Hosts responded with a map with helpful lines to parking, chalet and a local coffee shop. Hosts allowed us to enter early. Wasn't very clean, hoovered and cleaned sides myself on arrival. Wasn't happy with the condition of the sheets.
- Alan (7/5): On the whole a lovely stay. - Great location, good price We have rented other chalets on this site, and they both had extras such as condiments, tea and coffee. Also there was a bag of old washing left behind and an old razor on top of the shower. The owners were unaware of this and were very quick to respond to get the cleaners to come and collect it.
- Vanessa (8/5): Perfect for a family on a budget! - Price was great. Pool facilities good. Location central for our plans in Norfolk. Chalet had everything we needed. Shed full of outdoor furniture and garden toys such as water guns - which the kids LOVED! A site map would have been useful to find our chalet on arrival. Pool was only open 10am - 6pm which was the main part of the day when we were out on day trips. Would have been nice to swim before/after a day out. TV was temperamental. Washing horse to dry towels would be useful.
- Claire (10/5): Peaceful - Everything was more than expected. the location is perfect for what my son and I wanted , close to the most beautiful beach I've seen in norfolk. Club house is clean calm quite atmosphere. Nice food and by the pool to . Very secure . Look forward to returning with our grandaughter

The club house is welcoming and friendly, food is lovely and good value for money, the pool area has a life guard and a toddler pool. We love going back there. Even though all our children now have families of their own, there is still more to see and do. We hope to do it again and again for many years to come There is nothing to dislike,

- Nigel (9/5): Excellent accommodation and well equipped for our needs - The facilities were all that we needed for our brief stay, and the chalet was well equipped. The site was clean and quiet, with reasonable rules which enhanced the peace; eg no cars driving up to chalets but left in car parks. We did not use the clubhouse so cannot comment on this. We were bothered by biting insects on the Saturday evening so had to shut the windows and turn off the lights. I don't suppose you can do anything about that.

Playground for kids could only be accessed if clubhouse was open. You can't park and unload next to chalet. Paying for electric was a bit strange. I would rather pay a bit more with electric included.

- Jason (3/5): Meter if you want any electricity or heating - Clean and good interior A meter that only takes £2 coins that you have to top up if you want any electricity or heating. This was not in the original description. £2 coins not available onsite meaning a very cold night sleep in November.

- Yvonne (10/5): Pleasant Stay - Great location. - It was easy to contact the host and collect the keys from the lock box. Everything we needed for preparing and cooking food was provided. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well during our stay. Electric was easy to top up with £2 coins.

It had all the equipment we needed, the host had left all the essentials he thought we would need for us on our arrival (toilet paper, napkins, cleaning stuff, soap, etc), which made the arrival pleasant and easy. The Chalet Park is great. We will definitely go with more time to enjoy the facilities at the park. Maybe only that we weren't aware that we needed to take our own towels so we had to rush to the nearest shop to buy some. But apart from that tiny thing, all the rest was great.
