• Rulakigo (8/5): - Very nice view. The apartment is very big but it provides only the absolute basics. Very nice location The refrigerator was not working properly.
• David (8/5): Good location, good beds and well insulated sound wise. Spacious and comfortable stay - I liked the area firstly , quiet at night for sleeping yet maybe a 10 min walk to victor Emmanuele area. Also had a 24 hour cafe/shop facing the main door which is handy for small bits needed and or a late drink before bed or some morning coffee etc. door code received in the week of travel and worked well as did the lift to 4th floor and access code for the main door. Liked the spaciousness of the rooms and the whole apartment. Beds were comfortable also. Towels and shower gel soap provided also . There is no place to hang clothes in the rooms , with such space in each room they could easily put a wardrobe or free standing open plan hanger for clothes. 2 of the rooms separated by a sitting room are open plan with curtains separating so can hear the person in the other room , not an issue for me but they could perhaps close these off for privacy. Shower entry is quite narrow for anyone of size to fit in , and the holder that hold the shower head up is broken so had to hold by hand to have a shower as I am quite tall.
• Jane (5/5): Jane review - This apartment was in an excellent location for our family wedding. It was also large abd spacious for 5 adults and 2 children. It was minimally furnished though and only basics supplied. There were not enough chairs for us to relax in in the sitting room and not enough around the dining table. There were no cupboards or hanging space or mirrors in three of the bedrooms. And there was no tap for the bath. The letting agents did respond quickly when we reported the clunking boiler and shortage of water glasses. But why skimp on such basics when you could be so much better. The plugs that didn't work and loose wires hanging out of light fittings. And no bin for general waste or tea towels for drying dishes or a spray for wiping surfaces or a dustpan and brush for sweeping crumbs off the floor.
• Luke-obrien (10/5): Exceptional - The door code and remote link are sent to you 24 hours before arrival and work brilliantly as well as being extremely handy when used on the phone. We could go out without having to worry about keeping a key safe. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and very clean with a lovely authentic atmosphere in a great location.
• Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very big and ample for myself and my 3 friends.It was warm and comfortable and it was nice that there was tea and coffee provided,plenty of clean towels and also dishwasher tablets and some toiletries. We struggled with the plugs as not all of them worked

• Ruth (9/5): Beautiful apartment with lots of character - Fabulous architecture of the building, big rooms, high ceilings, comfortable beds Nespresso coffee machine, Lovely cafe downstairs Furniture and decor was a bit sparse. Plugs for phone chargers were not in 2 of the bedrooms. Just one small shower working.

• Xiefei (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment near Plaza de España and Rome Termini train station was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore everything. The flat is spacious, even huge, and feels very warm and cozy during our visit of December. We felt completely safe during our stay. The two bathrooms were incredibly practical, especially for a group or family. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
• Magda (6/5): Nice flat but wait until they repaint and clean it properly - The location is perfect, we were walking distance from all major attractions. There were shops and restaurants around, and a great cafe for breakfast just downstairs. It was also comfortable for our group to have two bathrooms and four separate bedrooms, although I would never understand why there was a curtain instead of doors between them. Beds were comfortable and we had a good rest, but…. Although the flat is large, it lacked unpacking space, hangers in each of the rooms. Walls were dirty, especially in one bedroom. When we arrived only two out of four beds were prepared, and for my complaint, I got a response that the sheets are in the wardrobe, so just make those beds yourself. So when we discovered dirty kitchen utensils, dirty floors, we did not bother to contact the company. We already knew where is a dishwasher and vacuum cleaner.

• Simona (9/5): Quiet place - The apartament is located in a nice and quiet place. The facilities part. Not enough toilet paper and the bathtubs from both bathrooms get blocked and need to be cleaned.
