• danireef (9/5): non un hotel da vacanza, ma perfettamente centrato per quello che deve fare - Abbiamo soggiornato al Ramada London Stansted Airport e nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. Un grande punto a favore è sicuramente il personale: molto disponibile, simpatico e anche divertente, ci ha fatto sentire accolti. Piacevole sorpresa anche la pizza del ristorante, davvero buona. Il prezzo è molto conveniente rispetto alle alternative della zona. Unica cosa da tenere presente: nonostante il nome, per raggiungere l’aeroporto di Stansted serve comunque un taxi, quindi va considerato questo costo extra. In definitiva un’ottima soluzione per una notte prima o dopo un volo, soprattutto considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo. L’hotel non è nuovissimo e alcune parti avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma è comunque pulito e funzionale. La camera era adeguata, anche se il terzo e quarto letto erano soluzioni un po’ di fortuna: vanno bene per una notte di passaggio, meno per un soggiorno più lungo.
• Colin (1/5): Avoid this hotel at all costs. - Absolutely nothing good about this hotel at all! There was never anyone on site, no one was ever able by telephone. Unable to obtain an invoice for my stay despite 10 email requests, direct and via booking.com. Tried calling direct to the hotel but no one answers the calls.

• Catherine (9/5): - Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Albergo pulito e comodo per soggiornare vicino ad aereoporto. Bisogna contare comunque di arrivarci con un taxi o Uber. Vicino c'è un centro commerciale con tanti ristoranti.

• Silvia María (8/5): Perfecto para pasar la noche si vas a volar desde Stansted - Amabilidad recepción. Ubicación cerca aeropuerto. Al lado centro comercial con muchos restaurantes. Pensé que había pagado por el aparcamiento al hacer la reserva y no fue así. Tuvimos que pagar a parte en el hotel al llegar.
• Veronica (8/5): Convenient for the airport - Location was great, we were flying out early the following day so it was just a stopover for convenience. Room was dark, bathroom was massive, perfect for an overnighter. Paying for parking was disappointing, we were told that if we booked with them directly, the parking would have been free but because we booked on Booking.com, we had to pay extra. When you have no choice but to park onsite, this was frustrating.

Food, drink and hotel all reasonably priced. Happy with our stay. The beer garden area could have been larger and we waited quite a long time for our pizza.

Location was not great, came off the bus from the airport and had to walk through wooded area, through a car park, crossed the main road and then through the second car park. The room itself was a bit small, the bathroom didn’t feel clean, the room was not spacious especially with suitcases

• Owen (4/5): Convenient but too hot - Good location and easy to park, although this was an extra £5. First room had heating left on - bearing in mind temp was 30+ - like an oven. I was given another room which was marginally cooler but still had broken air conditioning.

This location is very convenient to commute to Stansted airport They charged 5£ for the car park and that was not mentioned during the booking process

• Tareque Mahmud (10/5): I would stay in this hotel again. - It was close to the Stansted airport. The taxi fare from the airport to hotel at midnight was 26£. We took a bus on our back trip to the airport. The staff was friendly and lend us a charger adapter for free. I would go back and stay there again. Our room was just above the sliding front door of the hotel. We could hear the sound of the sliding door every time it opened even in the mid night. May be it need some repair or oiling.

• Leslie (8/5): The hotel was very convenient for what we needed - The room met our requirements. The breakfast was very good We could not see the Ramada sign when drove, hence we drove past it and had to drive round again.

• kevin (4/5): Very disappointed with Ramada - Great location. The room was not pleasant at all, the smell of damp/mould or whatever it was, was horrible. Thankfully, only planned on sleeping for a few hours before continuing on our journey.

Air-conditioning very noisy, dirty and smelly. Doesn't appear to have been cleaned or serviced for years. Window dirty. Burn mark in carpet. TV looses signal and pixelation on some channels.
