• W (8/5): Clean comfortable hotel - Very clean and modern. Located close to the old town.
• Nael (10/5): Good staff but hotel needs maintenance - The staff very intelligent and helping us with everything The hotel staff were very helpful and supportive. However, the hotel needs maintenance. There was water leakage during bad weather, the hot water takes time to heat up, and the water is salty

• Michael (9/5): - Staff were amazing and friendly, very approachable and welcoming. 10 mins from walk to everywhere, township, beaches, and entries. Bathroom amenities are not the best but acceptable. Overall good value for money.

I think they deal differently with cleaning hotels as they only come if we ask explicitly. House keeping doesnt pass by and knock to ask

• Asmar (7/5): A good place to escape for a week end - Excellent location near old souk, wax museum and mina. Weak access to WiFi, there wasn't a hot water for shower nor breakfast.

• Marwa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect the room was very very clean and good looking and the bathroom was the best ...the view from the window is the best ... the AC was perfect ...wifi perfect ...24h electricity.. the location perfect.. the room service perfect and friendly.. the staff was very very kind and friendly ..room has a microwave and small kitchen....the hotel is better in reality than photos..❤️ I liked everything❤️

• Golubioncik (9/5): Nice stay in Byblos, the world’s most ancient Port - The hotel is centrally located and has a private indoor parking. The room was properly furnished and the bed comfy. Staff helpful and friendly
• Katrien (6/5): Does not accept card payments - Walking distance from the old centrum and the archaeological site. Although Booking stated that they accept credit cards, I had to pay in cash, they refused to take any card. Further, they knew there was a problem with the safe in the room, and were happily mentioning that they would fix it after I left. In the end I forced them to at least take out the batteries so that the alarm of the safe was turned off.

• Angelo (8/5): Good hotel next to everything - Great location, walking distance to everything worthy (beaches, city centre, restaurants, etc.). Staff very kind. They even gave us a room with balcony since it was available. Big mini-bar, and ac working very well. Quite old bathroom, but still ok for what we needed. Cleanliness was not top, since we found the mini-bar a bit dirty, the blankets with spots, and the soap-holder of the shower with a couple of hairs.
• Dimitrios (9/5): Very good clean hotel in a convenient location - Very good hotel in a convenient location near the centre of the city. Covered parking with elevator has been very useful. Cleanliness was exceptional. There was not choice for breakfast.

I suggest you if you come to Jbeil because the placement of the hotel is near the beach andbold souk All was good
• Julie (9/5): Had a great couple of days. Would definitely book to stay here again., - The staff were welcoming and helpful, sorting out taxis and helping with directions. The hotel is close to the citadel and the souk and it’s about a 5-8 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach. Some nice little cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Nothing. It was great!

• Simon (8/5): Very convenient place to stay. - Location was great - close to main tourist attractions, close to shops, money exchange, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were good - eg. so many tv channels, aircon was strong. Very poor wifi was the only downside. On weekends nearby restaurants will play loud music until 1.30am.

• Sarah (7/5): good location, friendly staff - cute old style building, very big rooms with living and kitchen area. good location very quiet and close to shops and bars. Byblos and Batroun get incredibly booked up in the summer so this and 1 other hotel were the only ones left at the time of booking! its a little bit old, think the bathrooms could do with some updating.
