The instructions for getting there were confusing. The street address given took us to the rear of the building; actually street name is Bayshill Rd.

• Anita (10/5): Great location, beautiful apartment with everything you need. Parking permit too. - One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming. Lovely courtyard outside. Comfortable beds and lovely sitting room. Parking pass on the main road made things very easy. Would definitely stay again. Just to note the entrance is through the twin bedroom. Not a problem for us but if 2 separate groups it may be, but only if arriving late at night.
• Julie (9/5): 💯 recommend as it’s a beautiful property - Very comfortable and spotless. Loved how they put up Christmas tree and decorations. Perfect location and very good communication with the host. We all had trouble using the bath and shower with the water temperature.

Good shower. No freezer. It was very hot and ice cream and ice for drinks was needed. Perhaps another towel each would help. Definitely need a mirror in the twin bedroom.

• Madeline (10/5): A perfect stay, couldn't have asked for more - Location was amazing, about 15 mins walk to the town centre. Everything was really clean and the place is huge! Communication with the host was 10/10 and retrieval of the keys was such a smooth process None

• Fiona (8/5): Beautiful, spacious and well appointed property, perfect for our stay and would stay again. - The location was brilliant both for the purpose of our trip and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Only very small negative was hearing noise from property above.

Well equipped with quality appliances etc. Nice walled garden/yard. The entrance was unusual being directly into the 2nd bedroom. We couldn’t work the kettle out. Minor things as overall we loved the apartment and would happily return.

• James (8/5): Fantastic Cheltenham stay. - Exceptional location with easy access to everything Cheltenham has to offer. stylish and comfortable decor, everything you would need for some time away. The only issue we had during our stay was that the wi-fi hub was not working so we had no access to the internet and with the property being the style it was phone signal was very weak within the property.

We were staying for 1 night so hadn’t thought to bring tea/coffee/milk - for 1x night would have been nice to have had some tea bags left for us in the apartment.

• Suwun (9/5): Superb - Location is excellent and in the prettiest part of Cheltenham. Within easy walking distance to main high street too and the train station. Comfortable beds and very clean flat.

• Tim (5/5): Passable - The location is excellent. Close to Montpelier bars and restaurants but quiet. The apartment was cold and so was the shower.
