• VOURIS (10/5): Everything exceeded expectations, with a convenient yet quiet location, thoughtful amenities, and a welcoming host that - There is nothing to complain about! Everything was more than i expected! The location was very easy to access. Just right on entrance of the town but behind the main road so it was quiet at night! 3 minutes drive from the back road was straight up to the port and 6 minutes away from old town! Clean bed sheets, towels a fridge with water and a bottle of wine was a more than a warm welcome and the host was also there to welcome and show us around the property, making sure that we had everything we needed! It just felt like our second home! The fact that it was in spring time and we couldn’t also use the fireplace cause it was warm outside

• ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ (10/5): Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι, άνετο πολύ ζεστό περιβάλλον. - Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Πολύ ζεστό, ευρύχωρο με 3 μεγάλες κρεβατοκάμαρες και 3 μπάνια. Σε κοντινή απόσταση από το σπίτι βρίσκεται φούρνος και super market ιδανικό για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά. Η κα Μάγδα ήταν ευγενέστατη, εξυπηρετική και γενικά πολύ πρόσχαρη. Σίγουρα θα το επικεφτούμε ξανά στο μέλλον.

• Samantha (9/5): Spacious, modern apartment in a lovely seaside town close to lots of historical sites. - Modern, spacious, well appointed apartment for a family. Excellent a/c. Plenty of balcony space. Easy parking. Supermarket and good bakeries a short walk away. Nafplio is a great location with a lovely old town and relatively short drives for visiting some highlight historic sites (e,g, Mycenae) and beaches. Quite a long walk into the old town centre.
• Hana (10/5): Highly recommended, absolute satisfaction! - Absolute satisfaction! We had a great Christmas holiday. The accommodation is very comfortable, suitable for a larger group, comfortable beds, quality furniture, quality bed linen and towels. I appreciate the cleanliness, full amenities (garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry capsules, shampoo, toilet paper, oil, coffee, sugar, salt, etc. etc.), comfortable temperature inside (which is definitely not a given in Greece in winter), wood for the fireplace, Christmas decorations... in short, we didn't miss anything. Easy parking in front of the house. The villa is in a quiet location with easy access to the city center. Shops are very close, including a great bakery. Very nice owners, trouble-free communication. We travel a lot, we have comparisons and this accommodation was one of the best we have experienced. Highly recommended! Nothing
• Frank (8/5): Other than about had a nice stay. - Lovely spacious apartment It’s a five star accommodation with one start bathroom and shower facilities.The Showers have to be hand held and the water pressure is terrible especially when the two showers are running simultaneously.It’s only two and a half bathrooms not three.WiFi awful.
• Burkhard (8/5): - Very spacious and generally well-equipped apartment. Lovely host. Quiet neighbourhood. Some of the kitchen equipment is relatively new, but some is rather old and should be replaced even though everthing (we used) worked.
• Adrianna (9/5): - Miejsce naprawdę świetne, bardzo duży i czysty apartament, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami jak pralka, suszarka do włosów, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy. Blisko do portu, piekarni czy sklepów, cicha spokojna okolica. Łatwy kontakt z właścicielami lokalu (mieszkają w jednym budynku, na wyższej kondygnacji), przynieśli nam przepyszne pistacje. Bardzo sympatyczni i gościnni ludzie. Brak parkingu na terenie nieruchomości, natomiast nie stanowi to problemu, gdyż można parkować wzdłuż drogi (jak wszystkie inne samochody po obu stronach drogi, która jest mało uczęszczana). W zasadzie trzy tarasy, z dwóch stron budynku, na jednym jedliśmy śniadania, na drugim kolacje. Trzy łazienki, trzy sypialnie, możliwość noclegu także w salonie, co jest szczególnie istotne, gdy jedzie się większą grupą osób. Wszystko co niezbędne jest na miejscu, serdecznie polecamy :)

• Brigitte (9/5): Spot idéal pour un séjour à Nauplie - La propriétaire nous a gentiment accueillis. La villa est spacieuse, décorée et meublée avec goût. La literie est très confortable. Parfait emplacement pour un séjour à Nauplie, qui est une ville très agréable et pour visiter les sites de Mycènes et Néméa. L'accès au port et à la ville est facile et rapide.
• Zoltán (10/5): Kellmes szállás. - Nagyon tiszta szállás, folyamtos légkondícionálás, ami a nagy melegben nagyon jó volt. Kényelmes ágy 2 fürdő 3 wc tökéletes volt.
• Gareth (10/5): Large modern apartment with lots of thoughtful touches, well positioned for exploring the area. - We were met on arrival and shown around the absolutely immaculate property which occupies the ground floor of the building. It was much bigger than we expected with 3 good sized double bedrooms and sofa beds in the living area. Lots of useful and thoughtful items were provided: bottled water, coffee, olive oil, wine, clothes washing liquid, cooking foil, toilet rolls etc. We were even left pistachios one day which were very tasty. Lots of towels provided and spare sheets if required; the owner (who lives in a separate apartment on the upper floors of the building) changed sheets for us after 1 week. It’s clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in providing a stress free stay for their guests, which we really appreciated. The garden is beautiful and sitting on the rear balcony by the jacaranda, pomegranate and lemon trees for breakfast was a delight. The property has a modern heating/cooling system which was a relief to come back to after a day in the heat. It’s well placed for sight seeing around the eastern Peloponnese for which a car is essential. This was a lovely place to stay and definitely recommended. I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like about this property!
• Diane (10/5): The property was perfect for the four of us and the short layover between cruises. - The location was perfect. We arrived early and were provided with access to the property as the owner was present at the time. She was extremely helpful at all times during our stay (lives upstairs) in a separate apartment. The location was also excellent and within walking distance to the town and all facilities. We couldn't think of anything! :)

• Alice (10/5): Amazing villa, fantastic host! - We had an absolutely wonderful time at Akakia Villa Nafplio and really enjoyed our beautiful surroundings. The villa itself is large and spacious with fantastic air conditioning and a number of balconies to eat out on. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, we all slept brilliantly, as well as this, the villa had fabulous cooking facilities so we could prepare meals. Secondly, Dimitrios is a brilliant host. Throughout our stay he kept in contact with us and did everything possible to ensure we had a great time. We loved the addition of being bought fresh figs and delicious roasted pistachios by his family, it made us feel really well looked after. You will not regret booking this villa, we had a lovely holiday here and one that will be remembered for a long time. 😊 Nothing!
