(10/5): Overall, I liked staying here, I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family - I liked staying here because the place was very clean and beautiful, and the owner was very accommodating and easy to talk to, the location was close to the event center we attended, and the mall is just right across the street and there are convenience stores downstairs too, so if you don't want to walk to the mall, the one downstairs is fine.

- Lim (7/5): Good - It is near the saigon convention center, thus to watch concert it is a good area to stay at. Downstair of the apartment also have convenient shop
- Ho (9/5): Good place for longer stays - Our family had a wonderful stay. Mr. Khao, the owner, was incredibly helpful throughout our time there. I highly recommend this place, especially for longer stays. The location was also very convenient for shopping. The main bathroom was not clean at all, and there were no cleaning supplies provided, which was inconvenient for a long stay.
