• Roberto (7/5): - The location was OK and the place was clean and looked recently refurbished. Very noisy at night. The windows do not face the main street but still, even fully closed the nightly noise was too much for a good night sleep.
• Stephanie (9/5): Nest in the heart of Bologna - The place was ideally located for exploring Bologna on foot, near restaurants, museums, shops, nightlife and the train station. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was well-equipped. The washing machine is a bonus when traveling for extended periods, like I had. The bed was super comfy. Most of all, I want to point out that the hosts are absolutely incredible. I had lost my luggage and they helped me retrieve it in a heroic effort - I will forever be grateful! Kind and generous people!

Se andate a Bologna soggiornate in questo bellissimo appartamento Il bagno poteva essere pulito più a fondo

• Sina (10/5): Top Unterkunft in bester Lage von Bologna - Freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die gleich Hilfe beim Transport von Gepäck und am nächsten Tag einen Transfer zum Flughafen organisierten. Sehr nette Familie, wir kommen sehr gern wieder, um Bologna weiter zu entdecken!
• Alice (9/5): - Appartamento piccolino ma funzionale, luminoso e accessoriato. Stefano ci ha gentilmente accolto, mostrandoci l'appartamento e consegnandoci le chiavi. Zona bene servita, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro, vicino a supermercati, bar per fare colazione, ristoranti e pizzerie. Letto comodo con cuscini di diverso spessore. Guardaroba per appendere i vestiti e numerosi cassetti. Due grandi tv in salotto e camera da letto. Asciugacapelli di buona qualità. Qualche rumore dalla strada la sera. Un pó caro ma nella media di Bologna. Nient'altro!

• Chinmay (9/5): Clean, safe and great location! - I was solo traveler for this trip and the property is located right in the heart of the city. Everything is at easy walking distance. The hosts were extremely cordial and made me feel very comfortable. Davide would check on me everyday to ensure I have a comfortable stay. His father was also very helpful and explained everything when checking me in. The house was perfect for the stay. Had no issues whatsoever. The hosts also recommend great places to see, eat, or shop!
• Lyn (10/5): A perfect spot.... - I'm not sure where to start! Everything about this property is fabulous. Davide and his family/friends are marvelous hosts! From the airport transfers, to the accommodation itself, everything is totally perfect. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay., and the location is ideal. The old town is immediately adjacent and the Pz Maggiore around 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment is near lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, there's an ice cream shop at the outside door, and a small supermarket across the road. For us, everything is perfect and we really hope to return here on our next trip to Bologna. Grazie Davide and Andrea! There is a little bit of traffic noise from outside but, as someone else said, this is to be expected when staying in such a vibrant, wonderful city and given the excellent location of the apartment to the old centre. The noise didn't stop our sleep but light sleepers might want to be aware.
• Kristiyan (10/5): Perfection. - We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly and attentive always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The place was spotless, well-equipped and had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect close to everything we needed - Bologna Centrale and City Centre are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic experience! Will definitely be back!
• Mircea (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice location, 10 minutes walk from Stazione Centrale di Bologna, 2 minute walk to Piazza del Erbe, 5-10 minutes to historic center. The house owner was very nice, he organised picking up from the Airport, as our plane came late, transfer back, he send us tips&tricks about restaurants, keep the lugagges for free in the last day etc. The apartment is nice, not to big, but enough for a family of four, with all the necessary amenities. In the near vicinity there are supermarkets, shops, gelateria, trattoria etc. Beds are very comfortable. Maybe some antimould solutions can be used in the shower cabin area.
• Vladimir (9/5): The average rating here doesn't lie. After just a few days of my stay, I already felt at home. - Fantastic location. A beautiful apartment building situated on a very central (but not heavily trafficked) boulevard. It has an amazing atmosphere; it's one of those spacious buildings with a beautiful ground level, a large hall, a classic but well-functioning old elevator, and even a maintenance person present in a small reception area in the lobby. The apartment itself is very clean and ideal for two people. It offers the convenience of two TV sets, a decent kitchen, and a decent bathroom. There are two functional air conditioners. Most importantly, I didn’t hear any noise from the surrounding apartments. It's within walking distance to the city center, essentially on the edge of the most touristy part of the city. Shops, great bars, grocery stores, and restaurants are all located nearby. The average rating here doesn't lie. For some, it might be a bit disturbing that, since the building is situated on a boulevard, some traffic and delivery sounds can be heard in the mornings. For me, this isn’t an issue at all; it’s a reminder of being in a vibrant and beautiful part of the city. Additionally, the apartment is located on an upper floor, and its windows face a side street, so there is no significant disturbance or pollution from the traffic. Maybe missing dishwasher or a simple kitchen equipment can be for some something to be aware of. Again for me this wasn't problem at all. The basics - plates, cups, microwave is provided in good condition.

The host was waiting for us on the spot, transferred us to the apartment, and showed us everything inside. Nice, clean apartment with everything a family with kids would need. Nothing to complain. Everything was perfect.

• Virginia (8/5): Very good holiday flat, fully equipped and close to the center - The location was perfect, close to the Mercato delle Erbe with a couple of supermarkets nearby. The main city square is only 15 minutes walk. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need, except for a dishwasher. Stephano was really welcoming and helpful. He came to give me the keys and answered all my questions. I asked for a toaster, since there was none in the property, and he brought a new one the same day. The communication was very good and easy during the entire stay. Since it was located on a main street with a supermarket at the corner, it was quite noisy at night and early hours. The sofa was not really comfortable, but this is just a minor detail.
• Shaun (9/5): Excellent Stay for Imola F1 - Stayed here during the Imola F1, the host was great throughout the stay and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable also which was great after the long days. Only about a 20 minute walk to the train station each day also. The shower was not great and the air con had an odd smell but nothing that would put me off staying here.
