- Pedro (9/5): - Location of the accomodation is very good, 1 minute walk from Umejima station, that brings you to Ueno station in 15 minutes, and other parts of city centre in less than 30 minutes. Communication with host was very good, instructions clear and no problem. I strongly reccommend this accomodation. Only downside is that I was given the 4th floor (3 floors of stairs) and it was quite narrow and a bit difficult with luggage. Other than that, good accomodation.

I would recommend this building 100% and the price was great. One thing I would recommend is an instruction sheet for the controls of the room in English. That is my only thing

- Arnaldo (9/5): Boa hospedagem com um "pequeno" problema. - Quarto limpo, a pessoa que ajuda via whatsapp é muito rápida em responder. Apesar de um pouco longe da área mais turística, o bairro é agradável e o hotel perto do metro. Não trocam a toalha de banho, que já é bem pequena, bem pequena mesmo, a largura é a da minha mala de mão. Não é sequer razoável para quem pensa em ficar mais de 2 dias sem trocar a toalha. E é triste que algo tão pequeno (com o perdão do trocadilho) tenha tanto impacto na experiência.

- Kyle (10/5): Thank you. - It was quiet, and the staff were very easy to reach and were very helpful! Station was very close. Bed was comfortable. Room was small, but was nice. It's an apartment with permanent residence, so be aware that noise should be kept to a minimum. Be aware that shoes should be taken off in the entryway. I am 6'2" (188cm), and found it difficult to tie and untie shoes in such a small narrow space. I suggest larger individuals prepare their shoes while outside the building or in the hallway.

Appartmant has a washing machiene, microwave, cooking stove and pot for cooking diner i.e. everything you need to cook. Perfect for a quick stop in Tokyo. Very good instructions on how to get to and access apartments. Someone was also very quick to respond if you had a question.

Uma família com criança falando alto e fazendo barulho ate tarde da noite sendo que é especifico ao alugar o quarto a questão do cuidado com barulho. Lixo da família do corredor e tênis. Tirando essa família tudo estava ótimo.

- Randy (8/5): In general my stay is comfortable and relaxing, except with the noise from the adjacent street. - I like the cleanliness of the room. Quality of the room exceeded my expectation including all freebies. The room is spacious, bigger than standard japanese hostel rooms. Since my room is located in the ground floor, I am hearing all the noise outside by the roadway. Communication with the owner/management is a bit difficult. On the last day of my stay, the hot water in the bathroom totally went out. Just decided to take shower with the ice cold water.

Le matériel permet de faire à manger correctement pour ne pas faire resto/konbini tout le temps. Le/la propriétaire était très réactif/ve en cas de besoin. Bien situé mais un peu loin des lieux touristes comme Shibuya ou Akihabara, mais sur la même ligne que Ueno ou Asakusa par exemple. Il y a un ou plusieurs bars à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui fait que nous avons été réveillés presque chaque nuit vers 3, 4 ou 5h du matin par des gens qui parlaient très fort dans la rue à quelques mètres des fenêtres de l'hôtel qui donnent sur une rue.

- Hsi-Sheng (4/5): 大失所望…… - 住宿週邊生活機能還不錯，離地鐵近且有超市及超商。 設備比起一般自助式公寓來的差很多，提供的杯子是一般泡茶葉喝的那種極小的杯子，自帶咖啡都無法泡，只好自己跑去超市買杯子。 浴室沐浴乳居然是已經用到底後加水稀釋過的，根本不敢用來洗澡，自己必須去買沐浴乳來使用，廁所裡沒提供小垃圾桶，很不方便。 空間比想像中來的小許多，兩個行李箱無法同時打開，只能開一個行李箱且只能攤開一半，若打開行李箱要走路經過會有困難，冷氣機也十分老舊，聲音很大很吵除非風量調小才能小聲些，隔音差。 總之，這是我們那麼多次自由行居住的自助式住宿裡經驗最不好的一次。

- jose luis (10/5): - Buen lugar, viene con todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente, es bastante espacioso y muy cerca tiene el metro y una tienda de conveniencia. Al ser un apartamento no hay servicio, ni cambio de toallas ni de sábanas, no lo considero del todo negativo pero es un punto a tener en cuenta que una estancia larga tienes que lavar las sábanas y las toallas. Cómo verdadero punto es que está un poco lejos de algunas zonas como Shibuya y shinyuku, tener en cuenta que el coste aproximado para salir de la zona es de 400 yenes.

- 康皓宇 (8/5): - 位置雖然離中心區有半小時車程，但附近機能不錯，有LIFE、松本清、MINISTOP。 房間內各種器具都有，具備熱水壺、微波爐、洗衣機跟吸塵器等，衛生紙、漂白粉等都有備品，甚至有提供雨傘可以使用。 因為是屬於公寓/宿舍型住宅，所以隔音有限，若入住三人房則會被分配在樓梯口，容易被其他房客走動影響。 此外，此處沒有電梯，所以住4樓的房客會比較辛苦。

There is a large supermarket nearby, as well as several restaurants. I also liked the coziness and functionality of the apartment. Highly recommended! There was literally nothing I did not like. I would 10/10 stay at this place again there next time I am in Tokyo.
