The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.Additionally there is extra staff that work as translators to help you out. Rachel was an amazing help. We had to buy a suitcase and she showed us the nearest mall with walkable distance. She even walked with us to show the short cut route to the mall. Also if you are foodie the breakfast spread is also amazing to suit all types of travellers.We would definitely come again next time. Our first visit we had a room with windows but it opened to no view. It was inside the building facing the hallway. Make sure the room says city view as we learnt late thatr the floors higher up 5+ with odd room numbers are city view rooms. The hotel manager Allen helped us move to city view rooms the next day and also rebooted the same for our second and third visit subsequently. .

El hotel es muy limpio, el personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, la ubicación es excelente y el servicio de transporte gratuito a la Feria de Cantón es un gran plus. Además, el desayuno es variado y de buena calidad.

• Nicole (2/5): Unpleasant experience - The F&B server (阿姨) in the restaurant was good. Not too sure whether applicable to all hotels in this place. No doubt there was no smoking signage, but the hotel actually allows guests to smoke, even inside the room. In the description upon booking, there was no smoking under the description of this hotel, but according to the staff, they couldn't do anything. If guest did highlight in advance that they couldn't accept room with smoking smell, then they will use air purifier which they did to my room. We do not have a pleasant stay due to this.

Nosotros fuimos para la feria de Cantón, y tenían un bus que te llevaba gratis. La ubicación no es mala. El wifi anda muy bien. El precio nos pareció elevado. Tal vez por ser época de feria, todos los alojamientos de la ciudad suben de precio.

This hotel was a right and amazing choice with its kind and supportive staff, convenient location, amazing breakfast, free shuttles to the fair and comfortable rooms. The nearest metro station is Tianhe park Exit B in 10 min. There are a lot of small stores and cafe with different cuisines near the hotel. It was a big pleasure to find a cafe with Jazz and old Russian songs like European island in China. Every day different snacks and beverages come across us in the hotel after the Fair. Managers of hotels accompanied during the commuting to the Fair❤ We will back in Guangzhou ❤

• Chen (7/5): - Spacious bathroom with strong water pressure and daily housekeeping. Breakfast is mostly local cuisine, which may not suit all foreigners. Free 24/7 self-service laundry with dryers is a big plus. Plenty of local dining options nearby. There’s a noticeable smoking smell throughout the property, but thankfully, the room I stayed in didn’t have that lingering odor. The location is a bit of a walk from the nearest metro station, so I’d recommend using DiDi for getting around and it’s much more convenient.

The cleaning staff are on hand every day to ensure the rooms are kept in pristine condition. We were also provided with four bottles of water each day, ensuring our hydration needs were met. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and a selection of black and green tea bags provided by the hotel. We had a very satisfactory experience, and the staff were both professional and very friendly. Should we have required any assistance, it was always provided. Hotelul este curat, liniştit, zgomotul exterior nu deranjează, camera este mare şi baia comodă şi curată. Se face curăţenie în fiecare zi, iar din partea hotelului am primit apă, câte 4 sticle de 0,5 litri. Frigider în cameră, cafetieră, pliculeţe de ceai negru şi verde din partea hotelului. Am avut o experienţă plăcută, iar personalul a fost profesionist şi foarte amabil. Orice am avut nevoie am fost ajutat. The location is quite far from the metro station, at a distance of approximately 800 metres. This is a 10-15 minute walk. When the temperature and humidity are high, with levels over 80-85%, it is common to arrive at the metro in a state of perspiration. Should you have luggage, it would be inadvisable to walk this distance. Unfortunately, taxis generally do not pick up for such short journeys. The hotel is located in a residential area, with advantages and disadvantages. I did not find this issue to be of any concern, as my main objective was to attend the business event. I am aware that Chinese cuisine differs significantly from European food, however, I believe that sausages, bacon and other European-style breakfast items would be well-received by our clientele. The most significant issue was the lack of normal bread. Slices of toast bread are not suitable for consumption; they are sweet in taste, which is not appropriate for the occasion. Please find below a suggestion for the hotel. When hosting European or American guests, it is recommended that bread or buns (not sweet) be provided at breakfast. This small investment will be greatly appreciated by the hotel guests. Metro is pleased to offer frozen specialty bread doughs for your convenience. These can be placed in the oven in the morning, ensuring fresh bread is always available for breakfast and other meals served in the restaurant. Depending on the profile of your clientele, you will be able to calculate the optimum number of buns to prepare, thus ensuring superior ratings and delighted customers with zero wastage. It is a common practice among Europeans and Americans to consume bread with every meal. While the precise details may not be of great consequence, it is imperative to include bread on the menu. I would like to reiterate that this is not sweet bread. This is not anything like only a friendly a point of view.

• Nirej (8/5): It was a nice stay, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. - The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially since it's my first time in China. The room I booked was very big and was very clean and the location of the area was about 30 mins from the Caton Fair area. The area is also surrounded by places to eat, if you're not keen on local food there's a McDonald's conveniently located nearby, which is a 7 min walk away. In terms of breakfast, that they had decent variety, but as it's a small area to eat it's packed full of people in the morning and no place to eat, you can however, place some breakfast in your plate and ask if it's ok to bring it back to your room to eat. Not much really, only thing I would say is that since the hotel is located in a neighborhood, there's only 2 small roads leading to the hotel so you when you arrange for a cab or car, you need to be mindful of that, the car or taxi may not always stop you right outside your door and the pickup may happen opposite the road, but nothing too difficult to handle.

Best service ever. We had a shuttle bus to and from the canton fair. Really happy with my stay here. Definitely will be coming back.

Commendation for the free use of washing machine and dryer - an unexpected bonus for our stay here! The staff is friendly, helpful and patient at all times, so making it a very comfortable time for us. Special thanks to the hotel entrance guards who helped us with our luggage so graciously! Breakfast could do with more variety but it is tasty and well-cooked though. Was expecting a fabulous breakfast as stated on the Booking.com website. But it should be termed as 'very good' at most.
