• Pamela (8/5): Ottimo se trovi prezzi da offerte - Torniamo qui ogni anno perché ci piace tutto il pacchetto che offre L hotel: personale gentile, ristorante ottimo, piscina riscaldata e sauna, cioccolata calda a merenda, shuttle bus alle piste, etc, colazione a buffet e l’attenzione dei ragazzi del ristorante In passato Lo shuttle bus ti aspettava ai piedi delle piste quando finivi di sciare, ora lo devi chiamare Non corrisponde ai livelli di un 4 stelle: in camera manca un tavolo per lavorare, solo c’è un tavolino basso scomodo, la doccia non funzionava bene, sotto il letto abbiamo incontrato cose dimenticate da altri ospiti, nella sala raclette il nostro tavolo era al lato del motore del camino e ci ha infastiditi per tutta la cena invece di essere una cena tranquilla, il ristorante è un po’ caro seppur buono, prezzi altissimi se vieni nel weekend che secondo me non corrispondono al livello dell’hotel

• Salvador (7/5): Our stay was pleasant, and the staff more than made up for the hotel's outdated decor and equipment. - The staff was very professional, friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of quality products. The rooms were cleaned properly and warm, and the beds were comfortable. The aprés-ski treats at the lounge area were also very pleasant and a nice touch. The 4-star rating is fair considering the location and the good staff. The hotel would greatly benefit from some renovations; the rooms feel a bit outdated, nothing is broken or not working, but they still feel old and outdated. At one point during the last night, water started pouring from our bathroom ceiling, but the staff was readily available to fix the issue and even offer a new room, but as it was our last night and the water stopped, we ended up declining the offer. However, the hotel no longer feels like a 4-star hotel in terms of decor and equipment.

Ça baignait dans l'huile. Nous n'y avons plu mangé, d'ailleurs sur les conseils d'autres résidents qui nous ont dit d'éviter le restaurant de l'hôtel car pas bon et très cher.

• spencer (10/5): Great stay and will definitely be back next year! - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable (maybe a little too warm) and bathrooms clean and spacious. Beds were made daily, towels changed as desired. Great breakfast with lots of variety including freshly cooked to order eggs. The bar area was very spacious, and cozy with a fire burning along with lots of comfortable sofa’s easily seating our party of 7. Spa area was a lovely bonus that could be enjoyed at the end of the day without the restriction of time slots or booking. Hotel was a very short walk away from the chairlift but a shuttle was offered if you wanted to use it. Only that the rooms were a bit warm even without the radiator on. But really no big deal.
• Rokus (8/5): - Our stay was great. Reception was very helpful and friendly, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the beds were great. The food in the hotel restaurant was also great - both the breakfast and the dinner menu. The pool facilities looked a little neglected in terms of cleanliness; wet floors all around and no towels. The temperature in the entire hotel was quite high. In our room, we just kept the window open and the heating off for our entire stay of 6 nights in February/March.

Sinon, obligation de prendre la voiture pour aller en station ou ailleurs. Sur 1700 TANAU, il n'y a rien à part des appartements et le seul télésiège d'accès au Domaine skiable L'hôtel daté, surtout en affichant 4 étoiles. Seuls le Salon et son Bar semblent rénovés, les chambres sont restées dans leur "jus" montagne. Il y a une piscine intérieure mais les horaires restent inadaptés à des non Skieurs ! Quant au restaurant, rien qui justifie 4* Ça reste bon mais sans plus ... Le Menu Entrée, Plat et dessert affiché pour la 1/2 pension à 48€, cela est surévalué. Une navette vous transporte au télésiège en cas de besoin ... Mais ça reste un basique à Baqueira où tous les hôtels proposent ce service.

• Maria (9/5): - Staff was very friendly and always helpful - we left a bag behind and they promptly supported us in sending it back. Good breakfast and comfortable bedrooms. The common room with the cozy fireplace, games, hot chocolate and snacks was a big plus for our family, specially for the kids. Great location just a couple minutes from the slopes (walking distance) - the hotel also offers a free shuttle service from/to the hotel to the slopes. While the location is great, and actually close to the center of Baqueira (5 min away by car), there are limited options if you do not own a car. Taxis can be very expensive (40€ for a 8 person van, one way). So, should you wish to spend more time at the center of Baqueira, would recommend renting a car (the hotel offers parking options). Good breakfast but could have a bit more variety/quantities. Pool area could benefit from having more lounge chairs and something to prevent the floor from being so slippery.

• Lourdes (8/5): Situació inmillorable, menjar boníssim i personal molt amable i professional - El menjar és boníssim, variat i abundant. El maître i els cambrers són molt professionals i persones molt amables i resolutives. Ens varen oferir a servir-nos el sopar a la sala de raclette quan varen ser conscients que al menjador hi havia unes famílies molt escandaloses. La situació de l'hotel respecte als remuntadors és perfecte. És un plaer tornar el capvespre pel caminet notant com les cames van afluixant-se. Els llits són còmodes i l’habitació luminosa i ventilada. El bany podria ser una mica més gran i la dutxa una mica més separada de la paret i més protegida per no tirar aigua per tot. Sap greu per les persones que han de netejar després. Però l'aigua surt amb força i calenteta. Que acceptin grups grans de famílies amb molts nins i adults cridaners. L'espai del menjador no és molt gran i a nosaltres quatre se'ns feia difícil tenir una conversa. També a la tarda es passejaven en barnús per la sala de la ximenea i cridaven molt, corrien i s'amuntagaven a la barra on ens podíem servir xocolata calent en arribar d'esquiar. Crec que no és un establiment adequat per acceptar grups tan grans. Evidentment, ni se'ns va ocórrer anar a la piscina. Era la nostra tercera vegada a aquest hotel i no ens havia passat mai. Pensam tornar-hi però assegurant-nos que no torna a passar això.
• Cristina (8/5): Hotel muy acogedor pero donde no dieron solución a mi problema - Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel alado del TQ y con transfer aunque fueran 100 metros… El chocolate de después de esquiar un puntazo y el salón súper acogedor y agradable La piscina un plus aunque no me dio tiempo a usarla y el desayuno estupendo. El guardaskis donde dejar y recoger botas etc. calentito una gozada. Pedí una habitación para 4 adultos y volví a llamar para asegurarme que en las 4 camas podrían dormir todo adultos ,me dijeron que sí que estaban al tanto que mis hijos eran ya adultos…. Nos dieron una con una cama estupenda para nosotros y dos propias de unos niños de 10-12 años donde mis hijos casi no cabían…. Lo dije en recepción y la solución una abuhardillada un poco claustrofóbica donde no llegaba ni el ascensor,tampoco justificación de lo que había pasado… la verdad es que esto me pareció muy mal .. igual si me lo hubieran dicho cogía dos dobles o buscaba otra solución en otro sitio.

La navette pour la remontée est pratique, mais il n'y a pas le charme du ski in/out...

• Damaris (8/5): Muy bueno - El personal es muy amable, lo único es que los taxis demoran mucho y no hay otro medio de transporte en el pueblo para ir a los aledaños. El agua de la piscina estaba fria el primer día pero pedimos la calentaran más y si lo hicieron asi que los demás días disfrutamos las amenidades. No nos quisieron cambiar las batas de baño, entiendo que es por ahorrar agua pero estaban muy mojadas del sauna con sudor

• Cristobal (10/5): Excellent hotel in Baqueira. - Very good location to enjoy skiing in Baqueira's ski resort if that's the purpose of the trip, The chairlift is 100 metres from the hotel. and there is a free transfer from the hotel to the chairlift. The hotel is comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast and food at the restaurant. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is an great option to stay in this area.

• Carmen (7/5): Cómodo y personal simpático - El personal muy agradable y el desayuno rico. La habitación cómoda y aunque estaba lejos del “centro” hay un servicio de trasporte que funciona muy bien. Para el precio, las instalaciones un poco viejas… sobre todo la zona de piscina. Deberían avisar de que no está a pie de pista como tal

Le restaurant est excellent et le bar pour se poser après le ski et pour faire un apéro avant le repas. Le service est très professionnel. Pas de champagne ou de cocktail dommage. L'espace détente (piscine et spa) est à repenser, lors de notre passage les saunas n'était pas en fonction, et la pompe à côté de la piscine est trop bruyante (on ne s'entend pas parler dans la piscine), ce n'est pas vraiment ce qu'on s'attend pour un espace détente...

• BINDER KLEP (8/5): - Le personnel est vraiment adorable et très souriant. Nous avons pu nous stationner devant l'hôtel et laisser nos.bagages dans le local dédié pour pouvoir aller skier. En rentrant de notre journée se ski, nous avons fait le check in. Une navette de l'hôtel vous amène au petit télésiège qui se situe à 200 m à pied. La piscine et son eau bien chaude est très appréciable pour se détendre après le ski. Un grand salon avec cheminée, canapés très confortables,bouquins et jeux également. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très grand. Petits déjeuners et dîners copieux et savoureux. Nous avons été un peu déçus de ne pas trouver tous les plats disponibles sur la carte - probablement parce que nous sommes en fin de saison - mais finalement nous en avons bien rit avec le.serveur qui était vraiment désolés pour nous.
