• Khalid (2/5): Recommendation for Service Improvement - The location of this accommodation is convenient, as it's close to the airport and provides easy access to popular attractions, which made travel hassle-free. However, our experience was marred by several issues that affected our stay. Firstly, the property lacked essential amenities, and some of the facilities were not as advertised. When we noticed the missing amenities and raised this with the owner, we were assured they would be provided promptly. Unfortunately, nothing arrived, and we spent the entire stay without these promised essentials. Additionally, the apartment appeared unclean upon arrival, as if it hadn’t been thoroughly prepared for new guests. To add to this, the owner responded to our concerns by blaming previous guests for the missing items, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, while the location was ideal, the lack of proper amenities, the condition of the facilities, and the poor handling of customer complaints left us disappointed. We hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.
