• van Doorninck (10/5): Prachtig, stijlvol ingericht appartement, alles comfortabel en het allermooiste uitzicht! - Host nam zelf contact op en stond voor ons klaar! De buurt is niet héél gezellig, maar ubers zijn spotgoedkoop, voor 5,- sta je middenin het historische deel van split. Tegelijkertijd is de buurt wel rustig en heb ik enorm genoten van het prachtige uitzicht.

• Rik (9/5): - Het uitzicht, de volledige uitrusting en de mooie inrichting van het appartement, w.o. de keuken, en de grote oppervlakte. Flink omlopen nodig om bij de zee te komen en er waren wat misverstanden met de host (maar die probeerde het daarna wel zo snel mogelijk op te lossen).
• Mirela (10/5): - The host was very kind and responsive, speaking both English and Italian fluently. The apartment was just as in the pictures. The view was amazing in an brand new area in Split, where not too many tourists go, a bit further away from the center. Perfect to relax with an amazing view in a well equipped flat and extra clean! Very easy to reach the beach and for lazy days it is possible to enjoy seaside from the balcony.

• Retterath (10/5): Time to Split 🇭🇷 - The apartment was an extremely good value for the duration of time we stayed. Although it was away from the city center, we enjoyed the newly built outdoor recreation beach ⛱️. It was busy, but still plenty of space for everyone to enjoy whatever activities they choose. The apartment itself is beautiful!! It truly feels like a home away from home. The host is very gracious and offered many local restaurants and entertainment throughout Split and surrounding areas. We had no complaints.

• Abigail (10/5): Beautiful place, gorgeous host and Split is BEAUTIFUL! - Very large and spacious, the views are to die for, it’s got absolutely everything you need, including a washing machine and machine tablets - which was our saving grace!! It is exceptionally clean, not a spec of dust in sight, beds large and comfortable, and to top it off a very large bath to soak away the sunburn at the end of the day. The host couldn’t do enough for us! She suggesting an abundance of places to eat and see! There is a lot of construction work going on below the balcony, which we TOTALLY understand as it seems they’re building the place up (maybe because Split is SO popular) which would be fabulous for future travellers as there will be more things to do! Quite a trek into town, would suggest getting a taxi after dark!

• P (3/5): Photos are deceiving. - Large living room, dining room and balcony. Photos for the bedrooms are a deceiving. Yes, there are 2 bedrooms in the property but 1 master bed room was large with a jacuzzi. The other bed room was super small. While there was a double bed in the room, it was placed against the wall and there was absolutely no space to walk in the room. The host should have highlight that the 2nd room is only a single room. Photos do not feature the 2nd room at all.

• Julie (10/5): Felt like luxury and home exactly what we wanted! - Host was always available and nothing was too much, helped us with taxis, restaurants and many other things. The apt was beautiful and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed stocked with very nice pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Master bedroom with king bed, & ensuite, was very spacious. The 2nd bedroom a little small a queen bed & closet but tight. ok for 2 kids or 1 adult. The deck was lovely to have breakfast or dinner or a drink in the mornings and evenings. Or sitting inside the view is beautiful. The area was quiet and away from the town centre, which we wanted, but beaches and restaurants are in walking distance 20 min. We felt completely safe walking around at anytime 11pm & later. It is a 10 min walk to Mistral beach (& club) there are stairs to get down and back up. But once you are down you can walk all the way in to town 40 - 50 min walk depending how fast you walk along the boardwalk and beaches, to Bacvice beach past many restaurants etc. Over the week we found shorter routes into the city centre always a wonderful way to discover places and see the life of a city. If you prefer a taxi or Uber plan approx 25 euro. There is government construction along a long section of beaches from just after Mistral beach all the way through Znjan beach and past, so you do see the construction if you look below and cranes, but the apt was so wonderful, sound proof and even sitting out in the day it wasn't loud, they also seem to finish work early. It did not stop us from enjoying it and we would stay here again!

Very welcoming and comfortable accomodation for a small family - Host was wonderful - nothing was too much trouble and gave us a great list of places to go with unique local perspective. Property’s well equipped - very large and comfortable living area - they have thoughtfully provided everything you need for an easy stay eg plenty of toilet rolls, tea, coffee stuff etc. feels very homely and they’ve definitely gone over and above to make it that way Location isn’t great due to construction work where the beach should be ! Although this will be finished by next year. Also the Second bedroom is very small, so really hard for 2 adults to stay in it comfortably. There’s a great jacuzzi en suite but not very practical to shower in.

Mira gave as the keys really late in evening when we arrived from airport, she is so kind and lovely and she was available all the time if we had any question. I just can’t recommend this enough. • Katalin (10/5): Exceptional - This is a really nice, well-equipped apartment on the first floor. It is spacious, tastefully furnished. There is two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms. The whole apartment was beautifully clean and smelled good. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, you can find not only equipment for cooking and eating but items for washing up, dishwasher tablets. If you want you can use washing machine and dryer. You can go out to the terrace from the living room, where you can comfortably sit at the table or lie on the sunbed. And the view... amazing! We really enjoyed here staying. Next to the apartment there is a parking place. The beach is a comfortable five-minute walk away. You can reach the old city by car or by bus. The host was phenomenal, helpful, and gave us lots of ideas for a pleasant stay. I really glad to find this apartment.
• Maksym (10/5): The quality is higher than the hotel’s - The property is fantastic. Good location (5 minutes from the beach), an excellent view and a lot of facilities. Also, the host is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return there.

Access to restaurants were a bit limited if you don't have a car, but you have good delivery options. (We used Wolt app)
