• Sandra (9/5): - Location, facilities. Plug in kitchen sink didn’t work so it was very difficult to wash up (there’s a dishwasher so it wasn’t as bad as it could have been).

De petites attentions très appréciables : du lait et de l’eau dans le réfrigérateur, des cookies et du thé. Cuisine et équipements magnifiques. Lits très confortables. les placards sont trop remplis de produits et d’ustensiles de nettoyage.

• Undine (9/5): Zentrales Cottage mitten im schönen Luss - Die Lage ist phantastisch. Ein paar Schritte vor die Tür und man ist mitten im wunderhübschen Ort. Das Cottage ist recht gut ausgestattet, der Freisitz auf der Terrasse ist praktisch. Toll auch, dass man direkt vor der Tür parken kann. Die Betten sind bequem, die Sofas ebenso. Der Esstisch ist recht klein, aber wohl nicht anders machbar, aufgrund der Grösse des Raumes. Internet, SmartTV und ein paar Spiele sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Kurz vor Buchungsbeginn kam eine Information bezüglich Schlüssel, Kontaktperson und ein paar Hinweisen zu Geschäften für Lebensmittel. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. An einem Tag wurde ohne Vorwarnung (für uns) der Strom im ganzen Ort von 9am - 4pm abgestellt. Leider stand gerade jemand von uns unter der Dusche. Unsere Nachfrage beim Village Store um die Ecke ergab, dass es wohl im Ort frühzeitig kommuniziert wurde. Wir konnten auch unsere Gastgeber nicht fragen, da leider kein Netz mehr zur Verfügung stand. War etwas unangenehm, sonst hätte man im Voraus anders planen können. Keine Ahnung woran es lag, uns hat die Info jedenfalls nicht erreicht. Insgesamt hatten wir keinen direkten Kontakt, was jedoch ok war. Es gibt im Cottage kein Informationsblatt bzw. regionale Gästeinformationen, dies wäre ggf. hilfreich. Zwei drei Teller mehr wären auch toll, damit man nicht immer sofort abwaschen muss. Und die fehlenden Nachtlampen sind tatsächlich etwas schade. In einem Schlafzimmer ist eine Nachttischlampe im anderen keine.
• Lorelle (10/5): Incredible once again - This is the perfect base for our holiday, and this was the second time we've spent our summer holiday in this cottage. Luss is beautiful and we love the Cruise Loch Lomand boat ride and our son loved paddling in the Loch. We also drove out to places such as Loch Lomand Bird of Prey Centre, Hill House and Denny Tank Museum nearby. We also managed to drive further afield to Inveraray Castle and Ben Nevis Gondola. An amazing holiday and a lovely lovely cottage that now feels like home for us after our second time here. Not really anything we didn't like!

• Chanel (8/5): Simply lovely - The location was amazing to the wedding we had at the lodge on loch lommand. The near by shops also given by the host just perfect the directions perfect also. All in all it’s a lovely place and a lovely stay it was nice and quiet not a lot of noise or any kind of unsafe feeling it was very nice for me and my friend. The only thing I would say was it was absolutely boiling and we weren’t sure if there was any AC so we had to leave the door open quite a bit which then lead to spiders and the obvious creatures coming in which my friend has a big phobia of haha. But I mean the host can’t control the weather and the cottage also is such a great sun trap aw you get the sun all day it’s just delightful.
• Christoph (8/5): Schönes Cottage - Sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Ausstattung war Top. Es ist wirklich alles da was man benötigt. Von Smart TV, WLAN bis hin zur voll ausgestatteten Küche sowie Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen, wirklich alles da! Wir konnten direkt in der Einfahrt parken, was sehr gut ist, da die Parkplätze drumherum aufgrund der Touristen oftmals belegt sind. Beim "Check-In" auch alles Top, Schlüssel war im Keysafe hinterlegt, das Cottage selbst war piccobello sauber Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten das Cottage auch ganz klar weiterempfehlen. Leider knarzen die Fußbodendielen recht laut, was vor allem Nachts - wenn man mal aufstehen muss - dann doch mal unangenehm sein kann. Das ist dann aber auch das einzige was man bemängeln könnte.

• Annika (10/5): Charming cottage & outstanding hospitality - We had a truly wonderful stay at Heather Cottage in Luss! The cottage is beautifully and lovingly decorated, creating a perfect mix of comfort and charm. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the amenities left nothing to be desired, you can really tell that great care has been taken to make guests feel at home. A special thank you goes to the manager, who was immediately available when we had a brief issue locating the key safe. She was extremely helpful and kind, and communication was easy and efficient. The location of the cottage is also ideal: just a few steps from the lovely village centre of Luss, with its charming shops, café, and direct access to Loch Lomond. We would happily come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend Heather Cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in beautiful surroundings!

• Susan (10/5): Perfect cottage - Everything about this cottage was perfect for us. We attended a wedding at the hotel on the Saturday l which was a 3 minute walk. On Sunday we went on a boat trip around the lake which was lovely. Would highly recommend this cottage to anybody that wanted a relaxing welcoming cottage. Views through the door was amazing. There is nothing we did not like.
• Sally (9/5): Beautifully presented cottage in a peaceful and charming location - It was lovely to find tea, coffee, milk and shortbread supplied! Everything was sparkling clean and welcoming. Very quiet and comfy beds for a good nights sleep. In the middle of Luss and easy stroll to everything! A proper bedside lamp would be nice for reading at night

• James (9/5): A lovely stay, highly recommend Heather Cottage for a stay in Luss. - The location was great. Lovey space, comfortable and well equipped. Plus parking which was a bonus. A lovely cottage. The shower, had low pressure and took time to get hot. The wooden floors were noisy when walking on, particularly at night when using the bathroom and trying not to disturb other occupants. The front door was a little tricky to open and close.

• Zoe (10/5): Lovely cosy cottage - The cottage was lovely, comfortable and cosy for the 4 of us. Very clean and location for Luss and Loch Lomond was perfect! The facilities were great. We were greeted with shortbread (which was a kind welcome touch!) milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Would highly reccomend! The only negative I would have is that the shower isn't very powerful, but I'm not sure if that's just the general water pressure of the village.

• Allen (10/5): Heather cottage - A lovely rustic but modern cottage with all amenities in the stunning village of Luss, with lots of walks and local shops on hand, couldn't ask for a nicer accommodation with helpful owner on hand if needed. As well as a welcome gift of a box of shortbread and mints on arrival. Nothing.

• Kelsey (10/5): Lovely cottage, perfect location equipped with everything we needed! - Perfect location in Luss, we were attending a wedding at the hotel and it was only a few minutes walk across to the hotel. The cottage had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating as well Nothing, it would be handy to have some citronella candles for the midges when sitting outside, we could only find normal tealights in the drawer.
• Angela (9/5): A beautiful cottage ina beautiful location with everything around you for a beautiful stay. - Central location and attention to detail in the property. The floors were very creeky especially when any of the group got up to go to the bathroom during the night.
• Lorelle (10/5): The perfect week away - The location was perfect, right round from the shop and only a minutes walk from the pier and other shops. The cottage was clean and well stocked, and some lovely biscuits on arrival. The beds were very comfortable. I lived being able to see the mountains in the background when looking out of the windows at the front. We felt very at home here. Squeaky floors took us by surprise!
• Zoé (8/5): Lovely location to explore Luss, as - super clean and very comfy bed! loved that the pantry was stacked with a few essentials (oils, salt and such) We booked for 2 adults and a child and no cots were installed, and the cot that was available did not open correctly and had not mattress. Maybe we should have made it more clear we would need the cot!

• Mae (8/5): A quaint cottage in the middle of a lovely town - Charming and comfortable cottage right in the lovely town of Luss. The rooms were all clean and nicely furnished, and the kitchen was spacious and functional. We appreciated the shortbread, milk and bottled water provided. Very creaky floors throughout. The shower was somewhat clogged, so even a quick shower resulted in standing water.

• Maggie (7/5): The outside sitting space was a must for us and it was comfortable.The location is fabulous the cottage is lovely and am - kerb appeal location car parking shop near The squeeky floorboards everywhere. The front door was a problem from the outset we could not lock it so security was a problem. It had been obviously previously repaired and must have swollen. We had to carry personal possessions every time we left. We couldn’t get hold of anyone to help till the day we left and the girl was lovely but it was rather late.
