The breakfast is diverse and tasty. Very kind staff, ready to help you at any time. There are many restaurants around where you can take lunch or dinner. Zostal wybrany przede wszystkim z uwagi na lokalizacje - kilka minut pieszo do centrum kongresowego gdzie byly targi ktore byly naszym celem. Great location if attending an exhibition at the NECC just a short walk away. Thanks to Tony, front office runs well. main gate security guys very old and not presentable. better put dynamic and young staff. Main gate is the first impression always. Carpet in the room and floors. Carpet means dust and unhealthiness.

Staff helped me with many things even they kept my luggage for 3 days till i came back to hotel. Pool and gym are good quality facilities. Breakfast is very nice and restaurants with a top quality and variety. Just some services were expensive like massage, when in China normally is cheaper. Anyway is a 5 diamonds hotel so...

The environment along with exclusive club facilities was very comfortable and enjoyable. Truly value for money! There isn't anything that I can think of that was off the chart for me.
