Très bien organisé, nous avons très bien mangé et dormi, la chambre était vraiment top avec un lit super confortable, une super salle de bain et le tout avec un espace confortable, le balcon est un vrai + (de jour comme de nuit, on a une vue féérique sur la baie)!! Rien à redire sur le service, le personnel est vraiment très gentil et attentionné. Un grand merci à Harry et son équipe pour cette nuit et ces deux jours !

- Daniel (10/5): Un crucero de ensueño sin multitud - Harry junto a su equipo se encargaron de hacernos disfrutar de un crucero de ensueño. Nos sentimos en familia en crucero personal con un grupo reducido. La comida increíble, cada persona del equipo tiene su mejor sonrisa para regalarte. Un crucero muy completo, con muchas actividad y con personal pendiente de que no te pierdas nada y sólo te ocupes de disfrutar. Sin duda muy recomendable. Nada que objetar.

The staff is nice and supportive There's a miscommunication between the driver and the tour guide when going by bus. We had to wait around 20 minutes to be picked up to get into the boat

- Sebastián (4/5): Buena estancia pero el anfitrión y organizador deja mucho que desear - El alojamiento en sí era estupendo, el personal en general (salvo el anfitrión que era un espanto) era muy amable y servicial. El anfitrión era particularmente grosero, no se si se debía al hecho que éramos una pareja homosexual aun cuando no mostramos ninguna muestra de afecto en público (lo que claramente puede ser, ya que al inicio era amable con nosotros y vimos que con el resto lo siguió siendo), lo cual hizo que la estancia se viera “manchada” por esa mala experiencia. Su incompetencia era tal que al momento de devolvernos a nuestro hotel en Hanói (por lo que pagamos una buena suma) tuvimos que esperar más 2 de horas y notoriamente le pidió un favor a otra persona para que nos llevara, ya que calculó mal y casi nos quedamos fuera. En fin, en si es una buena experiencia, pero el anfitrión un asco.

The best activities were the caves! They were amazing to see!! The interior of the boat was quite well-maintained bu the exterior could use a major overhaul. I wish there had been a written schedule of the activities throughout the stay. Lack of entertainment on the boat. All beverages (except for the water fountain) needed to be purchased, even a simple coffee! The odour in the bathroom coming from the sewage was not pleasant. Too bad there is a lot of pollution in the Bay but that is not the company’s fault.

- Oshrat (8/5): חויה יוצאת דופן במפרץ יפיפיה. שייט ברמה בינונית גבוהה. סהכ תמורה למחיר - היה נעים ונקי, מגוון בפעילויות. נוף משגע. חוויה. ארוחת ערב היתה בהגשה ללא אופציות צמחוניות. השף לא היה יצירתי ולא הציע תחליפים. לא נשאלתי לפני אם אני צמחונית או לא, לא אכלתי כמעט כלום ונשארתי רעבה. בארוחת הצהריים וארוחת הבוקר היה בופה אז היו יותר אופציות. באופן כללי האוכל לא משהו.
- Nicolas (10/5): A perfect exposure to the great national Heritage of Ha Long Bay - They have the schedule down to a science where one can do a lot of activities without feeling overwhelmed. The service was simply great, with all crew members being calm and helpful and amazing. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, with great views (balcony’s a must!)

En famille , à 4 personnes , nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes , 2 salles de douches avec fenêtre pour la vue , ainsi que des baies vitrées donnant sur des balcons ... Idéal ! Lits confortables , chambres agréables et équipements à usage unique à disposition . Les repas à bord sont copieux et variés. Le personnel , lui , est parfait , au petit soin pour vous depuis le port et même au delà si vous choisissez de profiter de leur service de navette depuis Ninh Binh ou depuis Hanoï . Un grand merci d'avoir rendu cette étape du voyage si facile et si agréable !

- Janneke (8/5): Ontspannen! - Super goede service, alles was top geregeld! Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten. De uitstapjes die je in Ha Long Bay doet zijn super druk en toeristisch. Hier kan de cruise uiteraard niets aan doen, maar normaal gesproken zouden wij zelf niet naar dit soort drukke plekken gaan.

- Georgia (9/5): Great stay - The boat is lovely - rooms, bathrooms, dining area and deck to a high standard. Staff were great too, from the English- speaking tour guide Harry, the customer service guy Kelvin who I communicated with prior to sort transfers and all the staff on the boat. Transfers were very smooth Ha Long Bay is as busy as people say which meant I didn’t love the crowded day time activities but this is obviously not the fault of this company

- Erwin WAZ (10/5): Top schip met top personeel. Aanrader. - Allereerst liep alles gestroomlijnd. Je bent totaal ontzorgd. Het schip is ontzettend mooi van binnen, van kamer tot eetzaal met prachtige uitzichten. De excursies inclusief, waarbij het kayakken en het bezoek de 2e dag aan een verrassend grote grot echt super leuk was. Het eten was heerlijk. De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding, met alles wat is inbegrepen, is gewoon heel goed. Personeel echt super aardig. Bedden ook lekker normaal/zacht. Zeewater in februari was best koud.

- Shayne (8/5): Good experience - comfortable cabin and great staff. Vy, our day-tour guide was fantastic. - Staff were great - friendly and professional. Although we booked a “Star Boutique Cruise” it turned out to be an “Arcadia Cruise” which was all well and good except finding the cruise was difficult. The provided address was only for the general dock area and there are a lot of ships (many, many) and no one there had heard of Star Boutique. It wasn’t a great start. I’m not sure what the alternative name was about - marketing strategy perhaps.
