• J.A. (10/5): alleswas naar wens verder - Was een mooi en ruime accommodatie trap naar bovenste deel was smal en eng we misten de leuning aan het laatste gedeelte waardoor je geen houwvast had
• Chris (8/5): - Super sauber und modern :) zentrale Lage Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Also wir hatten nichtmal die Möglichkeit, uns einen Auflauf zu machen oder einfache Gerichte zu kochen. Das wirkt wirklich wie eine Studenten Unterkunft, wo man abends mal ne Pizza in den Ofen haut. Aber wenn man das weiß, ist alles gut, es war sonst alles sauber und ordentlich, wir würden für den Preis auch sofort wiederkommen :) Der Besitzer hat uns eine WhatsApp Nummer gegeben, wo er aber nicht erreichbar war oder nicht geantwortet hat, wie auch immer, das war echt schade. • Bernard (8/5): L’appartement est bien situé. - L’emplacement est bien, un parking et commerces à proximité. L’appartement est confortable et spacieux. Internet fonctionne. L’accès par l’escalier est difficile, le robinet dans la cuisine est mal fixé.

• Joachim (9/5): Tolle riesige Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Zentrale Lage, riesige Wohnung. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Wohnung hat entgegen der Beschreibung keine Mikrowelle. Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Wäsche nicht vorhanden, so daß die Waschmaschine recht nutzlos ist. (Ich hätte sie aber sowieso nicht benutzt). Parksituation. An Werktagen muß man bis 9 oder 10 Uhr den Parkplatz verlassen (zumindest die Parkplätze, die ich gefunden hatte).

• Thomas (10/5): - Sehr grosse und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Immer gerne wieder. Leider ist die Treppe extrem steil. Oben am Ende fehlt ein 1m Stück Handauf.

• Hans-Peter (4/5): - Die Lage ist gut, das Zentrum schnell zu erreichen. Die Mitteilung des Nummerncodes für das Schlüsselfach kam zu spät, so dass ich das Schlüsselfach nicht öffnene konnte. Erst nach mehreren Telefonversuchen konnte das Problem gelöst werden. Die Wohnung war kalt, weil die Heizung nur im Bad funktionierte, und auch dort nicht ausreichend. Nach telefonischem Kontakt wartete ich in der Wohnung vergebens auf Abhilfe; dafür standen abends 3 weitere Heizlüfter in der Wohnung ohne Komentar
• Jaana (1/5): - Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet Leider war die Heizung defekt, draußen -5 Grad. Es gab Heizlüfter, aber diese konnten die Wohnung nicht so heizen, dass es okay gewesen wäre. Der Vermieter hat versprochen, dass die Heizung repariert wird. Leider ist das nicht passiert. Wir haben uns auf eine Mietminderung geeinigt, das Geld sollte vom Vermieter zurücküberwiesen werden. Leider warte ich immer noch auf eine Rückzahlung. Der Vermieter ist nicht mehr erreichbar.

• Angelina (1/5): Lieber woanders buchen - Nichts Wir haben für 3 Personen bezahlt. Es war aber nichts für sie dritte Person vorbereitet. Wir hatten weder Handtücher noch bezogene Bettwäsche für die dritte Person. Beide Telefonnummern gingen nicht. Über Email wurde uns gesagt es tut ihnen leid und sie kümmern sich. Leider kam keiner um sich zu kümmern. Auf dem Bettlaken waren Flecken auf dem Teppich und der Couch ebenfalls. Die Dusche lief nicht gut ab, sodass Wasser auslief. In der Dusche war Schimmel. Es war extrem kalt. Die Heizkörper gingen nicht. Anscheinend ein Bekanntes Problem da es zwei Heizlüfter gab. Die aber so laut waren das man dabei nicht schlafen konnte.

Die Größe der Wohnung hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. - geräumige Wohnung, zentral zu Innenstadt gelgen, sauber Es war sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, auch nicht, wenn man gemäß Anleitung bedient hat. Zum Glück gab es einen fahrbaren Elektroheizkörper. Ohne ihn wäre es sehr ungemütlich geworden. Hier muss der Eigentümer unbedingt nachbessern. Beim Bett empfiehlt es sich in richtige Lattenroste und etwas bessere Matratzen. Wir konnten gut schlafen aber es war etwas ungewöhnlich.

• Heiko (3/5): Wer mit Straßenlärm und steilen Treppen zurecht kommt, hat es schön. - Sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Matratze zu hart (kann ein subjektives Empfinden sein), Treppen so eng und steil, dass man es als Vermieter erwähnen sollte. Der Straßenlärm ist im Schlafzimmer trotz geschlossenem Fenster echt nervig. Flaschenöffner fehlt.

• Kārlis (6/5): Good enough, but some things need to be fixed. Shower head holder for example - Very spacious. We arrived there late in evening, weather was very cold and raining but windows were left open. It was very cold and the air was damp inside. Some things need a bit of touch-up because of age, also floor was very squeaky. Also a lot of noise from the streets coming inside, even with windows closed.

The kitchen was well stocked and comfortable. There should be extra pillows and towels for extended visits. TV was dead !? Why ? Refrigirator's freezer completely frozen shut - drawers couldn't open Some lamps were dead. Condiments in bathroom were missing - last visit you provided them ?!

• Martin (6/5): Large but noisy apartment without advertised parking - The apartment is large and inside the town centre The free parking advertised in the description is not available due to some construction - and hasn't been so for several weeks according to the host. It was the main reason for booking the place for me - because it is not the most desirable thing to do after a long drive to go looking for a parking spot on the street late in the evening. However, we had to do exactly that. Other drawbacks - the blinds are not closing which means that the sun will wake you up early in the morning because the roof window is strategically located right above the bed. If the sun doesnt wake you then the traffic from the busy road right beneath the building and screams from school kids in front of the apartment will surely do. The sound insulation is somewhat lacking given the exposed location of this apartment

The location is amazing, offering convenient access and very close to Dortmund. The room was very clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. The property had all the amenities we required, making our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Nothing
