- Simona (10/5): Confort si relaxare intr-o zona linistita. Gazde cu atentie la detalii. Sigur vom reveni. - Am revenit la House Pica si am regasit totul asa cum ne asteptam, foarte curat, bine organizat si foarte spatios. Exista bucatarie cu tot ce ai nevoie, masina de spalat vase, masina de spalat rufe, daca vrei sa stai mai multe zile. O terasa unde poti bea cafeaua dimineata, un birou unde pot lucra sau scrie daca ai nevoie de zona de dedicata. De asemenea exista parcare chiar in fata casei. Zona este una linistita, poti merge pe jos pana in centru ~20 min sau cu mijloacele de transport in comun. Totul este perfect pentru o sedere pentru mai multe zile.
- claudiu (8/5): - Locația ,elegantă și curată Am avut parte de vecini extrem de gălăgioși ( cei de la numărul 87),chef de chef în curte cu boxe la maxim ,inclusiv la 4 dimineața.Am sunat la poliție de două ori până când s-au potolit spiritele .Si nu cred ca “vecinii “ sunt la prima ispravă de acest fel .Din pacate nu am avut sprijin din partea gazdei ,am fost pe cont propriu
- Endre (10/5): - Ne-am simțit foarte bine pe durata sejurului nostru. Apartamentul este amenajat la un standard ridicat, cu materiale și dotări de calitate, fiind bine echipat si curat. Este situat într-o zonă liniștită, dar în același timp aproape de centrul orașului. Un mare avantaj este parcarea proprie, care oferă un plus de confort.

Диван был застрелен не только постельным бельем, но и наматрасником, что обеспечило комфорт для сна. Кровать в соседней комнате хорошая. В пешей доступности Лидл!

Ambientul e liniștit, cu acel aer calm care te lasă să te odihnești fără să-ți fugă mintea în toate direcțiile. Locația e excelentă, aproape de punctele importante din Cluj. Chiar fără să ne întâlnim cu gazda, totul a mers impecabil și m-am simțit în siguranță și bine primiți.

- Klavdija (10/5): - Zelo čist, urejen in opremeljn apartma, z vsem kar gost potrebuje. Zelo prijazna I gostoljubna lastnica. Prišli smo s kombijem in ves čas nam je bilo na razpolago parkirisce. Ker je bil pomivalni stroj v okvari, nam je lastnica povrnila del stroškov, kar se nam je zdelo neverjetno in nadvse gostoljubno. Toplo priporočamo to nastanitev.

The apartment has a great location near some restaurants and supermarket and walking distance to city center. Having a designated parking place was awesome. A well-equipped apartment with a good layout. The host responded immediately to any questions we had. The dogs that live around the house are very cute. Thank you for the hospitality :)

L'accès à l'appartement est très simple, un digicode nous a été envoyé par notre hôte pour accéder à l'appartement. Le parking est réservé par notre hôte dans la rue juste devant l'appartement ce qui est très commode. L'appartement est très moderne et fourni tout ce dont on a besoin pour le séjour, il est très propre et très confortable.

In apartament totul este confortabil, de inalta calitate si gandit pana la cele mai mici detalii. Curatenia este de nota 10+. Desi vremea nu a tinut cu noi si a plouat mult, confortul apartamentului a adus bucurie calatoriei noastre. Multumim pentru bomboane si cafea :)

- Razvan Vasile (10/5): Una peste alta, descriu sejurul ca si Excelent! - Locatia este excelenta. Am inchiriat apartamentul penthouse pentru 4 zile. Mobilier exceptional. Pat + canapea - foarte confortabile. Bucatarie echipata complet (Aparat de cafea + cafea si ceai din partea gazdei; cuptor cu microunde + cuptor electric + plita cu inductie; hota; masina de spalat vase+ detergent; vesela + tacamuri suficiente si de calitate buna). Baia - impecabila + masina de spalat rufe + detergent. Exista o terasa foarte frumoasa si mare, foarte bine amenajata. P.S. Locatia dispune de doua locuri de parcare in fata portii P.S.2 In primele doua zile proprietarii au trebuit sa sa faca niste lucrari la una dintre camerele de la parter care a implicat si folosirea unor bormasini si ceva praf pe holuri. Pentru aceast disconfort gazda ne-a oferit 50 la suta reducere sau returnarea intregii sume daca alegeam sa plecam dupa prima noapte un gest foarte frumos si onorabil din partea dumneaei. Am ales sa ramanem mai ales ca zgomotul a incetat incepand cu ziua a doua. (Am ales sa spun asta in acesta sectiune pentru ca ar fi fost prea mult sa o pun in sectiunea "Ce nu v-a placut". A fost un usor disconfort prima zi, in rest perfect)
- Andrés (10/5): - Apartamento de diseño renovado hace poco. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor y tiene escaleras dentro del apartamento. Es un espacio diáfano, con una única puerta para el baño, cuya pared es de cristal traslúcido, donde se encuentra una cama, dos sofás cama y la cocina. La cocina está equipada con frigorífico y lavavajilas integrados. Tienes jabon, tanto para la lavadora como para el lavavajillas. Como detalle, había una botella de agua en la nevera así como distintos tipos de café, te, crema de leche, y bombones. Había, además un manual, con recomendaciones de aparcamiento dentro de la ciudad, restaurantes.... Se encuentra situado a 15/20 minutos, andando, del centro y tiene aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta si avisas con anterioridad. Tiene terraza amplia con sillones.

The communication with the host was effective, she always answered rapidly to the messages and the phonecalls. It was very easy to access with the code, and we didn't have to worry about the keys all the time. The property had private parking, which is important, since finding a nearby parking place during the day is almost impossible. The city center and the botanical garden, as well as a shopping centre were in walking distance.

- Danica (9/5): Prijeten apartma blizu centra - Všeč nam je bilo rezervirano parkirno mesto pred vhodom. Po odjavi smo lahko avto pustili na rezerviranem mestu za čas ogledala botaničnega vrta (v bližini, vreden ogleda). Stanovanje je bilo čisto, postelja zelo udobna. Udoben je bil tudi kavč. Na voljo je kavni aparat s kapsulami. Klima v spalnici je sicer delovala, pokvarjen je le mehanizem swing. Mreža proti komarjem. Hitra odzivnost. Do centra mesta je približno 20 minut hoje, ki se ob vrnitvi podaljša, saj je nastanitev na vrhu klanca. Naš apartma je bil v nadstropju, dostopen le po stopnicah. Okna na precej prometno cesto, posledično kar hrupna noč ob odpretem oknu.

- Clarisa (10/5): Excellent accomodation - Everything! It was a huge apartment with all facilities and comfort included. 5-8 minutes walk from Botanical Gardens.
- Tamás (10/5): Exceptional - The house was really clean and looked beautiful. The provided parking spot was really welcomed in front of the property. I can recommend this place with ease. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear if somebody is making noise. Thankfully the other guests where also quite so this wasn't a big issue.
