• Maggie*87 (1/5): - Gar nichts Wir wurden kurzfristig wegen angeblicher Klempnerprobleme umgebucht in eine sehr schlechte, günstigere Unterkunft in einer anderen Ortschaft in der nichts los war. Geplant war Lugano, in einer super Lage, bekommen haben wir dann eine kleine Ortschaft wo nix los war und eine stinkende Unterkunft. Soweit würde man das noch akzeptieren weil keiner was dafür kann, aber da die Unterkunft in der wir waren günstiger als die von mir gebuchte war wäre ich davon ausgegangen mindestens den Preisunterschied erstattet zu bekommen wenn nicht sogar mehr für den Umstand und die schlechte Lage. Aber nein, die Unterkunft Regina Design Apartment reagiert auf keinerlei Anfrage von mir. Somit sind wir mehr als unzufrieden und enttäuscht und können von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten...
• Aitana (7/5): Bien - Lo que más gustó es que es muy grande y espacioso. No nos gustó que no hubiese un ventilador ya que hizo bastante calor y por otra parte una persiana de un dormitorio no funcionaba.

• marian razvan (9/5): - Apartamentul este extrem de spatios, utilat cu tot ceea ce este nevoie pentru o zi de tranzit si, foarte important, extrem de aproape de promenada si funicular. Recomand cu multa caldura ambele obiective turistice. Orasul este superb!
• Katharina (3/5): Weder Empfehlung für Wohnung noch Gastgeber! - Das Appartement ist fussläufig zur Stadt und bietet einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der auch für SUV geeignet ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr dreckig: Krümel und Staub in den Zimmern und Spinnen, Getier und Spinnweben in allen Raumecken. Bei unserer Ankunft war noch Geschirr/Besteck in der Spülmaschine. Trotz Buchung für mind. 3 Personen waren ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad verschlossen und wurden trotz Bitte um Nutzungsmöglichkeit auch nicht geöffnet. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, eine komplette Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern bezahlen zu lassen, wenn man diese nicht auch bereitstellt. Es entscheidet wohl der Kunde und nicht der Gastgeber wie man zu schlafen hat. Es darf schließlich auch pro Zimmer nur eine Person nutzen und alleine schlafen. Zudem war das geöffnete Bad ensuite zum DZ, so dass die dritte Person nachts durch das Schlafzimmer laufen musste um auf Toilette zu gehen. Außerdem ist es schier unerträglich heiß in der Wohnung - sogar wärmer als draußen! Insgesamt waren wir nicht zufrieden und sind so schnell es ging wieder abgereist.
• Christian Markus (4/5): größte Enttäuschung der letzten 10 Jahre - modern eingerichtete Wohnung, viel Platz, Spülmaschine, Bilder entsprechen der Einrichtung, guter Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses (für große SUV evtl zu eng), Lift Das kleine Bad hat am Abluftauslass Schimmel der schon aus dem Rohr ins Bad wächst! Dieses kleine Bad roch muffig, ich habe darin Kopfschmerzen bekommen, vermutlich von den Schimmelsporen in der Luft in diesem Bad, wir haben es dann nicht mehr genutzt! Es waren in diesem kleinen Bad zwei Staub und Haar Kneule von ca. 5 cm Durchmesser! Im großen Bad, war der Abfluss vom Waschbecken verstopft, so dass das Wasser nur sehr langsam abfloss! Diese Wohnung hat KEINE Klimaanlage! Wir waren im August dort, die ganze Wohnung war eine Sauna! (Mein Fehler! Es ist auch keine Klimaanlage angegeben, allerdings vermutete ich eine, da die Bilder so modern waren!) Keine Ventilatoren vorhanden, die es zumindest ohne Klimaanlage angenehmer machen würden. In der Küche sind die Schränke und Schubladen, sowie der Kühlschrank innen leicht schmutzig. Überall in der Wohnung fehlt es an Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt praktikabel und angenehmer machen würden: Keine Hacken für Hand- und Duschtücher im kleinen Bad, da abgebrochen! Kaum Ablageflächen in den Bädern für den täglichen gebrauch! Hier könnte ein Regalbrett direkt unter dem Spiegel angebracht Keine Stühle in den Schlafzimmern, um Kleider ablegen zu können, im zweiten Schlafzimmer mit dem einen Bett, kein Nachttisch und in keinem Schlafzimmer Nachtischlampen. Der Vermieter scheint noch nie verreist zu sein, um selbst zu wissen, was ein Gast in einer Wohnung so alles benötigt und schätzt. Balkon verdreckt, keine Stühle und Tisch auf dem Balkon, um sich dort aufhalten zu können. Die Lage empfand ich als nicht optimal, da es vom See bis zur Wohnung sehr steil ist, vermutlich 100 Höhenmeter. Ich war bisher noch nie von einer gebuchten Wohnung so enttäuscht und war wirklich froh, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort waren!

• lucia claudia (8/5): Luminosissimo e ampio - Luminosissimo, a pochi.minuti dal museo LAC e con fermata dell'autobus a pochi passi. Cucina ampia e comoda all'uso. Accesso facile e posto auto comodo. Niente aria condizionata né ventilatori, una delle camere singole aveva solo una finestra a vasistas. Balcone lunghissimo, ma molto polveroso.

• Carolina (10/5): Spaceous, beautiful, clean and well priced - Self check in, was very useful to us, as we arrived late. Easy in and out of the property with the directions given by host. All and all a great expereince.

• Marion (6/5): A bit disappionting - location was good, apartment was clean lack of communication from owner, details re.key etc only received day before arrival. key safe difficult to find in the dark from picture provided. No details on how to pay city tax, only that it must be paid.We left cash at the apartment. Couldn't find password for the WiFi, communication went unanswered. No shower gel, or shampoo, or hairdryer. A full length mirror in one of the bedrooms would be nice.No bedside table, the apartment over all was souless there was in built furniture and absolutely nothing else.All the cooking equipment eg saucepans frying pan were enormous, there were only 3 of us.
• Zsanett (10/5): Fantastic accommodation - I highly recommend this accommodation! First of all the communication with the agency was flawless, they were always quick to reply, very flexible and understanding. They gave us very clear instructions so we had no problems finding the keys and parking. The underground secure garage was an incredible bonus! The apartment is perfectly located, just a few steps from the lake and a short walk to the city center and all the other attractions. The flat itself is beautiful, very spacious and immaculate. It had all the amenities one might possibly need and it was so nice and quiet. It’s also great value for money! We really enjoyed our stay and would turn back in a heart beat.
• נדב (3/5): Poor - The location, and that's it Let's start with the fact that the phone number on the Booking website is incorrect so we could not call the owner until we entered the apartment. Locating the place and entering is problematic, instructions do not correspond to reality, the keys are confusing and we felt like we were in an escape room. There was a lack of towels, and they didn't bring us other towels, so we couldn't shower. Wifi access was exhausting.
• Raed (4/5): My stay was marked by discomfort due to a loose door handle and unresponsive management, making it less enjoyable. - It’s all normal! The apartment door handle was loose, creating a sense of insecurity. I attempted to contact the owner via the booking platform, but unfortunately, my messages went unanswered. This left me feeling vulnerable as I tried to ensure my family's safety, knowing anyone could easily enter. Moreover, the electric stove was inoperable, preventing us from cooking during our stay. The owner's lack of communication was frustrating, as they completely ignored my inquiries. This level of neglect is unacceptable; if they are focused on profit, they should prioritize the well-being of their guests. I strongly advise against renting this apartment due to poor management and inadequate communication from the property owner.

• Carina (4/5): Disappointing - Clean, smooth check in and location. The prpoerty has a broken bad, not enougth paper in the batrtooms for 3 nigths and 5 people, not flan or air conditioner despite the higth temperatures. No shampoo or some hand soap in the bathrooms. My stay was horrible.
• Lusine (7/5): Owner should pay more attention to details - Great view, big rooms, clear check-in instructions, proximity to the center. Beds were comfortable. We were promised 2 double beds, which we did not get. Since our child is used to sleep on a full bed, my husband and I had to move ourselves on the couch which affected our sleep comfort. There was only one pack of soap for the entire apartment even though there were two bathrooms. So we had to move that poor lonely pack of soap from bathroom to bathroom every time we wanted to shower or wash hands. No shower gel or Shampoo in the apartment. It was quite warm inside, but windows opening caused a lot of noise from the street.

• Liv (7/5): Nice and stylish appartment in a quiet area - Beatutiful, spatious and stylish appartment, nice and quiet location, parking in basement, thorough information with pictures on how to reach the appartement and parking. The appartement gave a really nice impression at first, but it should have small improvements (look under) Really missed aircondition, the sink in bathroom was clogged, toiletseat loose, pillowcases clean but yellow/worn out. When we reported this to the contact, they never answered, which was odd.
