tiffany (1/5): Uncomfortable stay - Nothing What you see in the photo is wrong, the room is unclean and bed, the linen, the bathroom the ambiance is eerie.

Ashim (1/5): Worst stay experience - Pros: Convenient location in the city with easy access to the main road. Close to a hospital and nearby restaurants. Cons: The room was unbelievably small and felt suffocating. The bedsheets and pillows were filthy, with stains, holes, and an overall disgusting appearance. The blanket was just as dirty, and there were spiders in the room. We had kids with us, so we desperately needed clean bedding, but getting it was a nightmare. We had to shout and argue just to get basic necessities like fresh towels and clean bedsheets. Despite calling 7-8 times, it took over 2 hours to get anything, and by then, we were already late for our plans. Check-in time was 1 PM, yet the rooms weren’t ready even hours later. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. There was no sunlight in the room, making it feel dark and depressing. Only one staff member was assigned to manage requests for 3-4 floors. This is entirely the management’s fault. The poor guy was overworked and couldn’t possibly handle everything alone. This situation is disgraceful and shows how little the management cares about their guests. The tariff was insanely high, especially through Booking.com. When we checked at the hotel, the walk-in rate was HALF of what Booking.com charged. This feels like a scam by both the hotel and Booking.com. We had no choice but to stay here due to our circumstances, but it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Dirty rooms, terrible service, and complete mismanagement—avoid this place at all costs!

Abhay (1/5): Worst Ever experience - It's the worst ever experience in any hotel. First thing, we always have to pay at the time of check out. These guys will take in advance, you can not even see the rooms before paying.second point , staff used abusive language with us. I booked room for my family members, I was doing everything online and on call , he called me agent . He crossed the limit. Stay was even more horrible. Food was worst.Serivce is worst than any dharmshala. Please 🙏 don't try this hotel. Even at same time one more visitors had abusing conversation with them and they left. Fully a trip spoiler.
