I found a big notice at the gate that this is private property it's not up for bookings I should ask for refund from Booking.com or involve the law. I did not like that Booking.com frauded me my money and only to find that I have to look for another accommodation and pay for it
Gloria (1/5): Bad - The place didn't exist,when we arrived we found the sign that says they are not a guest house,they are not on bookings.com,they don't even know booking.com since we were attending an event at Sun bet time square we had to stay at the casino until dawn then drive back home in the morning,we didn't freshen up since we came from Rustenburg There was nothing to like since I didn't even check in the venue I'm also disappointed in bookings.com the photos I provided it's us waiting outside for them to open for us we hooted and no one responded

Thomas (1/5): Bad compliant - I booked this place on Saturday, I got to the place - all numbers were on voicemail and no one opened for me. I sat and hooted at the gate for a good 30 minutes and no one was there. This is an absolute scam. I want my money back!!!

Booking.com has also been of absolutely no help in rectifying this and giving the due refund. It's a scam, Booking.com has kept the listing up and done nothing to provide the due refund.
