- Beata (10/5): - Ein wunderschönes, ganz neues Hotel mit einer unglaublich herzlichen Atmosphäre! Die Familie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 2 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt. Alles war sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Le petit dejeuner se prend à l'exterieur, à côté de la piscine et abrité: servi à l'assiette et varie d'un matin à l'autre ce qui permet de découvrir la cuisine locale. L'emplacement est idéal tout se fait à pieds à Ksamil, la piscine appréciable et les propriétaires arrangeants. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon, je conseille vivement cet hotel.

Walking distance from the beach and also the main road where you can get the buses or any amenities. The staff/family that ran it were caring and attentive, they were so accommodating and even organised an airport run for us to go home. - Rahul (10/5): Perfect for a nice and comfort stay. - The property was so clean and very close to centre and beach also. Staffs were so friendly treated like family. For small things also they were with us and helped and guided in many ways. Moreover , each day breakfast was superb we enjoyed really well. What we need in holidays was comfort that we got from there. Thank you so much zogaj hotel family. When we come next time,we definitely book here.
- gareth (10/5): - We stayed 2 nights in the family studio which offered good value for money given the location in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bus stop (we travelled from Sarande). Ample space for 2 adults and 2 kids, little dated but very clean, decent shower, air conditioning in main living area (which also reached the bed in the kitchen) and a nice swimming pool. The hosts were very welcoming and onsite to help if needed.

Er waren veel restaurants en supermarktjes in de buurt. de afstand naar het strand was hooguit 8 tot 10 min lopen. De kamer was bijzonder netjes en er werd regelmatig gewisseld van bedlinnen en handdoeken! De gastheer en gastvrouw waren heel vriendelijk. Ik vond het vreemd dat bij aankomst de zoon vroeg om 5,- meer te betalen dan het boekingsbedrag...Het overviel ons, anders hadden we dit niet gedaan, dat was niet netjes vonden we. Het zwembad was kleiner dan gedacht, maar we hebben ons er wel vermaakt. En wij dachten een keuken met apparatuur te krijgen, maar we hadden de studio geboekt en blijkbaar heeft deze geen keuken. er was wel een koelkast aanwezig en wat borden en bestek. Het is wss mijn eigen schuld, maar bij deze voor iemand die de studio boekt...

For cleaning i can give a 9.5/10 (i found some hair in shower). But they did clean the house even during our stay, after 2 days and changed bedsheets too. Overal experience is very good!

It’s also very well located and in a tranquil spot which we really valued as the town is quite messy and busy. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped for those who wish to cook. It wasn’t an issue for us personally, but the apartment description listed more kitchen utensils than we actually found.

- Liron (7/5): לא התחברנו לאווירה למרות שיש שם כל מה שצריך - המיקום היה יחסית טוב, קרוב לאחד החופים, יש מסעדות בשפע. יש חניה חינם. יש מה שצריך. היה ריח רע מהשירותים כל הזמן שהיינו שם וכשביקשנו פיתרון הציעו לנו מטהר אוויר. הבריכה על הרחוב בלי הפרדה. החדר לא היה נקי במיוחד והיו חסרים בו מתקנים ודברים שהובטחו. לדוגמה אין בידה. לא סיפקו לנו שמפו וג׳ל רחצה כמו שרשמו. מבחינת אווירה, מצד אחד הם רוצים שתרגיש במלון ומצד שני בעלי הוילה מסתובבים שם עם הילדים כל היום בבריכה אבל זה לא אירוח ביתי. יום לפני סיום השהות צעקו לנו מהצד השני של הבריכה שאלה לגבי התשלום, במקום לעשות את זה בצורה מסודרת. אנחנו לא התחברנו.

- Zurawski Romain (10/5): - Séjour très agréable dans la ville de Ksamil nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par les hôtes, nous avons aimé la proximité du logement avec le centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied sans prendre la voiture, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui était en construction mais elle sera finie dans 1 mois, elle sera belle ! Une petite mention spéciale pour Erik qui nous a accueilli et qui ne voulait plus qu'on parte. Très attachant ! En tout cas nous recommandons ce logement !!!
- Oksana (10/5): A cozy stay) - Another wonderful chance to stay with this fantastic family .Very welcoming ,friendly ,extremely helpful and really happy to see their visitors .We came early ,they found the chance to provide us with a room immediately despite the fact that it was 8 am and check-in time is after midday .The room is clean ,light and has a little kitchenette with a fridge.There is a big terrace overlooking Ksamil and a table with chairs to enjoy your coffee or meals .Parking is available inside the yard or outside the gate.It takes just a few minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket and the centre with all infrastructure.There is a grill restaurant and a coffee place at your door .Beaches are within 10 min reach .Highly recommended)Thank you for hospitality))) Nothing comes to mind
- Oksana (10/5): a great combination of comfort and pleasure ) - Just perfect location ,next to the city centre,still a very quiet place to be ,a private safe parking in the yard,a paved road to reach the apartment ,lovely ,friendly and very helpful hosts,stable WI-FI,well equipped for a comfortable stay,everything is clean,lovely seat on a terrace ,lots of space.Thank you for your hospitality ))) nothing comes to mind at all)))

- Irene (9/5): Trato maravilloso - La amabilidad de la anfitriona es brutal! A pocos minutos en coche de todas las playas de Ksamil, muy cerca de bares y restaurantes, ambiente agradable, todo reformado y cómodo, repetiría sin dudarlo! El hijo mayor habla un poco español y eso también nos facilitó la estancia. Sin duda 10/10 -

- Piotr (10/5): Super pobyt w pięknym Ksamil w wspaniałym obiekcie Vila Zogaj - Super lokalizacja,bardzo ładny,zadbany oraz czysty obiekt.Gospodarze bardzo mili,pomocni.Pokój bardzo czysty,zadbany,właściecielka mega sympatyczna, wymieniła po kilku dniach pościel i posprzątała.Właścieciel za niewielką opłatą zawiózł mnie do Sarandy,super facet!Wrócę tu na pewno
