnait pas. Après un début un peu difficile, le reste c’est bien passé.

• Ana (9/5): - The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes away from the metro and bus stop, in a quiet area.There are two grocery stores just one street away. The apartment is nicely equipped and comfortable. perhaps the only thing missing is an extra blanket and a few cloths/towels for the bathroom and kitchen.

Perfect for a couple but a squeeze for - I liked the location and that it was clean It was slightly cramped for a family of 4 with little living space when the pull out bed was opened. It didn’t have a dryer and we had to request a clothes drying rack. While the staff delivered it quickly, it took up a lot of space in an already tight apartment.

• Paul (8/5): Goed verzorgd appartement op een perfectie locatie - Het appartement was erg schoon, compleet ingericht en zag er netjes uit. Perfecte locatie met bushalte voor de deur en metro op 5 minuten lopen. Er is een probleem met de waterafvoer in de badkamer. Tijdens het douchen moet je de kraan afzetten anders loopt de badkamer vol water. Is een klein minpuntje van het verblijf. Op de voordeur van de centrale hal zit aan de binnenkant een knopje wat je NIET in mag drukken. Dit staat duidelijk in de beschrijving aangegeven. Onze bovenburen hadden dat wel gedaan waardoor je buitengesloten bent. De beheerder gebeld en die kwam zonder probleem onze kant op. Helaas moesten we wel 1 uur buiten in de kou wachten. De beheerder was zo vriendelijk om ons een reserve sleutel te geven voor het geval dit nog een keer zou gebeuren tijdens ons verblijf.

Κανοντας μπανιο στην ντουζιερα το νερο δεν απορροφοταν ευκολα με αποτελεσμα να πρεπει να σταματαμε το νερο προκειμενου να μην βγουν τα νερα εξω απ το μπανιο. Παρ ολα αυτα δεν αποτελουσε τεραστιο προβλημα. Ολα τα αλλα ηταν υπεροχα.

When you open the apartment door you are then faced with a wire running along the floor into the living room which is lose and a trip hazard and one for health and SAFTEY. The kettle was full of limescale and disgusting. The bedding had marks and was dirty it seemed. On last day going to leave the main external door handle was broken meaning could not get out of the flat. There was no other escape route and no fire plan for escape which is all a breech in fire regulations. Booking.com can’t even reach out to the landlord so I would avoid at all costs this is a serious health and SAFTEY and fire issue which I’m raising further as the landlord won’t even respond to messages DO NOT STAY, SERIOUS HEALTH AND SAFTEY AND FIRE BREECH. Cerca del metro y del bus Me costó trabajo abrir la puerta 😄 pero creo que fue cosa mía. Hablé por teléfono y me aclararon cómo entrar. Fueron muy amables.

• Malika Coralie (7/5): Idéal pour 2 personnes - L emplacement, la chambre, gel douche shampoing après shampooing pastilles lave vaisselle sel poivre sucre thé. Vue sur la porte bleue. Le canapé est très bien mais le lit intégré est plutôt pour des enfants, le matelas est de très mauvaise qualité, on sent les ressorts rien qu en posant la main dessus. La cuisine est très bien pour 2 mais attention pas de torchons, pas de plats pour le four, l équipements de mauvaise qualité pour utiliser la plaque de cuisson se limitent à une petite poêle une sauteuse et une casserole. Ils sont dangereux car glissent de la plaque pendant l utilisation. Il faut rester à côté tout le temps. Capsules café pour cette cafetière introuvable dans le quartier nous avons acheté du café soluble. Dommage que ces petits défauts empêchent d apprécier l excellente qualité de l électroménager de la cuisine. Pas de four micro onde

However they ignore requests for a simple invoice. Therefore meaning I cannot reclaim the expense. Really disappointing customer service.

• Imon (7/5): Only good thing is the location - Location The property management didn't respond to calls or chats unless I routed it through booking.com. There are some things that all should know. The management told that they don't provide housekeeping during the stay (however long the stay is). For almost the first 20 hours of our stay there was no toiletries, washing machine powder/liquid, dishwasher liquid. Only one set of toilet paper and dustbin bags were available. After calling multiple times and being routed to multiple people someone arrived and handed them over. Be prepared to take the dustbin bags yourselves (to be fair they never told that they would do it for us). Also if you need an invoice for your stay don't book this place. Booking.com has contacted the property for the invoice. I have contacted the property for the invoice. They have asked for 48 hrs every time. It's been more than two weeks now. I haven't received any invoice. So be very careful. The only good thing about the place is the location.
• Tal (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The only good thing I can say is regarding the location. It’s really close to the train station and to the main road. There is construction in the building so there is a lot of noise, the beds and especially the sofa bed is really uncomfortably, the shower has problems - it’s easily flooded without any normal way to fix it. In general the apartment is very small and unmagical. It’s true that the price is low, but I think it’s still not good value for money.

The bed in the bedroom was too soft for our liking. The modem wire must be seen to as you really can't have the wire lying across a doorway floor.

It’s located perfectly for a calmer but still full of surprises London. - Its a great apartment with thoughtful interior and convenient facilities. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. The location is perfect with many attention worthy places just around the corner. Public transport was very accessible with metro station and bus stops nearby. Good coffee, books, sweet treat and great restaurants - we wish we had more time here. We had some trouble keeping the water from shower in the shower and not all over the bathroom.

• Hong (2/5): Bad experience - Newly renovated apartment in a very good location. It could have been one of the best deals. But seriou shortcomings made it a bad experience instead. Poor execution on the bathroom. There isn't one inch dry place for the bathroom rolls and the half shower door makes the bathroom a flood zone after a shower. We have booked two nights. The first night was excellent but the second night we had no heat nor hot water in subzero weather. Numerous calls got no where but delayed flimsy instructions on how to operate the heater which would require a training and manual to operate. We are here to enjoy vacation, not to learn your equipment in subzero temperature for more than two hours. In the end, they finally offered the unit upstairs for us to stay overnight. They could have done that after my first message to save the day for all of us. The way of communication was very difficult. All my calls were answered by voicemail even after I have repeatedly told them the heater and hot water problems. They sent emails through Booking.com which I couldn't reply to. Because of the time between my leaving voice messages and their replying with emails through Booking.com, it was extremely frustrating and messages were out of sync. Overall we had a very bad experience.
