• JINGTING (7/5): 性价比低，建议可以选别的酒店。 - 地理位置不错，离sunrise viewpoint步行大概20分钟；看日出日落很方便。 房间空调效果不好，开到18度还是觉得热，可能跟石头墙体有关系。第一晚住的厕所恶臭，而且是越来越臭，简直能把人臭吐，到酒店比较晚也没换，第二天实在是臭得不行了换了。但给我们换的房间也是个特别小的房间，跟我们开始定的标准完全不一样，体验很差。

• Fatine (8/5): - Le personnel était très gentil en particulier le jeune homme à la reception. Le ménage est fait tout les jours. La dame du petit déjeuné nous a préparé une table pour mon amie et moi lorsque qu'il ne restait plus beaucoup de touriste dans l'hotel.

• INHO (10/5): - 괴레메 중심가에 위치하고 있는데다 호텔 루프탑보다 높은 건물이 거의 없어 어딜봐도 탁 트인 뷰가 예술입니다! 벌룬 보기에도 완전 좋아요 객실도 만족스러웠고 조식은 여기가 터키식 처음이라 비교는 못하겠지만 전 맛있었습니다! 남자직원도 친절하고 다 좋았어요. 재방문의사 100% 입니다 다 좋았는데 객실 문을 열면 뭔가 습한 냄새?가 살짝 좀 나는게 있으나 심하진 않아요. 호텔 비교할때보니 이런 냄새는 괴레메 어디든 다 비슷한거 같음.. 그리고 냉장고가 없는점 하나는 아쉬워서 여름에 가면 고려해볼지도? 그래도 큰 문제는 아니였음

• Raluca Tabacaru (9/5): Very nice stay, in an excellent location! :D - I can definitely recommend Virtus! Ali from the reception is amazing, super helpful, well-informed and knowledgeable. He also helped us book the balloon ride (which was amaziiiiing, btw!!). The hotel is located in the centre of Goreme, at a 2-min walk from all the restaurants, bars, stores, ATMs, etc. Has everything you need, but the best part is the rooftop terrace, where you have breakfast and can watch the spectacular "show" of all the balloons rising up in the sky (you need to get up at 6:30 AM to see them, but it's totally worth it!!!). Breakfast was not too varied, but good. Could recommend more cooked options (like.. I don't know, maybe an omelette).

Ali, the gentleman at the reception was amazing as well, I really appreciated his excellent service. Was here with my wife and 1 year 5 months old daughter. Perfect vacation! -

Todo el personal allí trabaja con mucho esmero para atenderte... Del hotel todo fue perfecto mi calificación es 100 pero el pueblito en general tiene costos exagerados para las actividades están sobrevaloradas lo cual hace que el turista no regrese o decida tomar otros destinos. Pero el hotel como hotel está súper bien súper recomendado....

Вид з вікна в нашому номері був неймовірний: ви бачите ці неземні скелі та камені а на світанку повітряні шари пролітають буквально біля вашого вікна. Ви можете піднятися на терасу на криші та дивитись на панораму міста та повітряних шарів, зробити гарні фото. Там також ми можете насолодитися смачним сніданком. Персонал в готелі дуже привітний, атмосфера як вдома, дуже чисто, підігрів підлоги, прибирання кожного дня. Запаркувати авто можна прямо перед готелем. Ми провели тут чудові три дні та насолодилися цією неймовірною красою природи та тишею. Рекомендую

The only downfall I would say is there rooftop where the carpets were. As I booked the place for the picturesque view but sadly the carpets were not in the condition shown in pictures.

• ANTON (8/5): Спасибо, было здорово - Уважительный персонал, понимают на английском никаких языков барьеров, попросили утюг, сразу предоставили, так же прям на месте заказали поездку на шарах, кстати никогда не заказывайте поездки на шары заранее, всегда узнавайте на месте, факт: дешевле всегда в моменте. Обслуживание номера, поменяли все как надо, ну и терраса фантастическая, так же как и завтрак с все включено, безумно вкусно. Сняли первый этаж, было слышно как все заезжали, в остальном цена/качество, заезжайте не переживайте:)

• Giulia (10/5): - L’hotel è molto carino e molto pulito, in posizione centrale (vicinissimo alla fermata dei bus), ma lontano dal casino del centro. La terrazza ottima per rilassarsi la sera e per la colazione. La terrazza è anche ottima per godere dello spettacolo delle mongolfiere senza doverci per forza salire sopra. Lo staff fantastico, offrono inoltre tour per le varie attrazioni e non ci hanno fatto alcuna storia per il deposito bagagli tutto il giorno dato che partivamo la sera tardi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, super consigliato!

La puntualidad en los traslados fue floja.

• Pamela (10/5): - La posizione è centralissima, si raggiunge tutto a piedi comodamente. La colazione in terrazza e la vista di cui si può godere sono fantastiche. La colazione è molto ricca e buona. Il ragazzo alla portineria è molto simpatico e gentile. C'è anche un parcheggio di cui si può usufruire nel caso in cui si abbia noleggiato un'auto, anche se è un po' piccolo noi lo abbiamo trovato sempre vuoto.
• Itziar (9/5): Encanto cerca del centro - Estaba muy cerca del centro, si podeis coger la habitación con terraza tiene muy buenas vistas. Recomiendo coger lo de los globos con el hotel, es mas barato y como tuvimos la mala suerte que se anulo, nos devolvio el dinero. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El hotel tenia mucho encanto. Si contratas excursiones son en efectivo, no acceptan targeta. La terraza de arriba es muy bonita, pero podria estar mas cuidada.
• Charlotte (7/5): Good - Rooms were clean, and comfortable. The place was really really nice and the rooftop was great to view the balloons. Breakfast was also really good. Location was close to everything and they let us check in early. In one of our rooms the air conditioning was not working, we had to have a standing fan instead. Internet was also very weak/didn’t work in the rooms, when asking the staff for help they blamed us for it not working. Staff also tried to get us to book tours with them which were much more expensive then other ones we found.

Breakfast had very healthy options. Location wise it’s in prime area for balloon sights and pictography.

Very short, walking distance to the city center. Very good location. The room was too small and there was no storage space for clothes. And there is not enough surface space to put your personal articles. The room is very attractive and clean. but not even enough floor space to leave your suitcase open.
