Guest (8/5): - Ho apprezzato il fatto che Elisabetta sia molto presente e risponda velocemente alle richieste, ho prenotato erroneamente per 2 persone e mi ha saputo aiutare a risolvere, è un po' macchinoso arrivare in stanza ma basta seguire le indicazioni fornite e va tutto liscio. La stanza è piccola ma perfetta per una persona e per soggiorni brevi, c'è tutto l'indispensabile, il bagno e abbastanza spazioso e pulito. L'arredamento è nuovo e c'erano addirittura diversi cuscini a disposizione. La stanza è abbastanza insonorizzata e c'è l'aria condizionata per cui per fortuna non ho sofferto il caldo. Tornerei.

Mae (8/5): clean, quiet, but impersonal - clean, quiet comfortable room. new. nice shower. good refrigerator. because this property is 'unmanned', the only baggage storage is a pay to use (not cheap) locker. never had any face to face interaction with staff. had to request twice restaurant recommendation, and what was finally provided was just the names of the restaurants on the street. glad I had my own map and wonderful restaurant recommendations from previous lodging.

Richard (9/5): A large and comfortable room in the heart of the city. - Spacioius, very well maintained modern but understated room with excellent shower and bathroom in a large but very quiet building right in the heart of the city. The lift is the old-style variety which is great but people need to remember to close the outer door otherwise it will be blocked ... and it's a big building.

Dean (8/5): Great central location. Clean and quiet. - The rooms are in an excellent location, so you can walk from Termini even with bags. Elisabetta was an excellent host, and the room was clean with all facilities. The room was quiet at night. It is small, so we felt a bit claustrophobic, but then this is Rome, and the rooms were reasonably priced!! There was 24 hour security listed, however there was no security until the actual door to the room (an outer door had the key in it, with a sign asking not to remove the key)
Maciej (8/5): great place to stay during trip to Rome - The room was clean and fresh, with comfortable beds. Localization is great, within the city center, with a metro station, mini-market, and nice cafes nearby. A set of 3 towels for every guest. Good communication with host via Booking chat. Luggage storage provided. Effective A/C, cooling the room in just few minutes. The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom and the shower. Poor WiFi connection. Minor issues - from the 2nd day of our stay, room cards stopped opening the main door to the apartment (but there is also an option to open that door by keypad). Fridge in the room seemed not to work. It would be a nice gesture if luggage storage was free for guests.
Ariel (8/5): Very good - It was clean and very spacious. It’s in a great location with restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The host Elizabeth is lovely and always available for communication to answer any questions. Really nothing bad to say. Just some suggestions. The WiFi might need a bit of an upgrade. We had very bad signal connecting mobile devices. Perhaps, a small 500ml water bottle could be left for each person upon arrival as part of the welcome package.

Paul (5/5): Passable - Comfortable bed, really good instructions on how to get in No clothes hooks or bedside tables. No milk for tea or coffee. To call it a 'suite' is beyond exaggeration. It was a small bedroom with an unsuited shower.
Jakub (6/5): Pleasant - The room itself was nice. It was relatively (walking distance) close to Termini - Rome main train station. Our room was ready an hour early before the check-in, so that was a nice bonus but definitely not guaranteed. The inside of the building, especially the stairs look kinda scary as well as the elevator. Also the elevator was working sporadically and so we had to carry our luggage up to 4th or maybe higher floor even tho I tried to close the elevetor as the signs there said - didn't work. Our window was facing an inner courtyard and it could be seen into our window from the others, so we kept the curtains shut. Overall the price seems to be high for a given accommodation.

We had some technical issues due to an electrical problem in the building, but we had all the support we needed and all of it was solved quickly. There are a lot o stairs in the building, despite the elevator.

Ronald (3/5): Disappointing , for the amount of money I payed . - Was secure and safe . Was clean Small . Was there 5 nights and room was only cleaned once all week . Also towels only changed once :(((((. I received an e mail asking if we wanted the room cleaning and clean towels . I replied , yes plz . Very very disappointing 2 have the room cleaned a towels only once all week . I payed a lot of money 2 get wat I thought was a better room . But I was very disappointed and wished I had chosen a cheaper room some where else . I won’t b going there again , or advising any 1 else 2 go there either . I would b nice 2 get a little bit of compensation 4 the disappointing room 4 such a lot of money .

The room was was in a very good location and had everything we needed; good bed and a very good bathroom with a powerful shower and a hairdryer The list was very small and the room was on the 4th floor so may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues but, otherwise, it wasn't a problem.
Jenny (4/5): Disappointing - The place is in a really old building, there was a very strong smell once you went in, and it was very hard to communicate with the host since they don't speak any other language but Italian. You are charged city tax after your stay and they only accept cash.

Asela (8/5): modern small room in the heart of rome with access to a great locations - The location was great and the rooms and the shared area were clean and modern, appealing, and above expectations (most probably due to the fact newly renovated). Also, the owners were very helpful and understanding. None of the advertised amenities were missing but were very minimal compared to the other places I've stayed. Also, this is not something the owners of the apartment cannot control, but building+lift was very old and at first, we were a bit hesitant to stay until we saw inside of the newly renovated part.
