• Nathalie (6/5): It was okay, not sure if I'll be coming back though. - Location is good and close to train stations. It wasn't clean enough. The washer didn't work. The bed is very bad, it was so hard and I could feel the spring.

• Mia (8/5): Great place to stay just outside of the main city - Great location! Nice and quiet area but still close to everything you need. The room was a clean and comfortable base for our exploring. There was a bit of a sewerage smell in the room but it didn’t bother us too much. Quite a small room but this is to be expected in Tokyo!
• Sook Cheng (8/5): - The location is strategic, just a station away from Shinjuku, and you have two nearest stations of different line options which offer more flexibility. Ta.Q.bin center is also just 5 mins walking distance away which offers easy luggage transfer. Overall it looks clean in the room, but I can feel the fibre dust on the floor quite obviously which they can either improve the towel quality or do better vacuum cleaning.

• cheng hsiang (9/5): Clean floors and nice spot. Suitable for a slightly longer stay like 7+ days. - A traditional japanese apartment without an elevator, but for me that was not a problem. The floors and toilet were clean. Easy and clear check-in instruction with multiple language. I stayed there for 9 days, so washing machine and kitchen were really helpful. The online service responded quickly. There is also a 24-hour drugstore and a convenience store right at the entrance of the alley and several restaurants along the way to the JR train station. There are not enough shelves, so I had to put many of my things on the floor. There are also some stains on the bathroom sink. The soundproofing was not really good. I could hear people stepping on the floor and sliding hikido upstairs. However, it was not particularly disturbing overall.

• Nakada (8/5): また長期で宿泊する機会があれば利用したいです - ふたりで泊まっても広々してて良かったです！普通に生活できる環境で過ごしやすかったです！ 駅近でお店も沢山あってキッチンは使わなかったですが綺麗でした チェックインも簡単で、キャリーをチェックイン前に預けることが出来たり自分でチェックインとアウトの時間を送るので時間に縛られすぎてない感じがして良かったです!! 1回使っただけで換気扇をかけてもお風呂場に下水の匂いが広がって消えなかったことです それ以外は特に何も無いです！

Dış kapı çok güvensizdi, tek kilit çalışıyordu o da yarım kapatıyordu kapıyı. Diğer kilit kırıktı. Ama bir sıkıntı yaşamadık bu konuda. Bir de oda genel olarak küçüktü, küçük banyo vardı.
• Jie Yu (1/5): 沒有入住，因為環境不整潔⋯ - 整個樓梯，只有入口處有感應燈，晚上從一樓上去只能依靠路燈，到了二樓必須自己開手電筒，不然看不清楚階梯，下樓到一樓要下去有個小階梯，由於漆黑，奶奶跌倒了。 訂了兩間房間，第一間沙發上有髒污，房間床旁邊的地板很髒⋯我們還自己擦乾淨，甚至在清理地板的時候看到蟑螂⋯房間有異味，打開窗戶跟冷氣通風之後有好點，但家人進去房間後馬上過敏。 第二間一進去有個酸臭味，以及鞋櫃發出類似腳臭味，打開窗戶跟冷氣之後酸臭味有不見，但鞋櫃的腳臭味散不掉⋯沙發比另一間更髒，一塊一塊的污漬，房間地毯有許多污漬，浴室地毯也有，房間地板有人家用過的牙線棒，鞋櫃上有不知名的垃圾。 有將情況反映給屋主，屋主請我將照片寄給他，表示會再請清潔公司留意，也重新購買沙發了。本來打算出門去購買除臭劑，但這樣的環境我們真的沒有辦法安心入住，當天直接重新訂了住宿⋯⋯

• Vanessa (9/5): Perfect for a short term solo traveler - I loved the location and it was clean and tidy. It having a washing machine was a big plus. There wasn’t anywhere to really hang anything like a big bath towel and there wasn’t any closet to hang up clothes, but other than that, it was a nice stay.

• Mathieu (9/5): Appartement moderne très fonctionnel - Logement idéal pour visiter le quartier de Shinjuku (20mn à pied) et proche du métro Shin-Okubo pour Shibuya. Appartement très moderne et très propre, bien équipé. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages en avance et c'était très pratique. Logement un peu juste pour 5 (idéal à 4), notamment car le lit-banquette est un lit en 120cm et qu'il semble n'y avoir que 4 couverts dans le logement. Pas d'éponge pour pouvoir faire la vaisselle ou essuyer la table.

• Stephen (1/5): Property demands passport info via email after cancellation period has passed. - The property in question requested that I send personal and passport information via email (or chat) which Booking.com specifically warned against doing. Unfortunately, they demanded this information after the 100% cancellation fee was collected. They refused to allow for even a partial refund when I told them I was uncomfortable with sending this information unsecured. I had to pay the full fee and found somewhere else to stay.

The hotel’s on the 3 - Spacious and convenient It’s located on the 3rd floor so moving the luggage was a bit of a hassle, but it was worth the little effort since the location and space were great 👍.

• Sheen (4/5): It could be a better stay with better care - The room was spacious and the location was good with a 24hr drug store nearby The cleanliness of the room is disappointing, duvet cover and toilet was stained when we checked in. The building overall felt lack of maintenance. While there were multiple issues in the room, the bigger problems were that our digital lock wasn’t working and the doorknob was missing. The remaining one lock that was working felt a bit wobbly so it didn’t really feel safe. The lights on the staircases were also not working so the visibility while walking up the stairs at night was poor. We did contact the property about the problems. They did come change our duvet cover but the replacement was also stained. They did not do anything about the lock telling us the lock was fine and wasn’t able to change us to another room with a proper lock.

Value-wise a good place to stay! - The location of the property is perfect and it has all the basic amenities you need (even a fridge and a washing machine). The check-in went smooth and the host is very responsive. There is window and no heating in the bathroom. It was cold when taking a shower and the ventilation wasn’t capable of removing the humidity fast enough.

• Francisco (5/5): Good location, uncomfortable stay - Good location, especially coming from Okubo station. Convenience stores close. The mattress is very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs on your back. Also, it's very hard to place your luggage and have a decent array, since there is no wardrobe or a place to leave your luggage. It felt very tiny for a 7 day trip. At some point there were people in the place above us and you could hear every single step-

• Travelsha (8/5): Good option near Shinjuku - Walking distance to Okubo station, which is one station away from Shinjuku, quite street, ground floor so didn't have to drag the suitcase upstairs. Reasonably bigger room with a small living, separate shower and toilet. There are plenty of dining options nearby, also other facilities like laundry and convenient stores. The soundproofing is bad, so at night you could hear your neighbor and people talking outside which makes sleep a bit difficult if you are sensitive to sound.

Clean and cosy appartement. Host very friendly and easy to communicate with for any request. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this nice place.
• Chandani (8/5): Amazing. - Great location. Clean. Has a washing machine, microwave, kettle and a kitchen. Good wifi connectivity. Slightly bigger than the usual apartments in Tokyo. On the second floor. Family mart very close by. Access to two stations, Okubo and Shin-Okubo, about a 7 minute walk. The only thing we did not enjoy was the bed, the bed is very soft.
• Galit (4/5): Not recommended - Just the location - the neighborhood is quiet and safe and it's one stop from Shinjuku Station The apartment is really cold and because it is not well divided, the heating only reaches the bedroom and the rest of the apartment remains frozen. The stove did not work for us. It was not written in advance in the description of the apartment that it is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, so take into account that you will have to climb 2 floors of stairs with luggage. In the pictures it seems that all the apartments had wooden floors, somehow they provided us with an apartment with carpeted floors, I am very allergic to carpets and it was difficult for me to sleep there and of course I also informed the owner of the place but he did not help. Check-in is only at 4 pm, its a bumer that its a llitle late. We also did not receive any instructions for the washing machine except for a translation of the buttons and there was no reference to how to turn on the stove, probably that is why it did not work for us either. The Wi-Fi did not work so well in the apartment. Additionally, we were there for a good few days and wanted to take clothes out of the suitcase and hang them or put them on a shelf, but there was no shelf, no rack, no closet, and everything was thrown on the sofa, which was used as a closet and not for sitting.

• Manuel (5/5): Good with some caveats - I like the location and the price is quite decent compared to other places. If you want more of a "living in japan" experience this is not a bad option. Sound insolation. It's very easy to hear across the walls and footsteps on top of you. So you experience will be totally dependent on how quiet or nice are the other people staying. I particularly couldn't sleep 2 nights where the person on top of me sounded like he was running at 2am.

The neighborhood itself is quiet but in just a couple minutes you can be in Koreatown. The toilet was separated from the bathtub and shower. Had strict rules of trash separation with clear instructions. Clear instructions on how to operate the electronics. No elevator. We had to walk up the stairs with luggage to the third floor. The straits are exposed so you will be afraid of slipping during a rain. The biggest turnoff was the bedsheets were yellow / discolored and I honestly didn’t feel comfortable there. Looked like someone sweated all night before us The Sofa on the picture is gross and stained.

The location is close to the metro stations and there are several convenience stores, restaurants, and stores close by. I would come here again. The walls are a little thin if you have noisy neighbors but nothing too bad.

• Valerie (7/5): good amenities - having a washing machine was very convenient. it was generally a comfortable stay. while i didn't use them, the kitchen appliances and stove were also convenient. the property tries to pack as many amenities as possible into a small package, and they succeed, everything was generally workable. the room did not get as cold as we would have preferred. there were not nearly enough hangers for the washing machine.

• Stefan (7/5): The place is a good stay, don't get me wrong. Just some things that need improvements. - The place is in a relatively quiet area, easy to get to from the station. The owner changed the lock without any prior announcement, just a Booking message with the new code for the keylock. That didn't feel very safe. There was mould in the bathroom(lights above washbasin, ventilator) and an overall funky smell in the house.
