The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. One of the highlights was the daily breakfast served right in our villa. such a relaxing and personalized touch to start the day. The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and luxury. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Ocean Villas Da Nang exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Da Nang. I can’t wait to return!

Poua (8/5): Villa qui vieillissent mal - La première qu'on a eu, n'est pas la hauteur d'un 5 étoile. La villa n'est pas entretenu du tout. Il y a un manque de finition flagrante qui rend l'expérience client désastreuse. Toutefois après avoir montré notre mécontentement, Lily et Rosy ont fait le nécessaire pour nous surclasser dans une villa plus grande et mieux agencé. La piscine est plus spacieuse que celle de la première villa ( qui n'en est pas véritablement une..) La mauvaise qualité des équipements dans les villas. L'extérieur est beau mais l'intérieur manque de qualité et de charme.
Brooke (1/5): Shameful, scandalous property, a scam losing us thousands of dollars and ruining our week in Da Nang - This was a massive scam - we arrived at a dirty property with mushrooms growing out of rotted wood in the living room, mold inside the AC system with condensation dripping into the floor by the dining area, more mold around the kitchen area, a rusted fridge unsafe for food storage, more mold and rust in the upstairs bathroom, a rotted countertop in the ground floor bathroom, only three stained and rotten towels provided for six people, missing and downgraded furnishings including a smaller bed than advertised, and so much more. We uploaded as many photos as allowed to show these scandalously poor conditions for a "luxury" property. We have two young children and two people with compromised immune systems in our party, and the hotel did nothing to actually offer livable accommodations despite being booked for our stay weeks in advance. They did not offer any alternative solutions, but gave a "take it our leave it" for this filthy house. The property promised two large beds, with hot tub and sound systems, patio furniture, all of which was missing or not as advertised. The property was filthy, and they did not provide us with alternative accommodations. They also would not refund our 50% deposit, which means this was the most expensive tour of a filthy property that someone could imagine. Stay away at all costs and do NOT use Booking for planning your holiday, as they have not helped us recover the stolen 50% deposit in any way. We have many texts with the "support team" who only sent a representative who was not empowered to make any decisions to "help" us. The manager did not even deign to come to the property. Avoid this property and Booking.com at ALL costs. We have tried for WEEKS to have this resolved and to be made financially whole for the complete loss of this leg of our vacation and received no fair compensation from the hotel or from Booking.

Emma (9/5): Peaceful location, great for families - Very modern, well set up for families. Great to have a choice of 2 pools as well as personal Villa pool. In room chef breakfast was a nice touch. 10 min walk out on the Main Street is a bunch of little shops including one that did an amazing noodle dish for about 20,000 dong. A great lunch option We chose it knowing it was in a very quiet spot but the hotel food / restaurant/ bar really take advantage with jumped up prices. Grab delivery for coffee, food etc worked well to compensate

Wee (2/5): A bad experience. - Villa was spacious. Beds and pillows were good. Air conditioning worked well. We stayed in a 4 bedded villa for 4 nights. Very poor sanitation and maintenance. 2 wash basins were choked. The master bathroom smelt like sewer all the time. 1 toilet could not be flushed properly. Improvement was partial after they sent the plumber. A used sanitary pad greeted us in the master bathroom!!! For this, a staff came to apologise with a fruit platter. The lock for one of the glass doors which opened to outside was broken. The master bedroom door could not even be closed. Thick dust was visible along the sides of the wardrobes in the bedrooms. Breakfast was prepared by the cooks in villa. Portions were ok. Taste was average. On the day we had pho, there was no ladle available but the cook returned with one later. On another day when we had soup, the was just no ladle for the soup in the big pot. The sofa and dining chairs were worn. Very soft. The kind that sinks in. The wooden bench at the entrance had a broken leg. Beware. We would have left for another accommodation had we not paid so much for the villa which looked so nice on booking.com
Hyun (10/5): Beautiful Ocean Villa and Danang city - If you choose a different menu every morning, a professional chef will come and prepare it on the spot at your desierd time. There is a small swiming pool and lawn square in front of the villa, so it would be great if you are traveling with children. Thank you to LiLy and Rosy for taking care of everything neatly from reservation to the end of the schedule. Many thanks! It was a shame that it rained a lot throughout the trip. Next time, I should choose a nice day. They say nice days are ussally during the summer seasen.

Seungyoon (9/5): I feel very comfortable here. - Overall, the hotel is beautiful and luxuriously designed, with 2 large communal swimming pools open 24/7. Walking to the beach only takes 3 minutes, or traveling by buggy only takes a few seconds. Just make a request, the staff at the property will respond immediately, they are very cheerful and comfortable. I booked a room that included breakfast, it was delicious and the price was reasonable. If I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang, this will definitely be my favorite place to stay.

Our reservation includes breakfast and it makes me very satisfied with the service they bring to us. Having a walk here is relaxing, we walk to the beach every afternoon and take some pictures. ^^
