• Allison (8/5): We would stay again, due to location and it was quiet enough for comfort, however they do need to hire a better cleaning - The property is convenient to the city and beach. Not a lot in walking distance, but there is a Walmart, Winn Dixie and Publix nearby. Easy 12min drive to St Pete Bch for sunset and 5 min drive to Gulfport waterfront for sunrise. Couches were comfortable and the Lasko AC tower fans kept it very cold, along with the AC! It did not seem like the place was cleaned before we came in, like it had been kept tidy, but not right before we came. No smell of bleach, the shower wasn’t fully cleaned and there was hairs in the sheets/comforter, however we were told we couldn’t check in early, due to the cleaning team. The people before us had left the beach gear thrown in the corner with the blanket all unfolded, sand everywhere and the beach chairs weren’t even closed properly. We took our time to do it right, clean it up and if the place was cleaned up before we came in, that is something they are paid to handle!

Waschmaschine & Trockner Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Komplette Ausstattung für den Strand vorhanden Nur 2 Stühle in der Küche, bei 4 Gästen 2 zu wenig Lage war OK im Wohnquartier, jedoch musste man praktisch überall mit dem Auto hinfahren, die Gegend war für uns nicht einladend zum Spaziergang Lage jedoch gut für Strände von St. Pete & Downtown Tampa zu erreichen

• Sandra (10/5): Clean, comfortable&cute,great location close to beach & downtown!Well stocked with all essential, including beac - Very much enjoy this cute & cozy home. We were there for my niece’s wedding, & the location was perfect! Home was very well stocked , had forgotten to bring shampoo & washed products & much to my surprise bathroom had all these products & good name brand ones too!Kitchen had everything you needed ,even had the essentials condiments!What we most liked was that it was so clean & comfortable. Loved the big comfy sofas & the beds were so clean and comfortable slept so well!

• Bergin (10/5): Attentive hosts, clean house, comfortable and very cute! - Very clean and cute house that was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to visit our son! House had all the amenities needed for our stay! Close to downtown and overall it was perfect for our family!
• Tabitha (2/5): The owners were very nice in the beginning then seemed rude after we asked for a lawn mower. At the end of the stay we s - When we arrived to the property the grass in the back yard was very tall. We ask the owners for a lawn mower (Saturday) and got an instant response that the yard workers would be there soon. The yard workers arrived Monday night. We were unable to have our children play in the fenced in yard (safe) due to the grass and pokies being so tall The washer had standing water in it when we arrived. The faucet in the kitchen was very loose and there were no tools to tighten it. The back door handle kept falling off. We were unable to use the bikes that were supposed to be available for us due to them having flat tires and being very rusty. We were asked to make sure the owners personal property that was delivered to the house was secured from the porch it was delivered on. The floors are hardwood. We swept and moped consistently trying to keep up with the sand. The beds are very uncomfortable. The constant banging from the next door neighbors was a nightmare. Awful. I got a request for damage that consisted of dog hair on the floors, sand, hair dye stain in sink (didn’t use hair dye), a scratch on a mirror? And gum for 115 dollars. We were hardly there. Also when we were there a car kept driving by taking pictures of my family while we were waiting to go to the beach. Sketchy especially when you have small children
