- Svitlana (5/5): більше там не зупинюся - Локація Заселення було жахливим, 0 вказівок як дістатися, ти просто приходиш на адресу і мусиш зателефонувати, щоб тобі по телефону сказали код від сейфу. Дуже не зручне ліжко, ти лежиш і відчуваєш кожну пружину у матраці. Звукоізоляція відсутня, коли хтось в інших кімнатах чи загальних приміщеннях рухається або спілкується, то це наче відбувається в твоїй кімнаті. А ще зі стелі іноді капала вода, і коли я сказала про це власнику він просто. казав-добре, дякую. Як на мене то це дивне ставлення до орендарів.

- Наталя (4/5): Все, до самого номера - ок. В номері багато чого треба полагодити. - Центр міста Ліжко жило своїм життям. Постіль брудна, звукоїзоляції - О. Щоб зробити чай, треба спускатися на поверх нижче. Як такого місця для вживання їжі немає ні в номері, ні в холлі. Лише журнальний столик.

- Катерина (10/5): Ідеальне помешкання, за розумну ціну - Ми відпочивали у серпні 2025р. Дуже рекомендую це помешкання, ідеальне розташування, якщо ви приїхали на відпочинок, бо всі історичні і пам'ятні місця у пішому доступі (до оперного театру йти 1хв). Дуже чисте, охайне і з новим цікавим ремонтом помешкання. Особливо потішила білосніжна постіль і рушники. Гарна звукоізоляція, сусідів не чули (хоча вони точно були, бо бачилися в загальному коридорі). На сайті не побачила інформацію, тому була приємно вражена, що є кухня загального користування, де є все необхідне від посуду до мікрохвильовки, і так як сусідів не багато (всього три кімнати, не так як в хостелах), то ми сміливо лишали продукти в холодильнику. Не дуже часто пишу відгуки, але за адекватну ціну це просто шикарне місце, тому вирішила, що про це повинні знати наступні гості! :) Для зручності не вистачило декілька крючечків у ванній кімнаті, щоб повісити халат. Але я сказала про це власнику тому думаю коли ви будете винаймати, вони вже будуть (бо власник максимально адекватна і приємна людина). Ще немає, або не помітна інформація про наявність кухні (хоча потім з'являється як приємний бонус)
- Ксенія (7/5): - Сподобалось місце розташування, в самому центрі, але при цьому тихо. Душ і туалет в номері! Дуже не зручне ліжко, а саме матрац, в якому пружини впивались у тіло, збиті подушки та ковдра, які вже давно потребують заміни, і синтетична постіль, яка пускала блискавки 😔 Для мене було важливо виспатись на зручному ліжку, так як саме для ночівлі винаймала житло, але на жаль мені це не вдалось 😏

- Jagoda (2/5): Completely not worth it even for this price. Have literally stayed in better places in Somalia. - Loccation is great and that's exactly the only good thing about this place. There are plenty of other places to stay around though. Bed mattress is probably older than me, you can feel each and every spring. Won't get a good night sleep. Walls are paper thin, you can hear how other people in the apartment are breathing. The bathroom has a black mould on the wall and smells VERY bad. The owner won't bother with giving you check in info unless asked multiple times and won't facilitate a smallest request.

No communication from the host prior to my arrival & no access to apartment during my indicated time of arrival. Was not able to access apartment - no key - no message or communication from the host. Front door locked - no bell - no message how to access apartment. Was not able to stay - had to book a different accommodation.

- Hana (3/5): I won't stay here again. - The location was good. I don't like landlords who monitor their properties remotely and I never see them. This property is one of them. It was excruciatingly difficult to get in and out of the building and up and down the many floors without an elevator and carrying luggage. The key and lockbox process is very confusing. I wasn't able to check in after hours

- Віктор (6/5): Awesome and quite location, but a bit uncomfortable bed. - The location is very nice, it is really close to the Opera Theater. And the street where apartments are located is quiet and pleasant. The bed was not comfortable, the materials of the bedclothes were synthetic and it was a bit hard to sleep. Other things were good.

Bed sheet was too small for the bed, so we never used it. You can’t pay for the apartments with your card. Towels had some dirty spots. The apartments are still worth the price, but no internet is a big issue.

Bad linen was disgusting. Small in size and of terrible quality. Neighbours were loud at night. No electricity during all of our stay there, no warm water. Only in the morning we got electricity back
