- Gharriso (10/5): Fantastic family run beach hotel - Our 2nd stay at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful. We were welcomed back with complimentary drinks and snacks. The sea view rooms have lovely views especially of the amazing sunsets. We like the family rooms which are split into 2 separate rooms. The rooms are simply furnished but have comfortable new beds, fridge and kettle. You can get glasses, cups etc from downstairs if needed for your room. Bathrooms are modern and spacious. The lift is handy if you're on a higher floor or have mobility needs. (All of the hotel is accessible which includes a large modern public toilet/shower room at the back of the downstairs lounge). Main entrance area to the hotel is level too and you can be dropped off right outside with easy parking if you have a car. The public area downstairs is modern and spacious with lovely lounge for breakfast and snacks and drinks throughout the day. The buffet breakfast includes a wide range of International choices and was very good. The hotel is located at the far end of Neo Chora beach, with direct beach access. You can walk to the lovely restaurants and main beach within a few minutes. There are also a few good restaurants and a supermarket behind the hotel and a lovely bakery/snack bar which I'd definitely recommend for food to take to the beach. All reasonably priced. There is also a very quiet beach, with clear shallow section enclosed by rocks making the water warmer and very calm, perfect for families. The sunbeds in the main beach started from 5 euros per bed (May). You can walk along the sea front all the way to Chania Port in about 30 mins or the opposite direction takes you to a choice of beaches. Chania has something for everyone in terms of beaches, history, Old town charm, big shops and amazing choice of restaurants (the water park is great and only a short taxi ride away too, which we did last year). The hotel staff will happily arrange taxis for you or excursions if needed). Nothing!

- RB_2014 (9/5): Sehr nettes, familiär geführtes Hotel in ruhiger Strandlage und sehr gutem Frühstück - Sehr familiär geführtes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel in einem ruhigen Viertel von Chania. Direkt am Meer, nur der Weg zum eigenen Parkplatz führt am Hotel vorbei. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer herrlich. Alle Einrichtungen sind in sehr gutem Zustand, das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet, mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Sehr bequemes Bett. Nach Chania kann man in 15 Minuten am Strand und der Promenade entlang laufen. Das Bad im Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber mit Allem was man braucht. Da fällt mir Nichts ein :-)

The staff went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. My room was beautiful with an amazing seaview. The beach was just below the hotel and the swimming was great. It was quiet yet you could walk into the centre of Chania or take a short taxi drive. All this for an excellent price!!!! Thank you to Raphaela, Mary , Katerina and all the beautiful staff. - daniel (10/5): Canee, ville extraordinaire - Emplacement idéal et personnel aux petits soins Excursion à Elafonisi avec prestataire Ios: Site exceptionnel mais trop de temps perdu pour y aller : halte déjeuner de 50 minutes à l'aller et pause 1h30 au retour dans un village minable sans aucun intérêt touristique. Soit 2h20 que l'on aurait pu passer à la plage en plus.

Je pense ne pas avoir eu de chance, j’ai payé très très cher (290€/2nuits) pour la prestation, ce qui n’a pas eu l’air de choquer le personnel. J’ai eu le droit à la chambre d’enfants, sans en être informée évidement, avec des matelas vieux (on sent les ressorts), pour améliorer la situation, leur idée a été de retourner le matelas. Je ne recommande pas, attrape touriste.

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und wurde schon ab 6.00 Uhr angeboten, was uns sehr entgegen kam, weil wir früh zum Flughafen mussten.

Il parcheggio comodo e gratuito è sicuramente un valore aggiunto, soprattutto a Chania, dove non è sempre facile trovarlo. La struttura è carina, anche se avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. La camera era nella media, ma il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Molto buona la colazione, abbondante e con una splendida vista sul mare. Struttura da ristrutturare.

Personnel aux petits soins.. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon sur la mer.. Petit déjeuner en buffet excellent.. Nous y avons passé un super séjour.. RAS

- Vladimir (10/5): Excellent hotel and its stuff makes you to stay longer that you planned. - The biggest advantage of the hotel is close proximity to several beaches. Some of them are sandy. beautiful view and crystal clean water. There is pretty long way (about 30 min.)to the city center. We used taxi to return from the center to hotel. it cost only 7 euros. there are some good restaurants around. Hotel offered a good breakfast and bar in evening. Staff is incredibly friendly and ready to help. After second night we ask them to prolong our stay and they offered bigger room for the same price. Both rooms had incredible view on the sea. Parking is dusty but located just next to the hotel

- Barbara (9/5): Absolutely brilliant and enjoyable stay. - Stunning location, astonishing views, steps away from the beach, outstanding service, the staff are friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating. The room is a bit dated, but it’s fully equipped with everything you need. Lovely stay. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Reduced spaces, the bathroom is quite small so difficult to move around.
- Mauro-Imola (9/5): - La posizione sul mare, la colazione varia, salata e dolce ed abbondante, il bagno della camera, grande e ristrutturato di recente, il parcheggio . Le dimensioni della stanza e del balcone, un po piccole, l'arredamento un pò datato e da rinnovare.

- Zay (9/5): Very satisfied with this family run hotel. - This place was well kept with super friendly staff. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful ocean view that caught the sunset. It was a perfect location about 20 minutes from old town but with beaches on either side and a short walk to numerous restaurants. Plus there was a substantial buffet breakfast from 7 til 10am everyday. The walls are pretty thin as you can hear chairs scraping, doors closing and voices in the hall.

- Zuzanna (9/5): Very nice place to stop in Chania - We had a wonderful one night stop! The hotel was perfectly located and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They let us leave our luggage and get change to go to the beach when our room was being prepared. Great location to get up and swim. At least 2 glasses in the room would be nice.

- Ruth (10/5): - Wat een vriendelijk personeel! Altijd behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was groots,veel variatie en meer dan genoeg. Wij hadden een kleine kamer maar doordat het hotel aan zee ligt, verblijf je er maar weinig. Bedden slapen goed,airco werd vermaakt en sanitair was zeer schoon. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt!

- Olga (10/5): Przyjemny, rodzinny hotel. Polecam! - Smaczne śniadanie, uprzejmy i pomocny personel, codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, jednorazowe akcesoria typu klapki, szczoteczki, gąbki, płyny czy mini pasty do zębów - pełne wyposażenie. Super stosunek jakości do ceny :)
- Jerzy (9/5): Ale obsluga bardzo OK. - Śniadania raczej słabe. Jajecznica na ogół mało ciepła, dodatki do niej grillowane warzywa i kiepska kiełbasa i marna szynka. jajecznicę i zamiast kiepskiej kiełbasy i szynki bekon lub boczek podsmażane.
