• Catalin (9/5): Se putea și mai bine - Locația excelentă, intrare directă la muzeul Etar. Mic dejun suficient dar programul de la 07:30 - 09:30 este prea scurt și prea de dimineață pentru un concediu. Finalul la ora 10:00 ar fi fost mult mai confortabil. Restaurantul: nu am fost anunțați despre taxa de dop! Am consumat și de la restaurnat și de la noi - bere de la Triavna. Ne-au lăsat să o consumăm după care ne-au taxat cu 20€/familie - mult! Au pierdut 15 clienți! Micul dejun: la 09:30 am cerut pâine . . . ne-au ignorat

Забележителностите и местата за разходка на разстояние от 20-30 минути с кола. Стаята беше широка и удобна и много добре почистена Липсата на хладилник и кана за топла вода в стаята

• Karina (10/5): - The location of the hotel is perfect - on the edge of the Etar ethnographic museum, on the banks of a small mountain river that you can hear at night, a very soothing sound. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is modern, with a minimalist design but with everything you need in the room. If you need anything extra (I needed a hairdryer), ask the reception, they will probably be able to provide it. Towels are really good quality. The bathroom is very small and you need be a bit careful when you take a shower but it can be done and the ventilation system is good so the floor gets dry quickly. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The restaurant on the lower ground floor is excellent - we had dinner there and loved it. You even get a discount as a hotel guest. All in all a very good experience in a beautiful location.

Because of the eavening wedding event, dinner was not available at the restaurant, only on room service request. Bathroom shower did not have a courtain and we got the bathroom floor wet.

• Lavinia Argentina (8/5): It was a true city break for us. - Staff was really helpful and nice, the location is great - you practically go downstairs and reach the Ethno Village. The food at the restaurant was great. All in all, a really nice trip!

• Татяна (8/5): - Изключително чисто! Вътрешния интериор на стаите е изчистен. Стаите не са много просторни. Персонала беше много мил и усложлив! Много ми хареса ресторанта, храната беше невероятно вкусна, поднесена по-много красив начин и на много достъпни цени! Бих се върнала отново!!!

• Miroslava (9/5): I felt like in a fairy tail because of the view and the surroundings! - Great location with amazing view towards the mountain. The furniture is completely new and gives a fresh atmosphere. It is very clean everywhere. The food in the restaurant is amazing as well as the staff too. Very poor breakfast. We didn’t receive at the arrival the room with balcony that we had reserved which was disappointing. Afterwards we had to move.

• Georgi (10/5): Will repeat again if i need to stay in the area - Modern and new facility, it was clean and everything worked fine. Location is perfect, staff is friendly and i had a good stay there. There was no fridge in the room, but they have good restaurant so you don’t need to bring food.

The breakfast approach was was really good, it offered several thoughtfully prepared options accompanied with excellent coffee, quality and variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. The wet bathroom is a somewhat of a questionable choice although I have to admit in this particular execution it worked

• Keren (8/5): Great place in the village area - New hotel (or renovated), good option if you are planning on visiting the open-air museum, because it is almost a part of it... The balcony watching over the surrounding was wonderful. Breakfast was poor.
• O'fegan (10/5): Charming and cosy stay - Such a gorgeous hotel nestled in the middle of the Balkan Mountains. The room was clean and warm, as were all the other areas of the hotel. The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. The staff had very good English (not that they should have to in a Bulgarian hotel) which made communication very easy. The location of the hotel is stunning and the whole stay was cosy and charming. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent and the Ethnographic Village was lovely to wander around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.
• Vladislav (7/5): A place worth staying with a few things that need to be changed - The staff was very polite, the hotel lobby was nice and clean, and the location was amazing. Also, the discounts you get as a hotel customer are a big plus The parking of the hotel was very small (there is a parking that is not part of the hotel nearby though so it's not that big of a deal), the hotel corridors could use some decoration as they are plain white and it kinda looks like you are in a hospital, rooms although they look clean are a bit dirty. I had mud or something of that sort prints all over the walls of my room, the toilet seat was cleaned but underneath it, it wasn't and when I moved the bed to check if I had forgotten something, I found a half-rotten potato fry. Doors are very thin so you are able to hear a lot more than you would want especially if you are there with young kids.

No border between shower and toilet. Feeling like you live in camp for teenagers) good for one night stay. Weird breakfast system.
