• SERHII (4/5): - Расположение и на этом всё Не было лифта Неудобно носить чемоданы - большие пролеты между этажами Неудобный душ , который совмещены с туалетом Персонал вообще как таковой отсутствует - только в телефоном режиме ну и те кто убирают Завтрак за доп плату - это вообще отдельная тема - оказывается его надо заказывать заранее и в ресторане где его подают вообще никого нет и такое ощущение , что этот ресторан вообще не работает

• Diyan Georgiev (9/5): Very good hotel near the old town. - We visited the hotel during the Christmas market. Very good hotel 15 min walk from the city center where the market was. Large rooms, very functionally furnished. Extremely clean, warm rooms, beds with very comfortable mattresses. It has parking spaces in front of the hotel and additional ones in a closed parking lot 50 meters from the hotel. The hostess responded very quickly to all inquiries.I would happy return again if I visit Craiova. The weather was snowy and the outside steps had a lot of ice and were slippery. They could have sprinkled salt on them.

• Teodora (8/5): - The property is very close to rhe city center. Just 15-18 min away. There is no suitable public transport but in fact you hardly need it. Nice cafe and restaurants around. Spacious room with big windows. Staff is helpful. Coffee and tea facilities in the room which are really nice. We were 1 audult 2 children and found ourselves with only one double bed. The parking in front was a challenge since another guest park on the line to the next parking spot. The sink was not well.cleaned and there were empty sugar packets on the table when we arrived. Poor noise insulation. The guests next door were snoring and it was really uncomfortable. When we arrived we were immediately contacted by the manager/owner who obviously watched us on the cameras to ask us if we a having pet with us, because he saw my son having sth in his hands. Poor options for dining and we missed the breakfast option because the price seemed to me quite high having in mind all other options around. The bathroom gets all wet when you shower. No glass or a curtain to stop the water. I received at least 7-8 instructions through WhatsApp which was annoying.
• Olga (10/5): Great stay for family - The double room is very comfortable for family with 1.5 years old child. A lot of room for baggages. The bathroom has a big shower but it could have been also a glass to avoid water being spilled. A minor detail.

The owner was very rude and treated us poorly just because we were 30 minutes late for check-out. His attitude completely overshadowed our stay, even though the Christmas market was wonderful.

• Hristina (10/5): - The location is great and close to the city centre. There’s parking available, which is a must in this crowded . The breakfast isn’t worth the price - there’s no variety and most of the food is pre cooked.

• Mirela (10/5): Peste asteptari - Totul a fost peste asteptari. Accesul in hotel si camera se face digital. Au parcare supravegheata. Apartamentul este enorm si are inclusiv masina de spalat. Totul este nou, modern si imaculat. Micul dejun a fost diversificat, totul proaspat si de buna calitate. Personalul este extrem de amabil si cauta sa iti satisfaca orice solicitare. In mod sigur vom reveni tot aici cand vom mai avea drum prin Craiova.

• Tsvetelin (9/5): Good value for money and polite and friendly staff - We visited Craiova before the Christmas holidays to see the incredible Christmas decorations there. On the day of our arrival, we booked a room in Casa Micle because our initial reservation was misplaced. We self-checked in, and the process is straightforward once you know how it works. The apartment was spacious enough for a family with two kids. The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is 15-20-ish minutes on foot from the city center, and while this is not that far away, it got us tired the first day. Some bus lines go to the center, but we found that on the second day. So, this is not a problem for the hotel. The apartment had beautiful French-style windows, but the view was not attractive - another building was right in front of the window. The water in the bathroom was draining very slowly.

• Rasa (7/5): Fair value for money - The size of the room is perfect for couples, it is very clean and has confortable bed (the room was according to the images from the site). Check-in and check-out is done online and the system is working properly. We got lucky and we parked on one of the spots available in front of the building, but they offer parking for the guests. The people from the staff were really friendly and helpful. Even if the room has double glazed windows, something was not right, because in we heard all the noise from the outside (even some rooster). The shower does not have any glass, so half of the bathroom floods with every shower.
• Деница (10/5): Delighted ❤️ - The stay at Casa Micle was absolutely delightful! I was very impressed by how easy and convenient was the check-in: no need for waiting at a reception, all available fast and in advance of the stay via the hotel app. We have been in lots of hotels and this is the first time I've seen anything like this. The room was very cosy, beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. On top of all we met the staff - those were the friendiest people we have ever met!! Overall the stay was fantastic - I definitely recommend it. We would visit it again if we are in Craiova! The only thing I would recommend is to put a mop in the bathroom for pushing the water to the drain.

Picture showed better standard than reality - Ok-ish standard No staff around so felt like a left property, could hear other guests, drain on bathroom was not proper so bathroom got all wet every time shower was in use.
