• Dirk (10/5): Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - Abseits von Apartment-Anlagen, mitten im griechischen Leben mit Nachbarschaft, Hunden und Hähnen, so haben wir unseren Urlaub in unserer Ferienwohnung erlebt und genießen dürfen. Auch wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit Speisen von Lucia versorgt, die uns im Laufe der Zeit sehr ans Herz gewachsen ist, da sie mit ihrer warmherzigen Art immer für uns da war. Danke Lucia. Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge war immer wieder ein Ereignis und die ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand "Nea Chora" oder in die Altstadt, was wir anfangs als kleinen Nachteil angesehen haben, war die fast 2 Wochen über nie ein Problem, im Gegenteil. Es war jedes Mal ein willkommener Spaziergang durch das griechische Alltagsleben. Einzig das WLAN im Haus ist verbesserungswürdig, was aber unsere absolut positiven Eindrücke nicht beeinflusst hat. Deshalb erwähnen wir es auch nur hier und nicht bei der negativen Bewertung. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt wieder auf Chania und das Apartment. Und vor allem freuen wir uns auf Lucia. Nichts

• Stephanie (10/5): - Wir wurden bei der Anreise sofort herzlich von Stellas Mutter und ihren Hund empfangen. Das Apartment war sauber und es gab eine zweite Bettwäschegarnitur sowie Handtücher zum Wechseln, auch an Inventar hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und haben uns bei der Autovermittlung geholfen. Wir wurden bei Gelegenheit gefragt was wir schon alles entdeckt haben und haben weitere Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Es herrschte eine warme Atmosphäre, wir haben uns schnell sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
• Andra (10/5): Wonderful stay in Chania - We recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Chania, Crete, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including all the essential amenities. What impressed me the most was how impeccably clean the apartment was; it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also a significant advantage, being just a 7-minute drive from Chania city. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shops while enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Additionally, the host was incredibly welcoming and added a personal touch to our stay by greeting us with delicious homemade cakes. This thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely valued and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chania. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. N/A
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional hospitality, and fabulous stay! - Where to begin? Stella and her mother Lucia were excellent hosts! From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left- we felt so looked after. We got great tips on places to visit, a fresh cake and Greek snacks on arrival, and even a lift into town! It felt like being at home. Not too far out of town (about a 20 minute walk to the centre), we had spectacular views from the balconies and bathed in the quiet and serene surroundings. The apartment itself was spotless, and well laid out, with ample towels and spare bedding. The hospitality was exceptional, and matched the feelings we had from the population in Chania. I would love to come back here year after year, just to see Lucia (+ dog!) 🙂
• Sylvie Et Christian (10/5): - Je voulais remercier Lucia et Stella la maman que nous n'avons pas rencontré, merci encore pour toutes ces petites attentions. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette très belle maison, le logement est vraiment très fonctionnel et beau, il ne manquait absolument rien tout était parfait. Une terrasse au nord et une au sud très pratique. Lucia est une belle personne très attentionnée . Excellent service, nous sommes totalement satisfaits de la qualité de l'accueil et du professionnalisme. Ce logement et les services ont vraiment dépassé nos attentes. En dehors du centre ville,mais c'était notre choix, quartier très calme. Le centre ville est très facile à trouver à pied. Nous recommandons fortement.
• burulea (10/5): - The host was very friendly and welcoming. She waited us with a cake homemade. The apartment is very roomy and spacious. It very clean and neat. It is equipped with a wash machine, coffee machine, hair dryer. Also the kitchen is equipped with everything you needed. .

• Philippe (8/5): - Grand appartement au premier étage d'une maison individuelle. Bien équipé avec tout le confort, de nombreux équipements et rangements permettant d'effectuer des séjours longs.Très propre. Lit grand et très confortable. Situé dans les faubourgs de la Canée dans un quartier très calme, l'adresse est facile à trouver. La plage et le centre ville sont à environ 1,5 km. Stella et sa maman sont des personnes  accueillantes et d'une grande gentillesse.
• LoukasB (10/5): Υπεροχη διαμονή με οτι χρειάζεστε - Η υποδοχή ήταν υπέροχη με την οικοδέσποινα (Λουκια) να μας έχει ετοιμάσει ακόμη και χειροποίητο κέικ το οποίο μόλις είχε βγει από τον φούρνο και πέσαμε πάνω του με τα μούτρα του. Το σπιτι εχει οτι χρειάζεται καποιος για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή με ολα τα σκεύη και τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό καθως επίσης και με εξτρα παροχές όπως καφέ, χυμό και μαρμελάδες για πρωινό. Το σημείο είναι σε απόσταση περίπου 10' με το αυτοκίνητο απο την παλιά πόλη των Χανίων και η γειτονία παρέχει την απαραίτητη ησυχία για τις βραδινές ώρες.
• -Noel- (10/5): Un hogar en Chania - Apartamento perfecto para conocer Chania y toda la parte oeste de Creta. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Está a unos 15-20 minutos del centro andando, en una zona segura y muy tranquila donde se descansa de maravilla. La comunicación con la anfitriona es excelente. Su madre es una persona encantadora y servicial, y el perrito que hay en la entrada del edificio es un amor. Si volviésemos a Chania, sin duda, nos volveríamos a alojar aquí. Tener que irme 😢

• vero73 (10/5): Accogliente e super pulito. - Il soggiorno da Stema appartment è stato fantastico, UNA BOMBONIERA.! Appena entrati nell'appartamento ci siamo sentiti subito a casa accolti da un'atmosfera famigliare, una tavola colorata con un plum cake preparato dalla mamma di stella, frutta, succhi, acqua, una colazione di ben venuto molto gradita. La pulizia degli ambienti, il confort degli spazi, non manca nulla armadi capienti, utensili ed elettrodomestici, phon, ferro da stiro, stendino, bagno grande , asciugamani sempre puliti. La posizione è comoda per visitare le favolose spiagge di Balos ed Elafonissi, ma si sa le distanze a Creta sono ampie. Nelle vicinanze ci sono market, bakery, pescherie, e altri servizi. Per raggiungere il centro di Chania lo si può fare tranquillamente a piedi ( 1, 3 km) oppure noi magari stanchi dalla giornata di mare ci avvicinavamo seguendo le indicazioni per il centro e parcheggiavamo nei pressi dell'ospedale , parcheggio libero, di lì è un attimo e sei nel cuore di Chania. Nulla da eccepire.

• Nadège (10/5): Un accueil formidable dans un appartement splendide - Magnifique appartement, neuf, très bien équipé, très propre, avec deux petites terrasses où il fait bon déjeuner, lit très confortable. L'emplacement est parfait : proche du centre mais au calme. J'ai été accueilli par Luccia, la maman, un amour de femme. Hospitalité à la grecque avec plein de petites attentions : tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et de l'eau fraîche à mon arrivée, des petits plats et gâteaux cuisinés par Luccia et offerts de bon coeur, la voisine qui apporte des fleurs pour l'appartement. Je me suis sentie en famille. Même la petite chienne Hra me faisait la fête à chaque passage. Un des meilleurs hébergements que j'ai connu. J'y reviendrai rapidement. Rien

• Mykhailo (10/5): - Дуже милі апартаменти, зручні, мають абсолютно все необхідне для повноцінного життя. А як забажаєте по експериментувати з грецькою кухнею - в вас все під рукою. Ну а дві затишні тераси чудово підходять до ранішньої кави або вечірнього келиха вина. Дуже гостинні господарі, й це з урахуванням моєї доброї обізнаності з грецької гостинності! Раджу, особливо якщо ви подорожуєте сім'єю! Що окремо підкреслю - якщо бажаєте побачити місцеве життя як воно є, без туристичного флєру, вам сюди. Недоліків я не знайшов.
• MeTSam (10/5): Nice, friendly hostess and clean apartment!!! - The friendly welcome, the extreme cleanliness of the apartment, the free coffee and breakfast, and the location which was very convenient and very near a seminar we were attending. There was nothing we didn't like, really!!
• Cata (10/5): - I have been to many different properties at Chania for work but Stella and her family made my staying unforgettable. I felt the Greek hospitality to the fullest. The apartment was so clean and bright, everything was brand new and the fridge was full of food. I recommend it 100000% and whenever I am back to Chania, I will definitely choose Stema Apartment!!
• Γιώργος (10/5): So beautiful, clean and perfect location - It was a great experience for me staying at Stema City apartment. Best equipped and decorated room, so clean, too close to the center but also only 15 minutes to the closest beach! Parking was so easy, there is enough space outside the house and in the street. 10/10 for this apartment!
• Stefania (10/5): One of the best apartments I have ever stayed - Wonderful apartment, new and well furnished with everything you need, comfortable beds, air conditioning, with all the necessary cookware, not to mention the balconies. The bathroom is beautiful and the bathtub almost big enough to lie down in. Checking in was fast, the location is perfect, quite but also near the center and the old town of Chania. Thanks for everything!
• Konstantarakis (10/5): Gorgeous accommodation, super clean and nice location - Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a calm and peaceful experience. The apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and had the comfiest bed. The balconies were so sunny with tables and all the necessary staff and super nice view. The location is great with everything you need within walking distance (around 15 minutes walk to the center) Good facilities such as towels, hairdryer, free toiletries, coffe machine and clean linen if needed. I will definately return!
