Asunnon vessa/kylpyhuone on surkeassa kunnossa, erittäin pieni ja todella haiseva. Vessassa ei vaihtunut ilma ollenkaan, joten haju oli kammottava. Haju levisi koko asuntoon. Vessakokemus pilasi kivan asunnon.

• Tessa (7/5): Perfecte locatie, wel wat geluidsoverlast - De locatie is fantastisch! Je zit midden in het centrum en alles is op loopafstand te doen. Daarnaast bevat het appartement alles wat je nodig hebt. Let wel op, de badkamer is erg klein (maar werkt prima). In de straat van het appartement zitten meerdere restaurants, dit zorgde in de nachten in het weekend voor veel overlast. Daarnaast hadden wij pech met overlastgevende mede toeristen in het appartement naast ons. De deur naar de gang is niet geluidsdicht.

• Jane (8/5): Excellent apartment very central for sightseeing - Good area for eating out, across the road is a lovely wine bar and " Filo" - 3 door away which is a bistro for breakfast and lunch, there is also an ice cream parlour and bakers called Jesters on the same street ... 2 mins walk to Cathedral . Super communication via hosts - super clean - loved the hourly bell chiming and the noise of the street below until 11pm. No tea towel. No large mugs, just extremely small Ikea ones and small cups, 2 odd wine glasses

Rien à dire tout était parfait Ce que j’ai moins apprécié concerne principalement le bruit. La climatisation était assez bruyante, et j’ai dû l’éteindre pendant la nuit pour pouvoir dormir confortablement. De plus, le bruit provenant des escaliers du bâtiment se fait sentir à l’intérieur de la maison : on entend nettement les personnes monter ou descendre, et même la porte semble vibrer lorsque quelqu’un marche à l’étage.

• Tiago (1/5): À éviter, odeur, non isolé, bruit des logements à côté. - L’appartement a une forte odeur dans tout l’appartement et plus spécifiquement dans la salle de bains. Cela n’est pas normal et nous n’avons pas rester dans l’appartement avec cette odeur qui empestait tout le logement. Nous avons réservé un hôtel à côté et personne ne souhaite nous rembourser alors que la plainte a été confirmée et réparée 24 heures après. Cela n’est pas normal de ne vouloir rembourser pour une erreur qui provient de leur part, a éviter.

L'odeur remonte par la douche et diffuse dans tout L'appartement. Impossible contourner le problème. Les appareils électriques (frigo, machine à café...) étaient débranchés. Le micro ondes est à changer. La salle de bain est trop petite. L'appartement est sombre et l'éclairage peu adapté. Heureusement l'emplacement évite le carton rouge.

• Carmie (10/5): Great apartment - Great location in middle of City. Very quiet location. Apartment had all facilities we needed. Perfect set-up. Recommend to anyone. Not a real issue, however there is no elevator. We had to haul luggage up to the second floor.

Odeur de canalisation très désagréable dans la salle de bain se répandant dans l’appartement si la porte de la salle de bain reste ouverte. Pas assez de gel douche pour le séjour. Ils ont dit qu’ils allaient en ajouter et voir pour le problème de l’odeur mais ne sont jamais venus.

• Monika (7/5): - The location of the apartment was absolutely amazing as we were walking distance to all the main attractions and the selection of restaurants right next door was great. The apartment is really cozy and well decorated. The air conditioner was not very efficient and the unit in the bedroom had a light that made it a bit difficult to fall asleep. Also, there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, most likely from the water.

A un paso de la giralda. 10 de 10 Por poner una pega, pasamos una noche sin aire acondicionado con calor, porque para activarlo es muy difícil y está muy escondido.

• Hassan (9/5): - Great location within a walking distance to most of the monuments. Filo breakfast restaurant is just at the same block, and they offer great breakfast! The apartment looks almost as good as in the pics, the bed is comfy, but slightly small for two. A very efficient air conditioner, and nice spacious bathroom.
• Marta Isabel (5/5): Buena localización pero pésimo apartamento - La localización es muy buena Al hacer la reserva, pregunté al alojamiento si la habitación estaba separada con una puerta del salón ya que en algunas fotos parecía que estaba unida y en otras se veía una puerta, pero no respondieron y el apartamento estaba todo abierto y comunicado. Además de no responder a la pregunta, no dijeron el código de la caja de llaves hasta las 4 de la tarde, cuando el checkin era a las 3 y todo eso después de llamar varias veces al teléfono facilitado y enviar varios mensajes. La insonorización es pésima, oímos a todos los vecinos entrar y salir durante la noche como si estuvieran dentro. Las ventanas no cierran bien y entra muchísima luz durante el día y la noche. Además, no se puede salir sin llave porque hay q cerrar la puerta y únicamente dan un juego de llaves, por lo que es bastante incómodo. Por otro lado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear.

• Caroline (10/5): Ideally located very comfortable apartment - Ideal location and very well equipped apartment. Everything worked and the apartment was clean. The only thing was that the floor of the shower was very slippery otherwise everything great.
• Shaun (7/5): Lovely, well-equipped and located apartment. - Location was excellent!! The apartment was also well fit out with everything we could ask for. There was a seriously bad smell that permeated from the drains in the bathroom. When we arrived it was atrocious but after we’d showered and the soapy water had flushed the drains, it diminished. But after a day out we returned only to have that smell back again. I assume it’s a challenging issue with the pipes in the old building but it was rather unpleasant. Also, the noise from the street at night and the bells of the various cathedrals was substantial.
• Martin (7/5): Superb location and a well presented flat. Sort out the smell! - Excellent location -less than 100m from the cathedral at the centre of historic Seville. The flat was comfortable, very well presented and well equipped for self catering though we didn't use the oven or hob. The air conditioning units worked effectively. Unfortunately there was a smell of drains/toilets which built up overnight and when the windows were shut during the day. This was very unpleasant. The issue was reported to the hosts who responded well and sent around maintenance but they couldn't identify the problem. The solution was to provide air fresheners which were ineffective. The hosts advised thy would instruct specialist contractors to sort out the the smell. Also note that we stayed in Flat 1b at the rear of the property. Flat 1a at the front faced onto the main street and may well have been quite noisy (some reviews mention this as an issue).

• Maria Trinidad (10/5): - Comodisimo, en pleno centro. Cerca del supermercado y monumentos y restaurantes. Lo único a mejorar son las indicaciones de cómo ingresar al departamento ya que mejorar habían pasado mal la clave y por suerte la chica que limpiaba el apartamento nos avisó y dio la correcta. Además, las indicaciones sobre el aire acondicionado no eran claras y nunca recibimos las imágenes de referencia.

The kitchen was nothing like the photo provided and the listed amenity of dishwasher was nowhere to be seen. I think the photos were taken with different furniture then switched. No way to contact the hosts except outside the booking app. Was advised we could leave our luggage at ‘reception’ from 12pm before checking in but there isn’t a reception. Not provided enough toilet paper (3 rolls for 5 nights.) The bed was not to our preference, was rock hard. Central location means busy road, ear plugs are a necessity.

• Nancy (9/5): A short stay would be great but I wouldn't recommend longer than a weekend. - Great location - especially during Semana Santa. The parade went right by the window. Surprisingly the windows kept out the street noise. There is little space for unpacking or hanging clothing. The shower is a bit wonky and the bathroom is very small. It is a little outdated. There is zero privacy from the bedroom and the rest of the apartment.

• Marian (9/5): Great location - The location is great, within walking distance from the cathedral and the Alcázar. Good soft towers are available. The decoration is great. The view is to the street and the windows are not tight. The noise from the street is very loud. Noise is passing very strongly from the stairs if some noisy neighbours return from their party in Sevilla. I wish the owner or manager would leave some more coffee pods.

• Elena (8/5): Nice days in Sevilla - The apartment is in the center, easy to reach all areas of interest in Seville. Friendly staff, we didn't receive the right access code but someone came quickly to help us. I would have liked them to provide indoor slippers because it is cold on the floor. The bathroom is small and the sofa is not well maintained.

• Ciara (7/5): Comfortable apartment and super location! - Super location, within walking distance of everything. We were in Apt 1 on first floor, there's no lift, and a set of steep stairs to the apartment. Apt looks Bigger in photos but was perfect for 3 of us, double bed and double sofa bed we all sept well! Street outside is a little noisy and church bells sound each hour but it didn't bother us and we effectively only slept in the apartment as we were out all day. You'd need to be sharing with family or close friends as there isn't much privacy! There's a decent sized fridge and freezer, plenty of dishes, glasses etc, a microwave and two cooking rings, air con - we only used the fridge but was good to have options. You do need to turn the key in the main door to lock the apartment. Overall really happy with our choice for accommodation and would stay here again if visiting Seville. Seville is a gorgeous city. No complaints!

We didn’t realize first floor meant up one flight of steep stairs so getting a stroller up and down made for a treacherous experience.

• Catharine (8/5): Great apartment in the heart of Sevilla - It's a beautiful apartment right in the heart of old town Sevilla. We loved the location being steps away from the Cathedral and good restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very responsive. The front door doesn't stay closed unless it is locked with a key, so you always need to lock yourself in. We also had issues with the shower not draining and would need to stop the water part way through a shower and wait so it would not overflow.

• William (3/5): Nice apartment but way too noisy. - Great location for the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Reasonable amount of space apart from the bathroom, which is tiny. The apartment has a nice feel. Reasonably clean. Sleep was impossible due to constant loud traffic right outside, tower bells ringing every hour all night, and very noisy bars immediately below. At times the noise was ridiculous. Some of the other reviews mention this; I should have paid more attention. Shutters didn't shut properly. Air con didn't work for the first two days. It started working after the power was shut off and back on but was very noisy. At least it helped mask the outside noise a little. The apartment would be great for the deaf.

They were proactive contacting us to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to any questions and gave great recommendations. Loved it all!
• Kerrie (9/5): Beautiful apartment in an amazing location - The apartment was beautifully decorated and charming. It has all you need if you want to do a little cooking too. Oil, salt, etc is a bonus. It was very clean and in a fantastic location in the old town. Too far to walk to the train station but close to all attractions of Seville and many restaurants, cafes and bars. Nice little bathroom too. The apartment faced the street with a lovely view but the traffic noise and church bells made it hard to sleep. The bed was small and a bit hard.

Small local supermarket, ideal for essentials, hosts were very informative and made sure we were well accommodated. All in all a perfect find. The apartment was squeaky clean and lolly and Ruth are excellent cleaners, not a speck of dust/dirt anywhere. Well done. The church bells rang very hour and not all the church times were in sync, so sleep slightly disturbed but not enough to worry about.

The room spaces are awkward so left luggage and toiletries in the living room. Furniture pieces take up valuable space. Rooms need to be lit as not much natural light. Only one power point in the kitchen!

Everything was great - the apartment was beautiful, located right in the centre of everything (1-5 min walking distance to all major tourist attractions and restaurants), the management was lovely and was easy to communicate with. They were really nice to organise an early check in for us on the day too. Thanks so much for the lovely stay! Everything was great!
