• Laura (9/5): Overall good but the key safety was unacceptable! Knowing I could open any lockbox for keys to any condo is crazy! Get w - The property was large and had plenty of restrooms and a comfortable place for all to hang out! The keys!!!!! My password did not work but my sisters did! She was told that the combo to all of the lockboxes was the same combination! We were also told to leave the keys in the lockbox for maintenance! That was unacceptable since we knew that all of them were the same and anyone in the entire facility could get to our keys and our condo! The lockbox itself was impossible to get open! My 80 year old parents struggled late at night to get in! A better solution must be put in place for security and ease! Many of the beds did not have top sheets! Just 1 comforter! I feel like when you pay that much a top sheet is a reminder that they are clean! The dishwasher was still dirty upon our arrival! The soaps were all watered down and a roll of paper towels would have been nice!
