Guest Reviews
- Beverly Newbold (4/5): Sad be warned - They need to clean the rooms, and check before they assign people to them. People in out room all night long, window screen looked as though someone tried to break in. Air conditioner is lacking. Never again. The water pressure in shower, after Granddaughter was able to get turned on. Not good for those older
- Marlowe (2/5): Staff was kind, but the room was filthy and not thoroughly cleaned. - The staff was nice and accommodating when we had to cancel our stay. The room was filthy. There were crumbs all over the floor, and it stunk immediately upon entering. We checked for the source of the smell, and found dirty socks and moldy food under the bed. Knowing the biohazards caused by mold, along with my mold allergy, we could not comfortably stay there. We ended up getting a refund and staying at another hotel for the night.
- Fernando (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Niels (7/5): Nice and clean room - Friendly staff, room with fridge and microwave. Pets friendly. Breakfast was really basic: waffle, bread/bagel and yogurt.
- Ovo (9/5): -
- Barbara (5/5): - The location was difficult to find. The people in the room next to me were very noisy between 5 and 6AM. The hotel was very outdated.

- wallowadave (2/5): A good motel to have in the review mirror. - Leaving. The room/lobby/hallway all needed cleaning. No way I was going to use the shower. Safety: The door had to be manhandled in order for the lock to really latch securely. The lighting of the room made everything have a "yellow glow" and was quite dim. The bedding was not tucked in at the bottom - just laid down on the bed -- I learned that after my first 'roll-over' when it all bunched up. Shared inside hallway allowed for a lot of noises through the night. The room air conditioner did work - but was old and sounded labored through the night. All in all, a place that I will remember negatively.

- Hurtado (1/5): Filthy hotel with stained towels - The receptionist was nice The place was filthy. Stained towels. The entire building looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Ever. Bathroom toilet filthy. Bathtub/shower dirty. Walls in entire room dirty. Rooms unswept. I stayed 1 night. Alone. Receptionist charged 15 for stolen towels. The towels were stained. Why would I steal. I took a shower the night of arrival. Took used towels to receptionist and received 1 bath towel. A hand towel. Washcloth. Nothing else. And they are accusing me of stealing. On tape per receptionist they have video of her walking in room and walking out with 3 towels. I was alive there so I only asked for 3 towels
- Daryl (2/5): Over priced. Very uncomfortable - Location Bed was hard as a rock. No breakfast whatsoever.not secure. All outside doors were propped open.
- Tyler (5/5): - Bed was very uncomfortable an the room smelled smoky
- Carrie (9/5): - They let me checkout 2 hours later than normal checkout time. There was no dead bolt on the door so I just had to trust the door would stay locked.
- Mary (8/5): - I wish it wasn't right next to railroad tracks!

- Jennifer (8/5): - Cleanness No pool
- Cedar (5/5): Would not stay again, but it was cheap. - There was no breakfast. The front desk staff was very nice when I checked in, let me choose my room. Being on the ground floor made it easy to park my car and see it from my room. The hotel was run down, smelled like cigarettes, and the first room I was offered had a broken window, The room I was in had a broken place by the door which was clearly from having the door broken in. The stay felt unsafe. But the staff was very sweet.
- Kimmel (10/5): Thank you for a wonderful stay. - Everything N/A
- Jean-Yves (10/5): Personne très gentille et accueillante, hôtel très propre et très bon café - Personne très gentille et accueillante, hôtel très propre et très bon café Rien
- JW (7/5): - This was inexpensive but the room was clean, the walls thick enough to be quiet and the parking lot and lobby felt safe despite arriving at 1am and departing at 5:45am. I had hoped for coffee in the lobby to be available in the morning, but I did leave very early!
- Kaitlin (5/5): -
- Kimball (3/5): - We didn't like the door did not have an inside lock. There was a lot of noise in the hall and other rooms all night. The pillows were not comfortable. We did not feel safe.

- Kitty (7/5): Very okay - Very quiet. Good value for money. Older and past it’s prime but that’s okay
- emilia (8/5): -
- Noahkelly (1/5): Horrible - Refused to serve me because I had my service dogs. The staff were extremely rude and discriminated against me and my service animal.
- Joan (8/5): Gut - Personal sehr nett Harte polster
- Elin (4/5): Anbefales ikke - Ikke noe Bråkete air condition, ingen kaffe. Gamle dårlige hotellrom
- Porter (10/5): - The Host Kim is exceptional I will only stay at luxury inn while in Cheyenne It is just a little bit off the beaten path because I walk everywhere I go
- Peiffer (6/5): -
- Shaked (7/5): -
- Mynor R (1/5): - I booked my room few days before my arrival. I got there at 10.30 pm and there was NO room available for me.
They were over booked.
The lady at the front desk didn't speak English.
I will never book this hotel again, fortunately, I was able to find another hotel for the stay at Cheyenne WY.
- Johannesen (7/5): -
- DARRIN (10/5): - The ladies who runs the front desk was the sweetest person I've worked with in years at a hotel. Wi-Fi is a little slow.
- Michael (10/5): I appreciated the entire experience and will be sure to stay there again on my next visit there. - Kim went out of her way to help me. She went out and bought a toilet seat riser for my room because the seat wasn't high enough for me because of my disability. I thought that was above what was promised to me at the booking of the room. There wasn't anything that was bad except there could have been marking for handicap parking. There were spaces wide enough for the handicap but there wasn't an actual marking. I don't think was much of a problem though.
- Robert (2/5): Would not stay here again unless stranded in a blizzard. Even then…might sleep in car. - Price was only moderately decent for the lack of everything else. Tv was almost unusable, wifi not much better. Bed uncomfortable, a/c unit difficult to operate, front desk staff little help. ZERO amenities, bathtub could not be used (shower only), trains running behind property 50 feet away.
- Van Matre (1/5): - Nothing they gave our room to someone else
- Hugues (5/5): -
- Clark (5/5): -
- Anzanette (7/5): Served it's purpose for frontier days - Location was good, staff were very nice. Parking was easy. Right off highway. No shuttle service. Outdated rooms. No breakfast no pool.
- Steve (4/5): I would not stay there again if there was another reasonable option. - It was the only available room there during Frontier Days, that was not way marked up in price when making the reservation. (I found out later that for the value, it WAS way overpriced) The location was near where I was going to be for another event. At check-in, the lady at the front desk handed me a list of all the guests and asked me to pick my name from the list. This gave me access to all guest information, and also all other guests access to my information! Not secure or private at all. Even though the check-in sheet and my reservation showed the total I was quoted for the stay, she tried to charge me 50% more. When I pointed it out then the price magically came back to only $10 over my quote. Since I knew there very few rooms available in town I unhappily chose to pay and not cancel. No itemized receipt was provided, only a small credit card printout with the total only. The room was near the lobby, and for a couple hours the evening clerk had loud strange music playing, which he had to talk loudly over, so I had to listen to that. The room A/C was loud and would drown out the clerk and also the room TV, so when you turned up the TV to hear it, that was about the time the A/C cycled off, making the TV too loud. The TV was difficult to operate, not responding to the remote or responding so slow that you questioned if was going to respond. There was no phone or phone book in the room. There was no info for anything like food delivery, transportation, or even the hotel address. The room cleanliness was ok, but the bathroom floor was a bit sticky, and the tub was super slippery, almost like there was a leftover layer of silicone on it. I did not feel entirely safe moving in the shower. The shower plumbing was loose from the wall and difficult to operate, along with the typical abysmal hotel water pressure. The parking lot was adequately sized, but the small portion that was paved was in disrepair, and of course the rest was a muddy gravel area. I got the overall impression at this hotel that it was not well maintained, no amenities, and only the bare minimum needed to keep it operating was ever attempted.
- Lilyquist (1/5): Scam hotel - Nothing Showed up for my reservation , they said they didn't have one for me and the lady who was working didn't know how to read and refused to get a hold of the manager or the owner then proceeded to try and show me something/ tried to get me to stay in the back living room behind the office
- Christy (4/5): Not happy - That I booked it online weeks in advance and was charged a higher price
- Carissa (1/5): Luxury Inn is absolutely disgusting!!! Do not stay here!! The room is old and outdated. It smells so musky! - Nothing. Everything
- Franki (2/5): Ugh - Nothing Dirty, staff was rude. Coffee was nasty. It smelled bad and the locks were not secure
- Sam (5/5): -
- Jerry (6/5): - Room was clean . Staff was friendly. Not to bad at all for the cost . No coffee in the room. Could use some upgrades and better repairs.
- Chad (5/5): Ok - $ Location and train
- Carson (1/5): Didn’t end up staying there-had to go home! - No clue-they did not actually reserve a room for me when I had a confirmation.
- Chris (1/5): It was a horrible, filthy experience - Nothing it is filthy and has bed bugs BED BUGS, CLEANLINESS
- Jojola (6/5): - The Lady at the front desk was super kind and very helpful. In the beds were very comfortable but sheets were kind of dirty Bathroom was not at the par. And it needs more either shampoo and conditioners or body washes because one bar of soap was not enough body washes because one bar of soap was not enough
- Brian (1/5): I would not recommend this place. - When I booked this motel, it said that they offered complimentary breakfast. They don't. All they offer is coffee. The beds were uncomfortable, the TV barely worked, there were gnats in the sink, the bathroom door didn't lock, the hallway smelled of smoke, etc.
- Runyan (7/5): - Clean Chairs in room need replacing
- Mike (1/5): -
