• Максим (9/5): Круто змінити свій день та відпочити в Президенті. Все круто , повернусь ще раз обов’язково. Порада всі фірмові стейки ц - Все чудово , кухня смачна , з парковою проблем немає, персонал доволі привітний та приємний Єдине що ми потрапили напевно в такий момент , що були мінімальні проблеми з сантехнікою( підтікав унітаз, доволі шумно та було тяжко заснути) . Ми повідомили персонал та на наступний день пообіцяли виправити.

• HANNA (6/5): Величезні проблеми з обслуговуванням - Гарна доглянута територія і сам комплекс. Гарний номерний фонд. Помітно, що вкладено чималі кошти в облаштування комплексу. Ресторан з пристойним асортиментом страв у меню. Не перший раз зупиняюсь у даному готелі, але такого хамства від обслуговуючого персоналу не зустрічала ніколи і ніде. Рекомендація для дирекції закладу звернути увагу персоналу на відношення до гостей. В інакшому випадку, ви маєте ризики втратити ваш рейтинг і клієнтів.

• Станіслав (8/5): - СПА входить до вартості номера. Все дуже чистенько. Халати в номер потрібно оплачувати окремо. Рахую, що халати повинні видавати безоплатно гостям готелю. Через велику присутність гостей не змогли повечеряти в ресторані готелю.
