Lots of toiletries in bathroom. Liked hard surface flooring. Beds were comfortable. The floor in the shower didn’t let the water flow into the drain. No toiletry shelf in shower. No clothes hooks in bathroom. No lights on side tables. Overhead lights too bright. No luggage racks.
Igor (9/5): We definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Teotihuacán. Nice hotel, great tri - The hotel is brand new, with modern amenities and a fantastic location right in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful main square. There is a lovely terrace overlooking the pyramids where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, relax in the sun, or even get some work done if needed. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue we experienced was with the water pressure in the shower and toilet. We also couldn’t get hot water in the shower. We’re not sure if this was a problem with the hotel itself or with the city’s water supply system. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Even though no one speaks English, they use a translator right away, and we had no problems communicating. They are excellent at providing assistance, arranging services, and offering excursions such as hot air balloon rides. We booked a hot air balloon flight through them and were more than satisfied. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Teotihuacán. Nice hotel, great trip – definitely worth a visit! The water pressure in the shower and toilet. We also couldn’t get hot water in the shower. We’re not sure if this was a problem with the hotel itself or with the city’s water supply system.

Guerlita (9/5): If I return to Mexico, I will happily stay at this hotel again. - The hotel boasts convenient ground parking, and although breakfast wasn't included during my stay, Sofia and Ali graciously treated me to a delightful complimentary breakfast featuring traditional Teotihuacan tamales and rich chocolate pudding. Plus, the hotel's prime location near downtown allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking sight of hot air balloons launching into the sky each morning. It's the perfect place for a memorable getaway! As a resident of the USA, I'm accustomed to cold weather. Most hotels in Mexico do not have heaters at all. It is worse at nite, even though I have extra blankets.
