Tom (4/5): Excellent location but would not stay again due to the cleanliness. - The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the main square. The bathroom was adequate with a shower which was clean. The flat itself was small but big enough for one person. Although the shower was clean and there were clean towels, the rest of the property looked like it had not been cleaned. The mattress protectors had obviously not been changed and there was hair and dirt on them. The floor had not been vacuumed and in the corners of the room was extremely dirty. I messaged the hosts but did not receive any reply. Overall I would not stay there again due to the lack of cleanliness.
Nanna57 (10/5): Kitűnő apartman nagyon jó áron - Csendes, udvarra néző, tágas apartmant kaptunk egy régi, de felújított apartmanházban. Kifogástalanul tiszta, minden alapfelszereltséggel ellátott szállás, bár talán még egy mikró jó lett volna. A történelmi belvárosban található, éttermek, kávézók közelében, de boltok és buszmegállók is egy-két perc sétára vannak. Nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat. Csak egy mikró hiányzott.

Jakub (9/5): Idealna lokalizacja w Wiener Neustadt, blisko na okoliczne ferraty. - Bardzo przestronny pokój, z dostępnością płyty indukcyjnej i podstawowymi naczyniami. Dodatkowo super lokalizacja w centrum miasta i absolutnie kompletne zestawienie potrzebnych informacji od gospodarzy - odnośnie parkowania, zakwaterowania, reguł. Wygodny, online check-in. Jedyne na co mógłbym zwrócić uwagę to część sztućców i talerzy była niestety niedomyta i to w zasadzie tylko dlatego ocena 9 a nie 10.

Seyedali (10/5): Definitely worth the money - Great place to stay, very accurate to the description, very clean and close to city center, with private bathroom and kitchenette, as well as desks and dining table. Room had A/C as well as a fan to keep cool during the night. Bed was very clean and comfortable and there were towels for guests as well which I didn't expect from a rental apartment, I only expect towels at hotels, so it was a nice surprise. Only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was a little low, other than that, everything else was great

Raffaela (4/5): Enttäuschend - Im gesamten Gebäude riecht es wie in einem nassen modrigen Keller. Auch im Zimmer war ein stark muffiger modriger Geruch. Zudem entsprach die Ausstattung des Apartments nicht den ersichtlichen Fotos auf der Buchungslplattform. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer mit mini Küche als um eine Apartment wie auf den Fotos angegeben. Die angegeben Telefonnummer / Handynummer der Unterkunft ist nicht vergeben. Über die Mailadresse wurde am Tag der Anreise eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Am nächsten Tag hat sich aber leider niemand mehr mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt. Wir wollten unseren Aufenthalt um 1 Tag verkürzen. Über booking war dies nicht mehr möglich. Deshalb haben wir es direkt mit dem Vermieter versucht. Da er uns am Vorabend 1.5. telefonisch gesagt hat, dass eine Verkürzung der Aufenthaltsdauer möglich ist. Leider wurde darauf nicht mehr reagiert. Was sehr enttäuschend ist. Die letzte Nacht vom 2. - 3.5. wurde nicht mehr in Anspruch genommen. Wir ersuchen daher auf diesem Wege um Rückerstattung für eine Nacht. Besten Dank und freundliche Grüße, Raffaela Thaller
Claudia (8/5): Feine Wohnung, geräumig uns sehr zentral gelegen. - Gute Lage, in der Nähe des Hauptplatzes und Zentrum. Wir waren in der Dachgeschosswohnung, sehr hell und freundlich und sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Fein wäre noch ein zweites Tischchen beim 2. Bett gewesen, damit man die 2. Lampe aufstellen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ein kleiner Tisch beim 2. Bett

QPRSte (10/5): - Sauberkeit & Zustand: Das Studio war bei unserer Ankunft in einem tadellosen, sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz zur freien Entfaltung – weit mehr, als man von einem typischen City-Studio erwarten würde. Zwei Punkte sollten bei der Buchung beachtet werden, die unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht negativ beeinflusst haben: Medien: Es gibt im Studio kein TV-Gerät. Wer darauf Wert legt, sollte sich entsprechend vorbereiten. Lichtverhältnisse: Die Dachfenster verfügen derzeit über keinerlei Jalousien oder Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Da es dadurch bereits am frühen Morgen sehr hell im Raum wird, ist dies für lichtempfindliche Schläfer relevant.

Mayer (5/5): - Die Lage sehr zentral. Mein Mann war im Krankenhaus. Dieses und auch das Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Einrichtung schien relativ neu und geschmackvoll. Das Studio geräumig. Der check In einfach und verständlich. Ich bin grundsätzlich nicht kritisch, doch haben mich einige Punkte verärgert....das Studio war nicht gut gereinigt. Zwei Wasserlacken (ich hoffe, es war Wasser:) im Zimmer. Die Luft im Raum überriechend ..wohl weil schlecht gelüftet werden kann. Das Studio im Erdgeschoss war strassenseitig, wenn das Fenster offen war, konnte jeder reinsehen...kein Sichtschutz, also kein Vorhang...ausser zur Verdunkelung.....und die Höhe so, dass jeder reinsteigen kann...Autos haben direkt vor dem Fenster geparkt und Menschen beim Vorbeigehen reingesehen....und vom gegenüberliegenden Haus kann man von allen Stockwerken bis ins Bad sehen ...dies leider ein grosser Minuspunkt. Es gab Kein TV....gut, der war auch nicht angeführt. Die Küche war kaum ausgerüstet...kein Häferl...nur eine Gabel...kein Messer...habe den Tee aus dem Weinglas getrunken... Ich wollte mir Kleinigkeiten zubereiten, wie Frühstück und Abendessen...dies war dann nicht möglich. Grundsätzlich aber die Lage und Ausstattung gut.

Rudolf (8/5): Great accommodation, location, everything OK, I recommend it. - It was very easy, I didn't even meet the owner, it all went through pin codes and it worked great, he responded quickly at the cottage. Great accommodation, location, everything OK, I recommend it. The location is great, it's in the center, clean and pleasant, the room is not equipped like in a 5* hotel, TV etc. but we didn't miss anything there.

Mohamed (10/5): - Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, hat alles was Man brauchen könnte wie Geschirr, Herd, Tropfen, Pfanne und ein Haartrockner. Trotz die Zentrale Lage die Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und man kann sehr gut schlafen ( kein Lärm). Der Personal sehr freundlich . Check in Probleme los . Gerne wieder Danke Mohamed Elmallah

József (8/5): - A felszereltség és hogy ebben a szobában van mikró. A felső tetőablakok környéke láthatóan rég volt utoljára letakaritva. A fürdőben a szellőztető szélein vastag por réteg volt.

Pavel (8/5): Convenient central location - The place is perfect for a short trip to Wiener Neustadt, especially if you happen to do business or teach at the nearby university. The apartments are two minutes walk from the city's main square and an easy bus ride from the main station. The apartment was very quiet as it overlooked the inner courtyard. It was really warm at night despite the fact that the weather was getting colder. The bed was quite comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for your needs. The registration process is somewhat cumbersome. I had to register online twice and the system still would not provide me with the room number and the entry code. I had to contact the property to request information the day before arrival. Luckily, the owners were nice and sent me the necessary information immediately. I would suggest to make the registration process easier and more self-explanatory. Otherwise, if I ever need a place in Wiener Neustadt, I would certainly stay there again.

HANNA (8/5): - В целом номер был комфортный. Удобное рассположение, в пешой доступности супермаркеты и кафе, радом остановки общественного транспорта. В 10-15 минутах ходьбы находится железнодорожный вокзал, откуда можно добраться в другие города Австрии. Из минусов. Холодильник очень маленький, если вы расчитываете питаться и готовить самостоятельно, то много продуктов не поместиться.

Nina (5/5): - Zentrale Lage und freundliche, hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner Die Heizung war nicht angestellt, durch zwei Außenwände war es sehr kalt Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Etwas komplizierte schriftliche Beschreibungen per Email bzgl der Unterkunft. Wie die Übernachtungssteuer vor Ort zu bezahlen ist, ist nicht beschrieben, wir haben sie bar im Zimmer mit Notiz hinterlassen.

Katalin (2/5): - Nem lehet parkolni a közelben. A legközelebbi parkolók tele vannak. Nehéz bejutni az automatizált belépéssel. Sokat kell olvasni, végigcsinálni az online becsekkolást... Nem tudtuk, hogy ezt (aznap, de nem volt rá idő) előre megtehettük volna, ezért utazás, túrázás után, fáradtan, éhesen, szomjasan, szakadó esőben kellett megtennünk. A szállás felszereltsége: ici-pici a hűtő, puha, göröngyös a matrac, a fürdőben nincs hová letenni bármit is. A zuhanytálcából és mosdóból nem folyik le a víz, szennyvízben állva zuhanyoztunk. Amikor ezt jeleztem, az volt a válasz, hogy hétvége van, nem tudja megcsináltatni, bírjuk ki. Szerintem idő kell egy ekkora duguláshoz, gyanítom, hogy ezt már az előző vendégek is jelezték. Az egész szálláson látszik a nemtörődömség, nem célja a szállásadónak, hogy a vendége jól érezze magát.

Estivemos lá 6 noites. Neste tempo nunca foi feita limpeza. Nunca foram trocados las toalhas. E tem de dizer que NÃO há uma televisão!!

Oliver (7/5): Gute Lage und zweckmäßiges Appartment - Die Lage war sehr gut, ruhig in einem Innenhof. Das Appartment war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die kOntaktaufnahme ,mit dem Vermittler und den Wunsch zu verlängern (aus provaten Gründen ) wurde schnell entsprchen Die Sauberkeit und Ordnung liess an diversen Ecken zu wünschen übrig - ungespülte Gläser im Schrank, klebrige Oberfläsche auf der Küchenzeile, die Ösen der Vorhänge waren teilweise abgerissen und es gab nur eine angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier

Giuseppe (7/5): Appartamento servito ma con alcune pecche - Struttura collocata in una zona centrale ma tranquilla. Arredamento moderno. Difficoltà nel capire come si aprisse la scatola che contiene all’interno la chiave di ingresso. Nella stanza ho trovato diversi ragni.
Karel (6/5): - Měli jsme kde přespat. Je to taková obrovská ubytovna. Nedostatečné vybavení pokoje. Problémy s parkováním. Zpráva se vstupním kódem pokoje přišla cca 1 hodinu po našem příjezdu a po telefonní urgentní žádosti k provozovateli.
